Chain of Memories A few questions

I have a few questions. How do you get Lethal Frame, and where can i find stop cards? Also how do you get key to rewards cards?

 

Stop Cards: You can get them in a treasure room (not key to rewards) in Wonderland

Key to Rewards Cards: They're really hard to get and you get them randomly when you beat heartless. You can usually find them easier in higher floors.

And sorry i don't know about lethal frame =/

 

Anyone know how to get Lethal Frame?

edit: I need to know cause i got key to rewards and i learned it's not in wonderland.
