Ive heard conspiracy theories about this.
*NOTE: I do not believe the following!!!! Just putting it out there*
So, apparently, some people believe that a razor beam emitted from a satalite struck the towers, causing them to fall. Most types of light are not in wavelengths visible to the human eye, so that *would* explain why no one saw a razor beam... Also, from the wreckage, it looked inconsistent with how one would expect it to look [not sure how, cant remember its been a while since my uncle told me...] And that wouldve caused them togo straight down instead of goign to the side or something...
AGAIN, this is not what I believe, so dont direct your AHHH ANTIAMERICAN sentiments towards me. This is comming from my racist bigot of an uncle who thinks the halocaust didnt happen ._.
Just wanted to share a *possible theory*

Agreed. We shouldve left the middle east well enough alone...
    Its Vietnam all over again.

Even though I'm not entirely sure, I wouldn't go and blame it on the Middle East. It could have been Asians, Africans, Latin Americans, or even Americans or Europeans. Because no one lived through 9/11 in the plane with the alleged terrorists, we have no 100% proof that Iraq or Iran are the suspects.
I consider myself being logical about it.

I just wonder - why did they attack the Twin Towers? Like I said in my Columbine post - they always chose the MOST populated areas. Never the least.

I tend to enjoy the switch from "WMDs" to "Known terrorists associated with Al Qaida" approach taken by the Bush administration for Iraq. Nothing says bs more than "Um, I think we want to change our reason for occupying a non-hostile country whom we've enjoyed trading with in the past.". 9/11 was a terrorist attack. Saying that Bush had a hand in planning the deaths of American people and a blow to the country's business and economy is giving the poor artard of a president far too much credit. What I find even funnier was that the man who orchestrated the entire disaster happens to be on dialysis and hiding in a cave. I'm sure there was difficulty in locating the ******* and that people worked hard, but c'mon he's on dialysis. So with the poor kidney-less terrorist escaping them perfectly the US government goes and decides to leave a mess behind for other troops (i.e. Canadian, etc.) so they can chase some fabricated weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. I have no problem with the capture of Binladen, or even an attack of North Korea (Which should've been next in line after the dislysis terrorist disappeared), but the "War on Terror" lacks serious direction, in fact it craves it horribly. The response to 9/11 should not be used as an excuse for America to play in the world's sand box. My point: America should be devoting 100% of it's resources to finding Binladen.

9/11 ....I just think that it was a very tragic day. I remember staying in Washington D.C at the time, for vacation. I really wish for the fall of Bin Ladan soon.

One thing I hate is how Bush is handling it. Going into Iraq for "weapons of mass destruction" and trying to "liberate" Iraq. Bin Ladan is from Afghanastan, right?! Where did Iraq come from?!
