When I saw the poll, my FMA obsessions and such kicked in. xD

I'd probably say either wrath or envy, really. It's a tie, I can't choose.

Wrath probably, what entails in the sin of Lust anyway?

    what makes someone lustful?

I have no idea. I have been a bit lazy lately, so I could say Sloth, but the thing is that the 7 Sins are all part of the human complex, be it a major role or minor. And it's not something you commit either really. Alot of the time, they're emotions, not actions.

Sloth - Whether it be sorrow or laziness, I have plenty of both. Pride - I pretty much look down on everyone some way or another. Envy - I keep it to myself most of the time, but If someone has something I want, I can't help but desire it. Lust - Hey, if I see an attractive woman... Anyway, these are all pretty equal for me. The rest aren't that big with me.

I've committed every one of those sins there. Meh. Can't really lead a life without committing any in the first place...it's almost impossible. It's probably safe to say that if you are a human being, then you've committed these sins at one point or another as it is in the human nature to commit them sooner or later, if not yet. Anyway, considering my current condition, environment and etc, I can definitely say I've committed the sin of sloth to the max, and wrath as well. I've gotten extremely lazy about almost everything I do and can't seem to rid myself of the habit. I'm temperamental...always have been, and always will be.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_sins If you want info, that's the 7 Sins on Wikipedia :D

Anyway, it says that Sloth is depression/sadness, but over time the meaning expanded to include not using ones abilities/skills, and then to include laziness.

    And...Sloth's my greatest sin...

Also, Wikipedia says that Pride is the worst of the seven sins. Pride often leads to the committing of the other 7 sins... I believe high pride is becoming more common in the world, and I believe the world is becoming a worse place over time, in relation to people. But I'm not saying anyone who chose pride is a bad person! :D Just don't let your pride get too strong, because it could lead you to make some terrible decisions in the future.

I'd say envy... I can be quite jealous, but I don't show it too much... I hope.

Wrath is in my opinion the worst.

I agree, but only if I was on the recieving end of any one sin, then wrath would probably be the worst... It'd also mean that a person is angry and hateful, which is sad to see.
But I think pride is worst for a person over time. One of my friends is really prideful, and I think that person could easily end up committing some of those sins because of that. I think a lot of crimes and general bad actions come from pride in the first place, and manifest until the person becomes worse, and need to do more and more for the sake of their pride. A really, really proud person could easily become envious of others who are better than them. Or a super proud person could be driven to wrath to prove to themselves or others, in big ways and small ways, that they are number one. A proud person could become depressed over the fact that they really arent very good in certain ways. Also, highly proud people can easily judge others harshly, and make bad decisions to prove that they are are better than others.
But of course everyone has the right to be proud, I just think the monks are right when they say that people shouldn't have to much pride.

It is classed as a sin because it is like saying you are better than/smarter than/prettier than someone else, it can become like vanity and cause arrogance.

A little pride IMO isn't a bad thing, but too much pride can be. When it starts to cloud everything and you start thinking like you are better than everyone else, that is when it is bad.

    Pride should have better wording.
Like me saying 'I am proud of all the work I did today.' Isnt a bad thing.
But things like 'I am superior -evil laugh-' obviously is.

Why is glutteny tho. Tho only reason I can think is because your greedy for food.. but that would fall under greed?

I agree Pride does need better wording, I think some refer to it as Vanity? Though I am not sure exactly.

Gluttony is eating too much, excessive consumption etc. I agree that maybe it should come under Greed, but :/ I also think that Lust should be a part of Greed.

Gluttony is separated from greed because it deals with wasting resources. While greed means "wanting to have many things" (oversimplifying here but you get the idea), you can still put those things to use. Overly consumed food though, cannot be recycled or used by anyone else.
I don't think gluttony should limit itself to food alone.
Wasting energy sources for example should also be a case of gluttony as a sin, in my humble opinion.

Lust is separated from greed because it can inflict damage to people and society on an entirely different level. Basically greed deals with material things, while lust deals with things that aren't tangible. While comparable, they are very different.

If anything should be a part of Greed it's Envy, although I can think of reasons why they are separated.

i agree with that as well, Pride DOES need better wording because if being proud of myself is a sin than i would be like the biggest sinner alive.
i agree with what you said earlier, a little pride is good, heck it's what gives me what little confidence i DO have.

maybe the people who thought of it thought that being fat was a sin so they made gluttony a sin?

I agree with Styx regarding the difference between Gluttony and Greed.

Erm, I think I've been around each of the sins to be honest, but the one I encounter the most? I suppose it'd be Sloth since if I feel I don't do anything right I lose my motivation, and that can be depressing. And leads to Gluttony naturally. :x I also have a fair share of Greed and Lust.

None. I am perfection! Even though perfection doesn't exsist in this world

I guess i would be sloth? I can be awefully envious at times as well.
