Needs. More. Effects You can do better man. Much better. Also, the thing you got goin on at the top doesn't do much for the sig.
Needs more FG effects and you need to get rid of the choppy thing on the top other than that good job
PB, it looks good :D:D except: - the text is on the image itself, move it so its not on the mouth. ^^ - the effects aren't there, I only see clouds, try some ripples and splatters and jazz it up a bit :D. gj tho.
-Original Stock. -The text was meant to be there, it's the style for the tag. It gets more focal and leaves enough for the rest.
Well at least you explained for the bright light correct? Also the stock looks nice and clean and you made it appear as if there aren't any blured images in the background. Just looks more normal that way too. Also the colours tend to make it thirst for more effects other than then that. But I do like it overall and don't really change anything.
