Well, let's see... Where to start?

First of all, I can't really tell what you were trying to do here. Signatures should really only have ONE focal point. The text is hard to read and is slapped on, the star next to it is messy, and the larger render is low quality and choppy. The effects are okay on the left, but I like what you have going on in the right.

 

Ya, I know it's not great...I actually hate my PhotoShop skills right now...
