i guess that shes aqua in disguise, trying to destroy Org.XIII from within, but Xemnas saw through it and imprisoned her in the Room of Sleep, which is why of course he called her an "old friend" in FM.

But Aqua was from the Distant Past. I don't think she would have fit her armor anymore (By aging of course.) by the time of Org.XIII/XIV

Well for me. I think the 14th member was created after Roxas. Or at least found after him. Seemingly that she joined when Roxas was already part of the Organization. Aqua on the other hand, we don't know what exactly happened to her just yet. But we'll soon find out.

But didn't Xigbar say that it was many years ago of the time of the many Keyblade Bearers?

 

In Kh2 he said "The Other's before you were better"

or something like that

If he said something differnt in FM+ then i dunno

The scene where him and Zexion were talking about the Room of Sleep. He said something about the Keyblade War being many years ago. And seeing the three keyblade bearers when he was still whole. (I have to rewatch it.) A KH2FM+ scene

... Seeing that Terra and Ven went to Hollow Bastion during the time of BBS will be taking place. It must have been a few years ago, but at least near a decade. ... Now I forgot what I was about to say. I hate being sick, I tend to forget things.

I don't think BBS will come out before 358/2 days, will it? Seeming that this will be a DS game, it'll come out a bit earlier. Or they'll probably come out the same day? (Awe, more money saving for me.) But yes, BBS will have mor Aqua than 358/2. :3
If number XIV were to just be a random person who became a nobdy, she or her somebody will bound to have a part in KH3. Pure coincidence? PLEASE. xD She has to have a very good reason why they made her join the Organization, not by coincidence.

Why do I have a feeling that she'll be the next female character that will be sooned bashed by fangirls?

Fine, but when I read it! I'll think UOM will be Fluffy! D< Because we all know she'll look uberly kick-butt with a cutesy name. (C'mon, Aqua sounds to girly... but it fits.)

And yes, you must believe. Now, for a believeable theory on how Fluffy/UOM/14th Organization XIII. I think, that she joined because Xemnas... Xemnas... *Thinks* OKAY, maybe that she slightly looked like Aqua. And he let her joined because he wanted to regain his memories, and for that reason he let her join because being around the nobdy of a person you're somebody/past self knew will make your memories regain more quicker.

... THAT didn't make sense. D:

I'm about 60/40 to believing that Aqua or Aqua's Nobody, any way is who the 14th person is, and I don't think she 'infiltrated' the Org. They capture and bring people there to the Org themselves, which was a main job of Xigbar, and then Vexen was given the duty later. I doubt Xemnas would just let someone walk in and be in the Org like that. Yes, Riku and Mickey took Org outfits and were doing their things, but it's clear they weren't just going about the castle and all. Also, I don't think Nobodies age so if it was Aqua, she might look the same. If they awakened her somehow, or brought her there, ...well that stuff for now I'm just not sure on. So I'll stop me ramblin'.

 

We don't know who she is at all. i think it's Aqua but for all we know it could even be Phisoxa (forum mmeber who is Xemnas's little sister in all her RPs) or anyone at all but it is definitely a woman in my eyes so lets just wait and see...

Anyways, I've seen the new scans. It seem 14th is around near Roxas' age. But her built anyway, and isn't Aqua older than Ven by a a or two?

 

Okay. The new info proves that she's a new character. The new scans show that UOM has dark skin (unlike Aqua) and is about the same age as Roxas and Sora (Aqua seems to be older). Also, Nomura said in an interview that she is not Namine, which is also obvious from the picture.
