Haven't seen the video yet, but from reading that article about 'using a midget as a meat shield'? Best thing I've read all week. I like the first one, but I found too many flaws in it to make me enjoy playing it too much. But if the improvements are that vast, it's a good guess this'll be a good contender against other games.
I saw it this morning, it got me really excited. I love the new menu system, it looks really sleek and the fact that it shows your character is even better. They're also doing a good job with making it easy to recognize manufacturers. It was really easy to differentiate the Bandit gun from the Torgue gun. The only thing I don't like is what they did with Tediore. They seem generally worthless, they even hint that they are. Using it as a grenade instead of reloading isn't even a good gimmick. I just think they could have done something better, like stuck with having Tediore make guns with really fast reload speeds or something.
