"Oh, and hey, Emalynn? 71...72... Did you want to be in cabin D? Huh, did you 78... want the D?"

Ha! He'd better be joking! That was probably the most immature comment Emalynn had heard in awhile. I am so done with this guy! But as mad as she was, Emalynn tried her best to contain her anger. She looked over at Jenna. Hopefully she was still innocent enough to not be able to comprehend such a vulgar comment. It was: a) completely unnecessary and b) just plain disgusting. She then quickly glanced over at Erik, who she hoped was more mature than her 'cabin-mate.'

Emalynn looked up at Sean with a blatantly fake smile without answering. If she did, she wouldn't be able to contain herself. If he doesn't get a clue, then I'm going to dub him eternally stupid! Maybe if he was better looking, and if he had any common sense, then she would be able to forgive him, but he was too muscular for her liking.

She didn't know if he was trying to send her messages, or if just looked sleazy every time he exercised, but judging from his previous actions it was probably the former. Emalynn scoffed and smirked. Not in this lifetime!

Emalynn decided to turn her attention to which bunk she would take. With someone like Sean in the room, she was probably safest taking the top bunks. She climbed halfway up the ladder of the closest bunk, and tossed her duffel bag onto it. "That one's mine, okay?"

She kept her hand bag with her. It had some important things in it that she always liked to keep with her. Sitting back on the ground, she leaned against the cabin wall and pulled out her earphones and ipod. She put one earbud in her right ear and left the other one out because she didn't want to seem completely rude.

"Sit down if you like, Erik. It takes a lot to stop me. Oh, and no homo."

Erik cocked a brow at the teenager. The kid was bold and a little annoying--as if he would do that. He just shook his head and rolled his eyes, pressing down further on his back with his foot. He would have to keep his eye on this Sean guy. Erik didn't tolerate unecessary comments like that.

"65...66....67...." Sean counted outloud. "Oh, and hey, Emalynn? 71...72... Did you want to be in cabin D? Huh, did you 78... want the D?"

He did not just say that? Erik stepped off of Sean and crossed his toned arms across his chest and narrowed his brown eyes at the kid. He was definitely going to cause problems. As soon as Sean finished his reps and pulled himself to his feet, Erik reached out and grabbed him by the scruff of his neck. "It's time we get things set straight before there are problems." His tone was sharp and stern, nothing like the friendly atmosphere he had a few moments before. Erik dragged Sean across the cabin and kicked open the screen door. His hand let go of the back of the kid's neck as he shoved him out into the open air.

"Mixed cabins are a privelige and I won't stand for language like that in mine, regardless of girls being around." He stood intimidatingly in the doorway of the cabin, his large body formed a barricade between the interior and the outside. "You can wise up now and mind your language, or you can sleep outside in the horse stable." Erik's brown eyes darkened and he lowered his gaze further. "I've done it before boy. I will most certainly do it again. Take your pick."

Bryan had spend a little bit of time thinking of what to say when the others came. He wasn't much nervous, but his mind was a little weathered out because he didn't want the others to thing of him as their leader. More like their friend. The door to the cabin opened and he leaned around the bed post to see who had come in. "Hey Bryan, long time-no-see." He raised an eyebrow but smiled upon seeing who it was.

"Hey Sebastian," he said with an enthusiastic smile, shaking the other's hand, "Good to see you again, and glad too see you're in my cabin!"

"Now that you're part in charge, do you know the time when we eat?" he asked, and as if on cue, Bryan's stomach gave a rumble. Looks like moving around all day ate more of his energy than he thought it did.

"Yeah, we head out to the mess hall around 5:30," he replied, moving some of the other stuff around, "You can head out of here whenever you'd like, but I gotta stick around to greet the others." The others. He smiled at the thought of seeing them. Momentarily, he wondered if Noëlle would get along with her bunkmates. She was a pretty social girl, so he wasn't too worried.

Hopefully they'd get to spend some time together.

"What d'you think about the other kids?" he asked Sebastian with a tone of curiousness.

Sean only harrumphed at Emalynn's retorts; she was pretty, but if she had attitude, then there was no point in trying to get close to her. 'Kinda chubby anyway...' he thought to himself. Crossing his own arms to make himself appear bigger, Sean scowled, and was about to reply with some four letter words when Erik grabbed him by his neck; Sean usually saw himself as unmovable, given his size and weight class, so frankly, he was shocked speechless as he was dragged out of the cabin. This was all unusual to him, actually! His truthfully handsome features coupled with his "manly" physique typically made girls squirm at the sight of him, and guys wouldn't touch him for fear of a diet of teeth.
"Mixed cabins are a privilege and I won't stand for language like that in mine, regardless of girls being around." He heard himself get chewed out. 'Okay, so the Counselor's not so cool. Big deal.' He listened to the rest of what Erik had to say and gritted his teeth as he tried to feign enthusiasm. "Sorry, Chief, won't happen again. Just messing around with the ladies is all." Sean dusted off his hands and stared Erik down with a toothy smile. Sure, Erik was big, but so was Sean; he'd take into account that Erik was surprisingly strong, but if the same thing happened again, Erik would be dozing off, of this Sean was certain. "I've done it before boy. I will most certainly do it again. Take your pick." Erik had evidently finished his threat, so Sean tried to make it clear that "I'll be a good boy... Sir." The last word left a bad taste in his mouth, but he really didn't want to bunk with horses.

Sebastian was glad to be greeted so warmly by a familiar. Hey, Bryan even said he was glad to have him in his cabin. Better yet, Bryan had answered Sebastian's question with what seemed like an expression that hinted Chambers was hungry too. Sebastian lightly chuckled.
"Yeah, we head out to the mess hall around 5:30," he replied, as Sebastian watched him moving some of the other stuff around, "You can head out of here whenever you'd like, but I gotta stick around to greet the others."
"Good to know, but I'll probably stick around to see who I'll be at least tolerating for now." Sebastian joked somewhat depressingly, as his somewhat anti-social nature was no big secret; in fact, it somehow classified him as a "freak" for some reason... Not that Sebastian particularly cared for public opinion. In his own opinion, he shared the view with Nicolas Chamfort on "Public Opinion": "It was usually wrong."

Picking a bunk though, he thought, he should wait on, even though it seemed an obvious choice. He was happy on the bottom bunk or top -He didn't get why people prefered one or the other, since he was stationary in slumber- so it was fine by him if people got their preference rather than be stuck uncomfortable. So, he set to reorganizing his bag.

The camp circle was so crowded! She followed students into it earlier, but got caught up in the crowd almost completely. She was being squished by many students in every side. Girls and boys bumped into her sides and pushed her forward into the crowd and closer to the center of the stage, all eager for the camp to actually begin - but Elisa was just eager to get out of the crowd! She could barely breathe in the heat alone and now as she was surrounded by all these other people their body heat added to the warmth and she just couldn't take it. It wasn't good either that she felt rather faint. She shook her head, 'I have to get out of this crowd or I am so 134% done.'

She looked up at the sky, taking a deep breath of not sticky-humid air from everyone then tried to maneuver out of the crowd. She knew she had to do it before the introduction actually started because once she did she knew it would be all over. Her attempts would be so futile. She muttered excuse me's to people who did let her pass but some of them were too busy to notice the girl with light blue hair's request. She huffed as she continued to struggle through the people, 'No people traffic on the internet. Ugh.' Elisa finally did make it out of the crowd though, well not completely but she saw a bench nearby with only one girl occupying it and she took her chance! She hopped over to the bench, but caught her foot on someone's leg and lost her ballance. She didn't trip completely but instead of gracefully taking a seat next to the other blue haired girl, she wobbled over there. She must have looked ridiculous doing that, causing the teenager to blush slightly. She expected laughter to come from the girl who was already at the bench but she seemed too occupy to notice her - or anyone really - as she swayed to the music she was listening to. She was about to mutter a simple, friendly hello but then realized she wouldn't probably even notice.

Before she could take a proper seat, a deep bass erupted from the speakers, making her jump a bit. Then the crowd ahead burst into screams and cheers and people began gathering forward. Being further away, she couldn't see much of the stage anymore so she hopped up ont he bench, her boots making an ignorable sound. She placed a hand over her eyes, blocking out sun from above to see more clearly. On the stage stood a scruffy guy - the exact same scruffy guy from camp two years ago. His name was Kiall, or Kenneth or something like that. She couldn't exactly remember, but nonetheless the same guy.

WELCOME CAMPERS -- NEW AND REVISITING! ARE YOU GUYS READY FOR THE TIME OF YOUR LIVES?

Yup. The exact same guy. Suddenly, marshmallows were thrown out from the stage, and not really caring much of it at all since she obviously had no plans at all to eat it, she hopped back down to the ground and sat down on the bench properly. "God, the heat is killing me." she muttered as she leaned back on her hands and looked up at the sky with her eyes closed under her dark shades. She sat there for a moment simply breathing, until she remembered how sluggish and lightheaded she felt. She sighed and placed her military bag on her lap, she opened it and pulled out her 3/4 empty purple, 1.5 Litre thermos. She then reached in for a compartment in her bag, pulling out a little ziplock that contained little white pills. She took one in between her index finger and thumb then popped it into her mouth, placing the bag back into her bigger bag then uncapped her thermos and swallowed.

She exhaled, refreshed and felt a lot better. The pill didn't work miracles right away but the thought helped, of course. The pill aided her in not passing out at anytime of the day and also lessening her appetite. She closed her water bottle and put it back into her bag. Immediately, a shadow loomed over her. Looking up, a tall, raven haired boy offered the box for the Cabin assignments to her. She smiled back at the boy then got it, pulled a piece of paper out and offered it to the girl beside her by tapping her on the shoulder. Not wanting to waste time, and really craving for a bed - she stood up and began to walk towards where all the cabins were.

"Cabin E, huh? E for Elisa...." she talked to herself laughing nervously at her awful pun. She walked up the steps of the cabin then opened the front door with her right hand, while pulling off her sunglasses with her other hand. There were already two boys in the cabin. She blinked at them with her bright blue eyes for a moment without uttering a word before she courteously said "hello. I-I'm Elisa." She smiled at them both, she didn't really know the two and hoped they wouldn't really pick up on how faint she still kind of felt. She sort of recognized the taller guy, he was probably their camp counselor but the other boy, she simply didn't know him. She walked over to a bed, and dropped her things on it, then sat down at the edge of it. She glances at the two boys again then she simply placed her hands on her knees and looked down at them. She bit her glossed bottom lip, 'Why is it so much easier to speak to the internet. Ugh, this is so awkward. I feel so forever alone... Mum said seize the day! You Only Live Once! Which is so hipster but come on, why can't it be You Only Live Online?'

Another had entered the cabin, a student she did not know well. A smile was given and a nod. "Seems so." After speaking the blond turned back to her things, grabbing a sheet of stickies that were often used as name tags. But as old as they were such things were probably treated with distaste and would only last a day, if that. Besides it would not do much to help her remember their names.

She took a black marker and wrote Sam on one, peeling it off and sticking it to the frame of her bed. With that done she turned once more, moving over to the bunk Sophie had taken. "To claim beds, so there'll be no fighting over that." And so she won't have to ask for anyone's name ever. She wondered if she should offer to take it when the other was done but she also wished to lay down. If a student was doing it then it should be okay. So once the things had been handed off Sam made her way back to the twin bed separate for the counselors and fell on to its sheets.

It was such a cold surface, relieving from the hot outside. The sun from outside did not reach it either, at least not in this hour. Not as soft as her own bed but...pretty damn good. Or maybe that was just how tired she was. All the weight was lifting off as well... Ah, she really should get up to greet the others, but she also really didn't want to. Tomorrow. Tomorrow she would act as one should when in charge of others. But for today she just wanted to lay here.

Shouta stuck his hand into the box, picking a piece of paper. "Cabin E, huh?" He was excited(?) to head to his cabin, to get away from people. Rolling his suitcase along, he followed the path to the cabins. Shouta thought about which bunk he wanted, wishing for a top bunk. Stopping in front of cabin E, he opened the door.

There were four people already in the room. There was one girl and two other boys. Since when was this co-ed?

"Dibs on a top bunk." Shouta said, stripping off his vest and flinging it up onto one of the bunks. He shoved his suitcase in a corner and unzipped it. On top of his clothes lay a small bottle. The Cupid's Brew. It was supposed to make someone crazy about you. Shouta bought it just for the fun of it, wanting to try it on someone, but he just couldn't find that special person. Every time he went out with a girl, he would get bored really easily.

Shouta grabbed a clean black t-shirt and zipped up his suitcase. Quickly stripping off his sweaty shirt, he changed into the new one. Then he turned around. "The name's Shouta." He grinned. "Call me Shou."

Erik had ignored Sean's comment about messing with the ladies while he told him off. When he finished telling the kid off, he waited. It didn't take long for him to respond. "I'll be a good boy... Sir." The distaste in calling him sir was obvious. Erik just rolled his eyes, but didn't move from his spot in the doorway.

"Some of the ladies," he emphasized, "are much younger and don't need you spouting crap from your mouth." His eyes narrowed, but he moved from the doorway, walking out into the wide open, and directly past Sean. Erik would give damn near anything for a smoke right about now, but it would have to wait, unfortunately. The idea of leaving Emalynn and Jenna alone with that pig at this moment was not okay. Sure, he had been a teen once, not too long ago, but never would have said something like that to a girl in front of an adult. Immaturity could be taken elsewhere.

I hope Sean knows how to swim. He would definitely be one of the first this summer Erik would inevitably toss into the lake. It was always an accident. Unpredictable things occur that often times involve unwanted dips in the water. He shrugged as he made his way to the main building. He would return to the rest of them shortly, only leaving the girls unprotected for a few minutes.

Erik entered the building and moved to one of the few computers that were on the campgrounds. He opened up the printer and pulled out a few sheets from the tray and grabbed five Sharpies from cup on the desk. He shoved them into the back pocket of his gray shorts and used the papers like a visor to shield his eyes from the sun as he walked back to the cabin quickly. That punk couldn't be trusted, not right now at least.

After looking the card in his hand and around the circle, it didn't take him long to get up from where he was sitting and head towards the cabins. They weren't too hard to find since all he had to do was follow some of the other campers. Still some of the others had a consoler meet them. Where was the one for A block at?
His question was soon answered when he found not only the cabin he was assigned, but the man running it. He was wearing a eye patch, which was something he wasn't expecting to see at all. Still this was where he was going to be at. "Umm, hello. My name is Alex." The first thing the eye patched man would hear was his meek little greeting before Alex walked into the cabin.
When he got inside, the first thing he noticed was his apparent other roommate setting up on the bottom bunk. That was fine by him, there were more than one bottom bunk. The only problem was that he had another introduction to do, but he decided to let him start it while he set up on the other bottom bunk.

Kevin finally finished and the box of cards was passed around. Jack stood up immediately to grab at it, nearly tipping over with the weight of her massive backpack. Her cheeks were still stuffed with the marshmallows she had gotten, and her forehead glistened with sweat from the heat.

Noëlle decided to wait patiently; somewhat regretting her decision to choose a place on the outside of the circle. Ah well, it was much calmer than the fray of bodies in front of her. When the box eventually reached her hot hands, she wished on the sun and the moon that this year she would finally get to share a cabin with Bryan.

The slip of paper felt heavy between her fingers as she pulled it out from the box. Without paying much attention to anything else, she passed the cardboard on to her right. Her chest felt tense and nervousness began to churn and seethe in her stomach. It wouldn't be the end of the world if she didn't get a room with him, really. She had managed just fine last year, but ... This year was a bit different. This year, she wanted to be as close as possible.

With a deep breath edging on a gasp, she flipped the slip over.

    Cabin C.

Now it was time to find Bryan...

    Hey little sis,

Without much of a warning (not that she needed one, after hearing his voice), Noëlle felt her hand being taken by a slightly warmer one and her body being pulled forward into an affectionate embrace. Perfect timing! Her arms wrapped back around him and her nose pressed into the shirt he was wearing, taking a deep inhale. Her toes curled in her sneakers before he casually pulled away.

Are you excited for this summer?

Bryan! I missed you. Yeah, I'm pretty excited, haha.

The laugh came out a bit forced, as she was just a little nervous. It was the strangest sensation. She was comfortable with Bryan. More comfortable than she was with anyone else--he was her brother, after all. They had bathed together, cooked for each other, cried together, slept together and so much more. He was a permanent part of her life...but there were moments of awkwardness that she felt. This was one of those moments.

Noëlle took a step back, holding the slip of paper out in front of her wordlessly, with questioning eyes. Bryan flashed his and her heart sank.

It sucks that you're not in my cabin -- I was kind of hoping for that! I guess we'll see each other during activities, though.

    Definitely!

Her voice cracked and she covered it up with a cough into the crook of her arm, waving her free hand back and forth and croaking 'dry air' dramatically, just as someone else--Sophie(?) greeted them. They both waved. Bryan made sure she was alright and then leaned forward, kissing her forehead, before disappearing. The shiver down her spine was so violent that she thought she may be forever paralyzed. He walked away, giving her time to recover.

When he was out of sight, she crumpled the slip of paper in her hand and grabbed her suitcase, dragging it against the gravel and over a few unclaimed marshmallows. The path leading to the cabins was not too long, but it was long enough of a stretch to give her time to unwind and get used to the idea of being away from Bryan -- again.

The cabins were as plain as she remembered them, but that was okay. It felt more authentic this way. It was a way to encourage the students to participate in outside activities. The only thing that really bothered her was the shortage of blankets. That's why she had brought one of her own from home.

She opened the door and stepped inside. Eek. Hot. She couldn't wait until the sun set. Her eyes scanned the room. Oh. Sophie was here, too. They must be rooming together. Noëlle didn't have much of an opinion on her, most times. There was an older woman there too, laying on one of the beds lazily. Was that her counselor? Disappointing.

    Heeeey, everyone.

She greeted melodiously, as if they were all friends already, dragging her luggage over the wood floor to one of the beds towards the back of the room. Heat rose, so she claimed a bottom bunk. The nearby window would keep her cool, too. Without saying much more, she started to make her bed. There were names on a couple of them, so she quickly picked up on what was going on and waited for the paper to reach her before making a decorative 'Noëlle' name tag and sticking it to her bed frame.

THERE'S a STIRRING INSIDE of ME.
Pierce watched as another boy joined their cabin. The red-headed one was in there when she showed up, but this kid had brown hair and blue eyes. She was beginning to fear that she would be the only girl in the cabin and that would definitely make things uncomfortable for her. Boys were stinky. She never understood how they could so easily live in a foul stench without it bothering them at all. Stinky and messy like dogs. She sighed and readjusted so that she could begin to pull things out of her bag. ❝ Salve. ❞ Pierce blinked twice before looking at the brown-haired boy that had come in and tossed his stuff on a bunk bed. She wasn't sure she heard him right, or if she really heard anything at all. He didn't say anything after that. Pierce's expression resembled that of a question mark, but rather than bothering him and asking why he said salve, if he said it at all, she decided to divert her gaze to the items within her bag.

The screen door opened and shut, slamming loudly and she jumped, dropping the thin-layered quilt she had received years ago from her great grandmother for a birthday gift. Another boy strode energetically into the cabin, this one, unlike the last, was familiar. Tucker was her counselor this year. She had never had him before. He was in his early twenties, but she didn't know early exactly.

Phew! I thought the room would be filled before I'd get here. Sorry for being a little late, guys!❞ he said a little nervously. Tucker clapped his hands together, fully drawing Pierce's attention to him. ❝ So hey Sam, Pierce and Quentin! I'm Tucker, twenty one but pretty much with the mental age of a 13 year old. I'm going to be your counselor and you guys are going to be my troopers. ❞ he grinned with two thumbs up, before he continued with a bright smile. Apparently that answered the unknown age number in her head. ❝ I'm your Super Trooper or your leader but this is your journey and I'm just here to guide you. Now, we're going to be a really fun cabin, okay? In fact, guys and girl, let's make us the BEST Cabin, I mean we are Cabin B after all! But first let's all get settled in, wait for the others and uh, just chill out for a while. Dinner will be served in a half hour so just keep cool and if you have any questions, do ask.

Pierce uncharacteristically scoffed. Her hand flew up to her mouth and her cheeks turned red. Tucker was rather dorky; she couldn't help but laugh at him. Her hands smoothed out the quilt on the bed, nervously. She just needed something for them to do. She felt antsy and a little bit excited. It would take some getting used to in order to adjust to Tucker's enthusiasm level, but it was nice. The counselor's always seem super chipper the first few days, but that excitement always seemed to die out after about a week. They would get really mean and serious about pretty much everything. In the few very limited interactions she had with him in summers past, he always seemed as happy and excited as he was right now. ❝ U-um, hi. ❞ Pierce muttered. She stood beside her bed and tucked a sweaty lock of hair behind her ear so that it wouldn't be in her face.

She wasn't really sure what to say after that. Pierce was still feeling like her awkward uncomfortable self. She sat down on the bed with her legs tucked neatly underneath the skirt of her dress and began pulling things out one by one. The small mysterious bottle remained at the bottom of the bag. There was no way she would take it out with people around.

The only question she had in mind to ask, escaped her. Just thinking about the scavenger hunt began to get her all worked up. She really hoped it would be tomorrow night, but all the time in the world wouldn't be enough. Pierce wished she could just be excused from it. After the crying incident last year that result in her cabin having to call it quits, she never wanted to partake again. Hopefully no one would remember. She hated being the reason they lost so tragically, but all the nighttime creepiness was just too much for her. She could feel her heartrate quicken in her chest at the memories and she had to take a few deep breaths to try and calm herself.

Before anyone could respond to his greeting, the cabin counselor showed up in a huff. He looked very happy and energetic despite having sprinted to the door. Quentin raised a quizzical eyebrow in his direction as he practically burst into song with greetings.

". . . But first let's all get settled in, wait for the others and uh, just chill out for a while. Dinner will be served in a half hour so just keep cool and if you have any questions, do ask."

Chill out with that attitude? Hah! Quentin was hungry after the long ride, but he could wait half an hour. Oh, the nickname . . . The BEST cabin? I'll add -ial to the end, or something. It was as good a name as any, but Quentin would have liked something with more flash, more dramatic. He stayed focused on the counselor's animated expression; Tucker's energy was contagious. Quentin smiled back at him wryly.

Sam and Pierce were gender ambiguous names, but he figured out which was which by their reactions. The boy was named Sam and the girl was named Pierce. He couldn't tell what the girl played, but the boy had a guitar. This fact was less interesting than his drawing, but he would get to know them before dismissing them completely. He could engage them later.

He brought his mind back to their counselor.

"Do I give you my electronics?" He started to turn to grab his player whan a thought occurred to him. "How did you know our names?" Quentin didn't remember giving a photo with his application. He wondered if the cards were rigged. His expression was still one of quizzical amusement. He finished getting his player.

He leaned forward, put his elbows on his knees and waited for a reply.

Erik returned to the cabin quickly. He checked the time on his watch and sighed. They had about ten minutes before it was time to head to the dining/mess hall. What he had planned would have to wait until later when they all returned to their cabin. It wasn't really a big deal, just some sort of bonding excersize to make up for the unwanted tension that might have occured from his tussle with the stupid ape that was Sean. He bound up the steps in one stride and walked back into the cabin. His smile had returned--although, not without being forced--, and he waved the paper at the lot of them. Erik dropped it into a pile on his bed and pulled out the Sharpies. "Something for later," he told them. Right now they had other things to attend to.

He reached for a small tupperware container he had beside his bed and held it out like an offering bowl. "We've got just a couple minutes before dinner and I need to collect all your electronics before we head over there. If I find out that you still have something on you that you didn't turn in, you'll be in trouble later. What is turned in will be locked away and only returned in the event of an emergency. If you desperately need to call home, there are phones in the main building but you need the permission from a counselor to do so. I have only ever given out two phone calls in the years I've been counselor. Keep that in mind." His voice was commanding, yet friendly all at the same time. Erik tapped his foot while he waited and glanced down at the time again on his watch.

His eyes glanced around the room. They were still one camper short. There was no way they would be able to head to dinner without their fourth member. Jenna seemed to have all her stuff set up already and he let a genuine smile tug at the corners of his lips. "Just a heads up, we can't leave until everyone is here. So I hope you're not too hungry. That, or the last camper in our cabin shows up very very soon." He made a popping noise with his lips and his brown eyes wandered out the window, scanning the grounds beyond.

At the sound of the door opening and closing Sam's head perked up. So there was their other roommate. One still seemed missing but after a quick glance at her watch she realized that dinner was coming up and they shouldn't waste time. So after an inward sigh she stands up, noticing that the newcomer had placed her name already. That caused her to smile for explaining it would have been a bummer.

First a greeting was given then she got a ziplock bag, opening it and holding it out to the girls. "It has to suck, but the rule is to fork over all phones, music players, and so on. If you have anything too big to fit just set it on my bed." She was not fond of this rule and last year she even gave them their stuff back, though in secret of course. So maybe if they proved to be a nice bunch she would hand them their phones and such back during the nights spent in this cabin. She wondered if any of the students she dealt with last year shared this piece of information. Hopefully not, 'cause if that made it's way to the other adults it could spell trouble.

"When it's done we should head to the dinning hall, since it should be opening soon." Sentences were not the easiest things to form right now but at least after that little rest some energy had been restored. She just hoped that this first impression hadn't been bad enough for the others to hate her before she had a chance to be herself tomorrow.

    MOOD AMUSED❤!! NOTHINGWEARING
    OOC . . .

Sophie was never one for small talk unless the situation or game called for it, so when Samantha gave a short, uninteresting reply, Sophie hummed and wondered who else would be coming. As she mindfully watched Samantha move around with sticky notes and a Sharpie, writing names and placing them on the wooden boarding of the bunks.

When hers was placed, she laughed and grabbed it off, swiftly folding it into a paper crane, "Don't worry Sammy, you'll never have to remember my name." she told her with a wry smile and a certain glint in her eye. Samantha was, so far, pretty boring and Sophie rolled over on her back to look at the ceiling.

In the corner of her bunk sat one of her carrying bags. At the bottom of that back was a delicate vial with something very delicate and interesting in it. Cupid's Brew -- or so it is called . . . Such an innocent name for something so sought after. There had been a few people she had thought of, but no one really stuck out, yet. She knew many people -- she was used to knowing many people, used to messing with more than one of them at a time.

    Ahaha.

The effects/affects were what she was most curious about. It was the most honest reason she could give.

The door opened and a rush of slightly too-warm air breezed in. A shine of pink hair later and Sophie was looking over the edge of her bed to see Noëlle. Oh, this was more perfect than she could have planned.

    "Heeeey, everyone."

Silly, the way she had said that -- as if they'd been lifelong friends of the not-so-close kind.

"Bonjour," she murmured, looking at the girl with pink hair. Should she start now or wait until later? Probably wait. Sophie wasn't one to rush into things. "Wonder who else we'll be sharing with . . ." and then she muttered something to herself in French. "Did you have a nice reunion with your brother?" she asked with a smile, rolling onto her back, "Also, when is dinner?"

"It has to suck, but the rule is to fork over all phones, music players, and so on. If you have anything too big to fit just set it on my bed." Sophie frowned at this. Last year, she hadn't handed her stuff over -- the cabin leader had been intimidated by her, hadn't even attempted to tell on her, and it was amusing to watch him squirm under her thumb, but Samantha . . .

She sighed dramatically and rummaged through her bag for her iPhone and headphones. Maybe she would sneak them away in the night to fall asleep to Bach, or something. She dropped them into the ziplock bag.

". . . dinning hall, since it should be opening soon." Sophie wasn't very hungry, come to think about it.

While Erik and Sean left the room, Emalynn watched as Jenna got up and unpacked her things. She was just as adorable as she looked. For a few moments, Jenna stared at the top bunk beside the one she had claimed earlier. Emalynn smiled. "You planning to take that one?" she asked, pointing to the bunk Jenna had her eyes set on. The younger girl nodded.

"Good choice," she replied. It sucks that she has to stay here with him. Jenna tried to carry a bag up the ladder, but was having quite a bit of trouble. Emalynn took her earbud out and got up. "Let me help," she offered, taking the bag from Jenna's hand and placing it on the top bunk. After Jenna thanked her, Emalynn went back to sitting and listening to music.

Not too long afterwards, Erik walked back into the room. "We've got just a couple minutes before dinner and I need to collect all your electronics before we head over there. I have only ever given out two phone calls in the years I've been counselor. Keep that in mind," he told them. Emalynn took her earbud out of her ear, and gave them, along with her ipod to Erik. This was a music camp, they would create their own music. I can live without it this summer.

He then scanned the room and smiled smile. "

Of course, there's always that one person that's always freaking late. She did her best to keep a look of irritation off of her face. She bit her tongue and nodded as calmly as she could. Not like she could do anything about it. That person was late and she couldn't change anything. Whatever, not like I'm hungry anyway.

Lather, rinse repeat, and nice little conditioning left her feeling like a human being again as she banished the water to stay in their pipes and she tenderly stepped outside the shower and onto her clothes. Dripping all over, the cloth below her was instantly drenched with actual water, rather than just damp with sweat.

"Good to know, but I'll probably stick around to see who I'll at least betolerating for now."

Bryan laughed and gave Sebastian a light punch on the arm, "C'mon Seb, it won't be so bad. I'm sure you'll get along just dandy. I mean -- I hope you do . . . I don't have to have to make anyone sleep outside." he explained with a cheeky smile.

Seb, Bryan thought, could be a little depressing to be around sometimes because he wasn't too social, but Bryan could put up with that. And sharing a cabin with him . . . who knew! Maybe Seb would change his attitude by the end of the summer.

Upon hearing footsteps come to the cabin, Bryan looked at the door and saw the silhouette of a girl taking something off of her face. The door opened and a thin girl stepped in. Bryan smiled at the girl. "Hello. I - I'm Elisa." she said with a smile, sounding a little nerve-wracked.

"Hey, welcome to Cabin E, Elisa," Bryan said cheerfully, and then thought, "Heeeey, 'E' for 'Elisa'!" It wasn't all that funny, but he did want to make her feel better. She was pretty, he thought to himself. "No need to be so shy, we're not gonna bite. Grab any bunk you want, we're waiting for our last camper and then we'll head down to the mess hall, 'kay?"

Bryan hadn't even noticed that the door opened again, "Dibs on a top bunk," and he peered around to see a boy with goggles, shorter than himself shoving his bag onto a top bunk. Bryan visibly frowned.

"The name's Shouta." he said with a grin, "Call me Shou."

Asian, huh? "Nice to meet you, Shouta, this is Sebastian, Elisa, and Kory," he said motioning to the boy and the other two girls. "Play nice, now." He peered down at his watch. "We'll be heading out for dinner soon, but before that, I'm gonna need you guys to fork over all your electronics. I know, the horrooooor, I hated it, too. But you'll be fine without them for the day."

Bryan knew what it was like to be without communication and electronics, so he had a secret little side plan to give them back to the campers before they went to bed, and then take them back in the morning. He walked around the room with a Tupperware box and had all phones, music players, cameras and et cetera dumped in. "They'll be perfectly safe, don't worry!"

When all was collected and done, he capped the box and slid it under the bottom of his bunk.

"Now, we wait." And he returned to his makeshift desk in the corner to continue his drawing. It was great because now he had subjects to draw instead of just objects. After flipping away from the scenery he had drawn of the cabin, he began to sketch up something new while waiting.

Sam had quietly claimed a top bunk before Pierce had entered the cabin. He spared her a few minutes worth of a glance, just long enough to figure out who she was. The girl that cried...yeah...she probably hated all the scary stuff during the scavenger hunt. She was cute enough. He enjoyed girls that had a touch of fear in them. And then Quentin entered. This one was a bit harder to read. He didn't think he remembered him. He would've remembered a face like that.

"Phew! I thought the room would be filled before I'd get here. Sorry for being a little late, guys!"

Sam thought his heart would stop beating when the door burst open and the bundle of excitement in the form of a man flew into the cabin. Was he dreaming? Not...a dream... Hazel eyes widened and his breath came in short, quiet pants the longer he stared at Tucker trying to figure out if it was an illusion.

"So hey Sam, Pierce and Quentin! I'm Tucker, twenty one but pretty much with the mental age of a 13 year old. I'm going to be your counselor and you guys are going to be my troopers."

Sam ceased to breathe. He knew his name...it was expected of him and he figured Tucker would know their names...but...his name dropped out of Tucker's mouth followed by the others' and it was just a wave of happiness for Sam's deprived, twisted mind. Exhaling, Sam blew the breath of air up to stir the air around his forehead and shift his bangs. Troopers, huh? Lame name but...if it's Tucker...who the hell cares. Dragging himself back to what Tucker was saying....

"I'm your Super Trooper or your leader but this is your journey and I'm just here to guide you. Now, we're going to be a really fun cabin, okay? In fact, guys and girl, let's make us the BEST Cabin, I mean we are Cabin B after all! But first let's all get settled in, wait for the others and uh, just chill out for a while. Dinner will be served in a half hour so just keep cool and if you have any questions, do ask."

A fun cabin....he'd have to work on his attitude around Tucker then. Chilling out was totally his thing. Reigning his rapidly beating heart back under his control, Sam slid down from his bunk. A brief laugh came from Pierce and he shot a glare towards the girl. Quentin spoke up and Sam almost had the urge to smack that guy. Now was his chance to speak up though....now was his time to actually speak to Tucker for once! Now...!

"More importantly...when can I get my hands on that grand piano?" Oh how he did miss the piano at camp. He made sure since the first day he came last year, that it was well taken care of and tuned. Tucker wasn't the only one that held Sam's affection. That piano was the prettiest thing he had seen. A little music with dinner would be nice too...if they'd let him roll it into the dining hall.

With her bed claimed and made, and her suitcase kicked under her bed (she preferred to keep all of things close and not in the provided drawers), Noëlle was ready to go! Exciting, somewhat. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like she had gotten a very high energy group...That would suck, when it came to the outdoorsy activities. She mulled over her potential competition, remembering that she had forgotten to say goodbye to Jack and mentally scolding herself.

    Bonjour . . . Wonder who else we'll be sharing with . . .

Not paying much attention, she took a seat at the edge of her snug looking bed and smoothed out her shorts. It was feeling a bit cooler, now.

Did you have a nice reunion with your brother?

...Weird. That shouldn't have made her eye twitch, but she masked it with a blink so it should have been alright. Rubbing her eyes after, she nodded slowly. There was no need to get possessive at the mention of him, after all, hahaha.

Yes, I did. It's always nice to see Bryan.

The moment didn't drag on for very long, which pleased her. Soon, she had put her feelings out of her mind and was standing up to give Samantha her phone. It actually felt pretty nice to unplug for a while, she thought. It wasn't as though she really used technology that often and there was no need to at a camp like this. There was so much free roaming and interaction that it just seemed like a waste to coop yourself up and drown in such things.

The counselor was pretty cool about it, though. She seemed...chill? Was that the word?

Aah...What was your name again? Sam...? It was a silly question, because the name was plastered right on the woman's bed, but Noëlle wondered if she would like to be called something different. Something like 'Ms. Sam', maybe.

She was hungry, and she wanted to see Bryan and Jack again, but she also noticed that there were only three of them present? Where was the fourth?

Also, are we going to have to wait on whoever is missing or can we just head out? How anal groups were about attendance depended on the counselor. Maybe 'Sam' would be cool enough to let them go on time?
