Julius continued to chew on the sandwich that he bought and the moment Adrian came up to him and spoke to him Julius raised an eyebrow at him as he chewed. When he swallowed and watched him leave he said the one though that was in the mind upon hearing that "What da fuck was that about" Julius said as he watched Adrian walk away. Adrian was quite the weird one but he never really found him a bad person...just weird.

The breeze passing by was so relaxing and nice so Julius closed his eye and enjoyed it. Feeling that it would have been best to enjoy the front of the ship he walked up to the bow of the ship and took a seat with a very relaxed sigh "Ah this feels great" Julius said happily closing his eye. He had absolutely no idea about what to do once he got home and after the situation in the hospital he just took pleasure in relaxing.

As Julius opened his eye he noticed a frail looking girl sitting there and smiled casually "Ah! enjoying the ride? This is a pretty nice place to enjoy it" Julius said as he closed his eye with a grin. The wind was strong and as his long hair was being blown back in a very sexy way. At the moment he was just glad to be getting as far away from the devil woman as fast as he could

Pierce had been so entranced by the water she hadn't realized anyone sat down. With a start, she turned to look at him. He was almost old enough to be her dad. She watched with mild curiosity as his long hair flowed in the wind. Men didn't usually keep their hair that long. But most people also didn't wear eye patches unless they were dressing like a pirate for Halloween. She swallowed down a lump in her throat and took a deep calming breath before finally responding. ❝ Y-yeah. It is pretty. I like watching the waves crash against the bottom of the ferry. ❞ There. Not so bad. She exhaled in relief at the ease she felt. ❝ You're one of the new counselors, right? Er... were I mean... ❞ She felt dumb. Obviously he wasn't a counselor anymore. Could he even really be counted as one? He had only been a counselor for one whole day.

She stretched her legs out in front of her and reached in her duffle bag for the familiar warmth of a sweater. It was big on her, but she liked it that way. It made her feel like curling up in a bed surrounded by blankets the way she had all that room in there. Pierce pulled it on over her head before zipping the bag back up and turning back to face the man beside her. Weren't there warnings about stuff like this? She chewed at her bottom lip absently until it felt bruised and swollen. She shrugged it off and fidgeted nervously with the cuffs of the large sweater. How much longer would this ride take? She checked the time on her phone and then set it back in her lap.

Julius listened to her words and though the strong noise of the wind, waves and engine of the boat drowned out her voice he was still able to at least here her words. He always liked the shy ones, they were quiet and polite and it was always fun making them smile. Closing his eyes once more Julius let out a hearty laughter and grinned happily "Counsellor? heh probably, but I don't consider myself one...after all it was the first time I every really tried something like that and I doubt 2 days would have really qualified me as a counsellor" Julius said

Thinking about his time as a counsellor just made him laugh once again "Hell I don't even really know why I took the job in the first place. I fear for those who are teamed up with me so be grateful young girl, be grateful that you weren't paired up with me" Julius said with a big grin as he began to stretch his arms out "well then I guess an geezer like me shouldn't be troubling you so I'll leave you be" Julius said scratching the back of his head "Take care kiddo" Julius said as he stood up and walked of from the docks.

"This is pretty exciting, yeah? What do you think they have on this ferry?"

Elisa looked around the main floor of the ferry for a moment, from where she and Richie sat. It was marvelous like always and the buffet looked really appetizing - probably to everyone else. Things were sparkly clean and the weather was much nicer. She turned back to the boy by her and smiled, "Honestly, I think this thing has anything. We should go exploring later… OH! I wonder if there's internet!!" she said excitedly, trying to make up for the silence she gave the blonde haired boy in the bus ride. Earlier it was just a little weird with the whole taxi incident but by the time they arrived at the ferry, she just shrugged it off. Her new friend was really nice and cool and fun to be with and that was it.

She reached down into her military bag and trying to look for her phone to check for internet connection, her hand bumped into a rather cold piece of glass. She looked deeper into her bag and realized she hit her finger on her cupid's brew bottle. She gave a short, silent scoff at it before retuning to search for her phone. She found it but before she could pull it out, a familiar voice had called for her and Richie's names.

It was followed by hurried footsteps then when she looked up at a guy who stopped by their table, she saw her camp counselor! BRYAN! She grinned when she saw him. She kind of missed the guy, hadn't seen him since the night before. He then grabbed the third chair at their table and kind of just fell down on it. He grabbed her fingers and kind of flew into this panicked tone,

"I'm really, really, really sorry for leaving you behind in the forest, I didn't mean to! Are you guys okay? You didn't get hurt did you?"

She could feel her bony fingers being pressed against each other as he squeezed both of her and Richie's hands. She looked into his deep, worried eyes and found herself blushing a bit. She looked away immediately, "U-uh, we're fine! Real good! Doctors were a pain though, but we're good."

Tucker simply grabbed a piece of bread and a glass of orange juice. He let out a small sigh after realizing how much food he got out of a buffet, he lost his appetite almost completely from the hospital. He was pretty much content with just swallowing his saliva nervously and licking his lips. Of course his grumbling stomach wasn't, but eating seemed to make him feel sick so he could only take in so little. He took a sip of his juice before he turned his back to the buffet.

The 21-year-old looked around. It was probably a good idea to surround himself with people to try and forget everything - like he usually did, hence he always loved company because they seemed to be like some sort of drug to him. Always the easiest way to forget things. However, as he looked around the first group his eyes fell down on was with that blonde kid from the taxi again. His body froze again and he gripped his juice tighter. He swallowed again, when a rush of what just happened in the taxi rolled back into his mind. He decided to take it outside, limping on his way out. He kind of did want to go back to them, kind of just to get closure but his body kind of just went "whoa tucker no, you're not ready for that." plus, his counselor buddy Bryan joined them and he wanted to check in with the newbie - to see if he was alright.

As the wind whipped his red locks back, he looked around to see some people, until his gaze fell on two counselors - one of which was someone he knew, Erik. Only half in the mood to surround himself with students now he decided to approach the two guys, with a small smile on his face. He stopped by them and greeted them with a simple "hey guys." before biting into his bread.

Stratana murmured a meek "thank you..." in the tiniest voice she didn't even know she had. Not many people were kind to her, as she was rarely kind to others; at her current state, she never expected anyone to look at her ever again. "But... I am fat... look at my belly." An she pointed at her slight protrusion barely filling out her small tube top. "No guy will ever find me attractive" She sniffed. "Again!" She wailed and collapsed onto Lexi, wrapping her arms tightly around her, squeezing her tightly with strength she didn't mean to use.

Sebastian looked Natalie up and down. She was rather slim, like him, he noticed, and seemed to be wearing a very hip outfit with a blue Zebra pattern on one part of the top. "Full of awesome." He repeated calmly, chewing his food and closing his eyes. "So, are you aiming to be like a cute version of blue zebra today?" He flirted humorously. He opened his eyes and met hers, giving her a coy wink.​

Lexi was shocked to have been hugged so suddenly by some with boobs as big as Stratana's. "You're not fat. You're just dealing with your problems in a bad way." She noticed that Stratana was still hugging her, so deciding to comfort her, Lexi wrapped her arms around her. "You know, it shouldn't always be about what guys think. Girls have better opinions on these matters, and if you ask me, you look sexy." Lexi said, obviously hitting on Stratana. "If she can't take the hint..."

Natalie blushed at Sebastian's compliment. She gave a nervous giggle. "Th-Thank you." She leaned in a bit closer to his face, then looked away. "I at least wanted to look nice today. Especially with what happened last night..." She shivered. All the fire... "S-Sorry... I just HATE fire." Natalie explained, thinking the shiver may have looked a bit weird since it wasn't cold.

Richie giggled at his friend's enthusiasm and pulled out his phone, which he retrieved from a random counselor just before reaching the dock, and decided to aid her in her wonder. He saw her reach down into her bag and noticed... something as she pulled out her phone. Could that've been... the Cupid's Brew bottle? It looked awfully familiar, at least. He was practically leaning over the table, and with a low whisper, was planning on questioning her about it. Then, an all too familiar voice rang through his mind. Richie quickly receded back to his chair as Bryan came into his field of vision.

...He didn't look well. He was apologizing something fierce as he grabbed onto Richie's and Elisa's hands. A chill ran down his spine as the two made contact and Bryan began squeezing. "I'm really, really, really sorry for leaving you behind in the forest, I didn't mean to! Are you guys okay? You didn't get hurt did you?" Richie was left speechless as squeezed back and stared into his deep green eyes passionately as they shifted between his and Elisa's. After Elisa accepted his apology, he nodded his head in agreement. He looked to Elisa, who seemed to be blushing a little. Did... did she like Bryan too?

Richie soon realized him and Elisa had quite a few things to discuss... but now what definitely not the time for an interrogation. Drawing his attention back to Bryan, Richie added to Elisa's thought, "Yeah, we're both fine thanks." He sounded a bit awkward when he spoke, so he cleared his throat and continued. "What happened with you? I didn't see you at the hospital and I was a little worried because... I heard that someone died in the fire and I was really scared it was you..." Richie squeezed a little harder.

The death was quite depressing and almost... frightening. But Richie wouldn't let those sad thoughts ruin his time with Elisa and Bryan. He continued to smile at the two as he waited for them to reply.

"U - uh, we're fine! Real good! Doctors were a pain though, but we're good." Bryan smiled brightly at Elisa, a small blush tinting his cheeks at her upbeat reply.

"Yeah, we're both fine, thanks." Richie said, and Bryan looked at him with his same smile, but less of a blush. "What happened with you? I didn't see you at the hospital and I was a little worried because . . . I heard that someone died in the fire and I was really scared it was you . . . " Richie squeezed a little harder.

Bryan smiled, feeling relief that his two campers were alright, and in turn, were worried about him, "I'm okay, really. I just feel all kinds of bad for running off . . . But I guess we're alright now." He didn't want to think about who else died in the forest, about who he couldn't save. Bryan quickly realized he was still holding both their hands, so in a bit of a rush ( and some embarrassment ), he let them go.

"Sooo," he started, slightly awkward, placing his hands on the table, "what'd you guys have planned for the rest of the summer, now that camp is cancelled?" He looked around a bit wondering if he could spot Noëlle anywhere. He hoped she was feeling okay . . . She seemed really shaken up after he found her in the Circle -- even more than the others!

With a small sigh at the thought, Bryan pulled out his phone and messaged her.

Adrian stopped when he heard Julius. His blood ran cold when he looked on as Julius instantly was flirting with......Pierce! But as soon as he was about say something narcasistic, when Julius turned back and walked off, allowing Adrian, to speak. Adrian's blood went from ice to overdrive. His palms sweat and mind reel, and he blushed sightly. His breath immediatly became shallow as he walked slowly toward a woman, he had never expected to be in love with.

"Good day to you.. I'm Adrian, Tonitrui's sister. I've heard a lot of positive things about you. I was wondering if we can....I...um..hang out..?" Adrian was very nervous. He looked at the back window to see Toni and Alex converse. Toni turned and waved, smiling, then turned back.
Adrian turned back and said, "So, Pierce was it? You seem to be a very nice young woman. What are your hobbies?"
Adrian can tell that no doubt that she might be thinking that he must be a fool.

Toni looked back at Alex. Come on Adrian, you can do it, though Toni. She was worried that he won't speak right, or flop. Toni is very strict when making compromises. She had (inadvertently) made Adrian talk, but she really didn't need to due to Adrian's independent nature. But he can be such a sap around girls that he likes. He can take care of himself. He'll be fine as lon as he doesn't srew this up.

"And sorry if I might be talking you ear off. I get chatty when I'm nervous. So, what do you like to do for fun?"

She was nervous, why exactly would she be so nervous. As far as he knew, he didn't do anything wrong. When the busses arrived at the ferry, he got up followed behind Toni. At first he shrugged, then he began to say his answer. "M-mostly listen to music or play violin." Sure that made him seem a bit anti-social, but he didn't feel like listing everything that he liked.​

As he approached the tables with food, he remember how he felt about eating earlier. Surprisingly, he still felt like getting something small to eat. So he just found himself a sandwich. He wasn't all that thirsty so he didn't bother with grabbing a drink. ​

​

Once he gotten a seat, his eyes casually looked around at everyone else. Some of his cabin mates had made it on the ferry, that was good, now he didn't have to worry about them anymore. With that out of the way, he took the first bite out of his sandwich.​

Emalynn found an empty table and placed her glass of orange choice carefully on the table. The news about camp hadn't exactly put her in the best mood, and she definitely was not willing to have a happy-go-lucky conversation over toast, quite yet. She pulled out her chair and sat down. Finally, time to myself-

Almost. Right after this thought, Emalynn heard someone pull up the chair across from her. She looked up to see who it could be. It was Jenna with her bright smile, as usual. Emalynn sighed and then proceeded to smile. With so many campers on the ship Emalynn should have known better than to expect a table to herself. She was somewhat glad that it was Jenna that was in front of her though. If anyone else were to sit down across from her, Emalynn might have snapped at them.

"Are you feeling better?" the younger girl inquired. She had a worried look on her face. It was almost a pout but not quite. Emalynn nodded in response. "That's good," Jenna remarked.

"Have you been good? Was Sean nice to you? Not to weird?" Emalynn asked. I swear if that scumbag did anything to Jenna . . . But what could she do now. They were all leaving for home. Getting angry at him now wouldn't be of much use. Emalynn wondered what Jenna thought about the whole situation. Is she disappointed, too?

"He's like the big bro that I never had!" Jenna replied with her signature smile. Emalynn raised an eyebrow. So he's good with kids, huh? Then she looked over at Sean who was not sitting too far away. He acts all tough but is actually a softie, huh? Definitely something to hold against him if we ever meet again. Emalynn turned her attention back to Jenna.

"That's good," she started, "It sucks that we have to go home now though." Emalynn sighed whereas Jenna frowned. Of course she was disappointed that it was time to leave. She was so eager the first day of camp. Emalynn wished that there was something she could do. But after something like that fire, what could she do? Before Jenna could reply, Emalynn coughed.

Pierce stared at him dumbfounded. She couldn't even get a word in, not that she minded. Honestly, she would rather listen than talk. It was easier that way. Pierce slipped her legs into the bottom of her sweater and tucked them against her chest. She leaned back against the railing and wrapped her arms snugly around her legs. The sweater helped warm her bare legs and it was plenty large enough to keep from stretching by doing so. Pierce closed her eyes and tipped her head back, letting the breeze wash over her.

Pierce's legs dropped from within the sweater and she sat up straight, staring blankly at the boy in front of her. Her heart palpitated and her voice caught in her throat. ❝So, Pierce was it? She clasped her hands together and picked nervously at her nails. Pierce nodded at the empty space beside her that the unnamed counselor had just vacated a minute prior. ❝ Ah... ❞ She couldn't breath. Whatever happened to getting that water? She should have done it as soon as she got on the ferry. Her throat was too dry to speak and she just stared at him like a deer in headlights. Did he really say sister? Is he not a boy? Pierce always thought she had a fairly decent grasp on her sexuality, but now she didn't know. Her dark lashes fluttered as she blinked her drying eyes. She needed to somehow regain composer, but sensibility was lacking her. ❝ Pierce! I am Pierce... ❞

Pierce internally face palmed. She sounded so stupid. He sounded--he sounded mature, old and wise; like a grandpa. She was beginning to hyperventilate and her cheeks burned with the kiss of embarrassment. The only comfort brought to her was the fact that it was cold outside. ❝ Ah... Nice--m-meet nice you... ❞ All those imaginary conversations she had did not prepare her. Pierce never actually imaged she would talk to him in real life. They were just pillow conversations and occasional glances in the halls, nothing more. ❝ Gardening! ❞ she squeaked and clasped her hands over her mouth, shaking her head.

Too much. Too, too much! She jumped to her feet. ❝ G-gotta go! ❞ Pierce grabbed her bag and ran off, legs trembling. She couldn't do it. It was too overwhelming. Her hand clutched her chest where stabbing pain raked through her sternum. She didn't stop running until she reached the bathroom and by that point in time her legs were burning.

 

Adrian watched dumbfounded as she blushed in embarrassment. She was nervous too?? He couldn't believe it. But he might've said something wrong, because after all her emotional gibbers, she said ❝ G-gotta go! ❞ and she took off.
Adrian was about to say wait, but he knew it wasn't worth wasting his breath. Stupid, stupid stupid.

Adrian let his fist fly towards the ship. Pain sensors roared to life as Adrian clasped his hand. He left a medium-sized dent in the hull, but thats all. He walked off, resigned.
"Tonitrui's sister...my ass! Might as well be a lesbian if I can't put 2 and 2 together! Adrian growled as he rubbed his temples. If anything in a situation like this was wrong, its the fact that Adrian was overthinking when talking to Pierce. H went to the snack bar, got himself a chicken patty sandwich, and sat down by himself.

Toni could not believe it. Her own brother blew it. She saw Pierce take off, leaving Adrian to punch the wall. "Excuse me," She said to Alex and took off after Pierce. She entered the bathroom and said "Pierce? Are you alright? This is Toni, Adrian's sister."

Erik spun on his heel to see a familiar patch of red hair running over to him and the other counselor. He smiled down at him and clasped the guy's shoulder. "Hey Tucker. Feelin' better?" He gave him a once over before assessing that he was probably fine now. "I had all your campers covered while you were gone. They all made it safely and are here somewhere. Just thought you'd want to know." He stretched his arms out over his head and cracked his back. Erik glanced at the other counselor and gave him a half wave before pulling Tucker away from him, bag in tow.

Pierce slammed the stall door shut and dropped to the floor, resting her head against the cool metal. She took deep shaky breaths trying to calm herself down. Her hands trembled and she hugged her arms close to her body. The bathroom smelled dank of urine but she buried her face in her shoulder to breathe easier.

❝ Pierce? Are you alright? This is Toni, Adrian's sister. ❞ Why couldn't people just leave her alone? Maybe if she just kept quiet?

The footsteps echoed on the bathroom floor. There was no doubt Toni would be able to see her body through the bottom of the stall. She sighed before responding, ❝ I'm fine. ❞

[/url]Shouta was totally confused. He had gotten off the ferry to the island to find his stuff being thrown at him and he was pushed back onto the ferry. That fire must have been bad...

Shouta was on the top deck of the ferry, listening to his music, playing his bass to the song. Currently, HEAVEN was playing. He sang along with the vocals.

He didn't care if anyone saw him. Shouta pretended that he was playing in a concert, head bobbing to the drums, fingers plucking at the strings of his bass guitar. He was so glad that his baby wasn't damaged in the forest fire. Luckily, the flames didn't reach his cabin.​

It was the first compliment since coming to camp. "Sexy". Granted, it came from a girl, but it still made her feel better than she could ever imagine, especially since she felt ten times heavier than she actually was; plus, it wasn't exactly like Lexi meant it that way. "Oh my God! You are probably my new best friend!" She gave a squee accompanied by a tighter squeeze to her body. "When we get back to land, we so have to get each other's phone numbers! Maybe we can go shopping together or something! It is the summer and I totally need a new bikini... maybe a one piece this time." She talked a mile a minute until she paused and said the last part dismally, loosening her grip. "But if you say that I'm not fat... maybe I'm not. I still have to, like, totally go to a gym once I get back. We can go together there to, 'cuz if you don't mind me saying so, ♫Looks like someone has a little case of underarm jiggles.♫" She toyed harmlessly. She really did mean for to be friends with this girl, but her bluntness came into use even when she didn't mean to. "We'll get you started on some skullcrushers that'll tighten those triceps right up." She giggled, but then added, depressed, "I'll probably have to run a hundred miles before my thighs stop wobbling." And she gave her upper thigh a tiny slap; no rippling effect showed from underneath the tight fitting jeans though.​

"You know what, screw it!" She whipped out her pink cellphone that was bedazzled all-over with rhinestones. "I'm giving you my number now. 555-5309. What's yours?" Her bright big eyes stared into Lexi's with a comfortable warmth.​

"I personally don't enjoy life-threatening situations either, so forest fires aren't exactly a walk in the park for me either." He turned her face back towards him by guiding her chin to the center lightly with his hand. "But it looks like everyone's here." He smiled. "When they said there were people dead or missing, I figured there'd be a body count, but so far, no names have come up. Sure, there have been people I haven't seen, but that's a lot of people I probably just haven't noticed in the crowd yet. I'm sure they're buzzing around somewhere." He paused. "Pardon me if this is too personal a question but, you have a really nice slim figure. Genetics or diet?" He indicated to his own generally thin frame with a laugh to show that he was on equal grounds of the question. "For me: both. I have a fast metabolism and I just don't eat that much." He gave such a kick in his joy that he accidentally scraped the toe of his shoe up Natalie's right calf. The shock of the sudden under-the-table interaction sent a jolt of wamrth up his leg and into his face, almost causing him to blush. He was about to apologize right on the spot and say he didn't mean to do that.​

Julius closed his eye as he walked away from Pierce and noticed Adrian walk by him. Curious about what he was up to Julius glanced over his shoulder at what was going on. The kid was....to put it gently creepy in his eye and when he saw the timid girl run away he almost let out a snicker at the situation. With the situation over Julius walked over to a bench and laid down on it with a sigh. At this point he was fatigued so he closed his eye and took a nap

Bryan[/url] smiled at Richie brightly as he spoke about how horrible he felt, which seemed a little odd. But at least it was better than him completely breaking down in front of them, that's for sure. After finishing, Bryan seemed a little flustered as he removed his hands from Richie and Elisa. Richie sighed and frowned a little as Bryan asked, "Sooo, what'd you guys have planned for the rest of the summer, now that camp is cancelled?" That was... a good question. The blonde-haired hadn't really thought about that. He flashed a glance at Elisa and wondered if they could hang out over the summer. Maybe they even lived in the same town...! Maybe they could hang out everyday!

Richie pulled out his bottle of pills and swallowed one; he felt that... urge again. The need to constantly be around someone. The need to have only them. He loved and hated the feeling. Sometimes he didn't want to take his medication because that desire was so overpowering. But he knew what he became when he didn't, and he despised it.

Richie looked back to Bryan, who snapped him out of his thoughts. He replied, "Um... I don't really have any plans of yet, unfortunately. Do either you live in Red Bank by chance? Maybe we could hang out sometime..." He smiled at them both and felt that he was still blushing a little. Richie noticed Bryan pull out his phone, which made him frown again. Were he and Elisa not interesting enough for him? How rude.

A new bikini. Lexi blushed as she imagined that. She felt a nosebleed coming on, but then Stratana said it.

"You are probably my new best friend!"

Yep, that did it. Stratana wasn't into that stuff, and Lexi was incredibly disappointed. She REALLY did like this girl, and figured that she could make her less insecure. But she wanted more than friends. She was on the verge of tears just thinking about how impossible it would be for them to be together.

Then again, she seemed easily persuaded, so if they grew close enough... Yes! It was perfect! They'd grow close and Lexi would make her move. She remembered that she had the Cupid's Brew, but she wanted to save that until te situation was urgent and called for it.

Lexi smiled at her plan and let Stratana copy her number down. This plan would not go to waste, she would make sure of that.

"It's mostly my metabolism. Plus I'm only 14. Either way, my mom has a lot of-" Natalie stopped when she felt Sebastian's foot rub against her right calf. She blushed furiously and giggled loudly. "A-Anyway, my mom has a lot of cake- well, my whole family does really. We enjoy it a bit too much, and have it for dessert once or twice a week. She says it's okay since I break down all the stuff in it too quickly for it to get to anywhere on me." She was still blushing, so she fanned herself with her hand. "A bit hot in here, don't you think?" Natalie stated with a nervous giggle.

The counselor fought the urge to react to grip of Erik's hands on his shoulder. "Yeah, absolutely!" he lied enthusiastically before adding, "Ugh, thanks so much. I was so glad to find all my troopers okay. You're the best, Erik, really, thank you."

Erik glanced back at the other counselor and then he nodded then pulled himself and Tucker away from him. Not really paying attention to that, Tucker kind of fumbled - especially with his hurt ankles. As he followed Erik, he glanced back at the previous company and waved a bit with the bread in his hand before he turned his attention back to Erik as they stopped when they got some distance away from everyone.

He popped the last bit of bread into his mouth and sipped a bit more of his orange juice. He looked at Erik curiously, "So what happened anyway?"


Elisa glanced at Bryan a bit, only a bit. She tried not to look at him for some odd reason but when he spoke, he did glance over to him. It was a no-brainer for her to think of an answer to the question but she got distracted as Richie pulled out a bottle of pills. She was certain they weren't the same as hers, but what did he have?

"Well, I'm just going to use the internet." she said casually as Richie gulped on of them down before speaking. The boy seemed really friendly, which made Elisa smile a bit. The thought of hanging out with others would be cool, finally getting out of the house. Something she'd have to get used to, but cool nonetheless.

Glancing at her counselor quickly, who seemed to be occupied with a mobile phone, she turned to Richie. "I live nearby Red Bank. I can walk there if I have the energy." she laughed, she decided to leave out the part that she never really left her room - or rather her computer.
