As usual, it worked to wake her up. Whitney cooked a devilish curry. It was one of the few things she couldn't cook, however when she did, it almost seemed like she purposely tampered with it. No matter, she awoke. Bianca once again commented on her lack of dressing. This time she was actually wearing MORE than usual. "I'm comfy without clothes on. Okay. After breakfast, we need to talk about how I ended up in my bed..." She said with a monotone voice.

She got dressed and made her way downstairs alongside Bianca. There was a big amount of money being thrown around actually. Natalie had some money to her name. "I guess you have some money, Natalie. I didn't know you had a job? That's pretty cool."

Estelle woke up with a start, and got dressed in her favorite white shirt, black under shirt and red skirt. She could feel it was going to be a good day. She sat down at the living room table, thinking about yesterdays events. Nat then came and sat beside her. Estelle smiled at her "Good Morning Nat."
"Hey Estelle..." "You've done so much for me for the past few months actually, ever since my parents died. And, well..." she took out the money, "I want you to take this. Use it on the flower shop. You guys are letting me live here for free, and I don't want that, especially if you guys aren't making any bank." Natalie smiled and handed it to her
"Thank you." Estelle said, taking the envelope with some hesitation. "You really didn't have to go this. But thank you." She smiled.
then she gave a short sneeze, covering her mouth with her elbow. "Excuse me."
Estelle put an arm around her. "Hey Nat, are you ok? Maybe we should get you to a doctor..." Estelle said. Since this sickness was going around, Estelle was a bit worried about her now. "Here I'll go make you something to drink." Estelle said, getting up from the couch. She made a hot chocolate for them both, and sat back down on the couch. "So, what do you think of Alex's Cousin...?" Estelle asked her, shivering slightly.

"Just another day here. Though I find I was never social among others, I think if I spend my days here by myself, I might go insane. My hair is brighter now, with the dye in. I've noticed it looks really really good today. I've realized that the only ones who would remember me with my blonde hair, would be most of my family, and maybe a few of my friends back home. But after grade 2, when I moved with my mom. Well that's when I got it. Maybe I did it to forget who I was.. even at that age I was smart enough to see that it would only remind me of that house. It's interesting, that I can tell who's known me the longest, by if they remember me with that hair colour. Odd isn't it? I've been thinking too much lately, that's really all I can do now. Other then my school work. I keep hitting my computer, because it runs way to slow. I might need to go out and buy a new one. I told myself I would save the money for a rainy day, I guess it's a really rainy day now, huh? I think my Hard Drive is ready to take a nose dive. I've been backing up my files for most of the morning. What a pain."
She stopped writing, taking a look at the computer again, wearing a mask even still. She walk over to it and sat down. She sworn. '99% Completed' She felt like she should throw something. It was stuck at that point for the past 3 hours. She banged her head down on the desk. She went over to her desk, took out a stress ball and stabbed a pin in it. Suddenly it finished, and she put it away. She sighed, relaxed. She took a deep breath, walking down the stairs and turning on the news.

She listened to the news cast eating her breakfast and reading the paper like she did the day before. Life was so uninteresting these days. She took her snake out of it's cage, and let it go free on the living room table, it hissing contently as it made it's way onto her lap. She took her guitar from it's stand. She played for a bit. She loved her music, although it was sooo 2013ish. Her mom had poked fun at it, for it being so out of date. She stood up, picturing herself on stage.
She sang along as she played. Though worried the older neighbors would come banging on her door, she didn't care, she could blow the roof off this place. They didn't like her anyway. She smiled evilly as she turned up her Amp. She laughed to herself as she finished. Lying back on the couch, she turned on the tv once more., knowing she had probably played for the whole block. She laughed again with a smirk on her face, going back to watching the trash on the tv.

The streets of Candlewood was quite empty and it was really no wonder why. People didn't want to increase the risk of getting infected and they just spent as little time outside as the could. People just rushed around, trying to get whatever they needed done and reach their destination in smallest time...which made it a pain for Julius to get out of the house.

The dean had called him over to the school in order to discuss things and while the two of them were not the most friendly with each other, when it came to work the two were actually quite effective in getting work done. A groan was let out and Julius merely parked his new car and head into the office.

"Glad to see you Julius"

"Heh, don't bullshit me you were hoping I would have dropped dead on the way"

"Oh please, why would I ever wish that of one of my favourite professors?"

That sarcastic tone could only make Julius scoff and smirk. With their little banter over, Julius merely sat down with his arm resting on the back of the chair. "So whats up...your more creative when it comes to trashing me" Julius said staring over at the old woman in charge of the university.

"Its about our current situation...things have been quite difficult for the university" The dean said

"Its been difficult all around..." Julius said softly as he closed his eyes calmly

"Right....we've been short on man power and we'll be needing as much help as we can"

"Oh? well thats more money in my pockets....hmmm maybe I should kill off Erik or something and steal his job....naaaahhhhhhhh then that means I loose my drinking buddy" Julius said with a small chuckle

"JULIUS THIS IS SERIOUS!" the dean yelled slamming her hand on the desk before him

"Yes...I know...but you need to calm down..." Julius said opening his eye staring over at the woman "But there isn't anything we can do except grieve and work harder" Julius said closing his eyes once more "If we are getting all pissed off then how the hell must those kiddos be feelings...sure they are adults, but that changes shit" Julius said crossing his arms. "I know its dangerous to keep them all outside of their houses but they need to at least socialize a bit" Julius said rubbing his temples "we don't even know how long this epidemic will last" Julius said

".....then I will leave this task up to you..." The dean said

"....wait what?" Julius said raising his eyebrow.

Ryder reluctantly untangled himself from Elisa. He had been getting lazy since the outbreak. They slept a lot -- well no, slept wasn't exactly the right word. They were in bed a lot. This time they actually were sleeping though. He woke up before her and brushed a few strands of turquoise hair away from her face. Elisa looked adorable when she was asleep. He gave her a kiss on the temple before sliding out of the bed. Ryder ran his fingers through his blond hair and glanced around for his bag. He had been here a lot lately. It was nice with her parents working and not having and siblings to bother them. Ah. There it was. He walked over to the computer chair and rifled through his backpack for some clean clothes. He needed a shower since he was doing better on keeping up his appearances.

He pulled out some clothes and vacated the bedroom after glancing over at the sleeping figure one last time. His pajama pants dragged on the floor as he made his way down the hall to the bathroom. Ryder really didn't like sleeping in pajama pants -- boxers were good enough for him -- but he was doing it to keep from making Elisa uncomfortable or something. They still hadn't had sex yet and he didn't want her to think he was pressuring or anything, but man would it be nice to finally get to it. Nope. Showers would have to do for now.

Ryder had his own toiletries stored in a baggie in Elisa's bathroom. He felt weird about using her products and didn't exactly like the idea of smelling like Cherry - Hibiscus - Pomegranate - Blossom or whatever the fuck her body wash was. It smelled great on her, but he was having none of it. He showered as quickly as he could and dried off in the bathroom. It was almost like they were living together in a way. He kind of liked it. Ryder felt no remorse for what he did all that time ago. The only bad outcome benefited him dearly. Richie was pissed they were together as expected, but tough titties for him. He would just have to deal with it. At least Ryder was taking an initiative to not completely ruin the relationship between his twin and his girlfriend -- it still felt weird saying that out loud. Like today for example, they would be going back to his house for a couple days. She and Richie could spend tons of time together while he attempted to get caught up on his assignments he had been neglecting ( they still weren't going to get done ).

He vacated the bathroom and made his way back to Elisa's room, looking fresh and clean. When Ryder opened the door, she appeared to be awake now. He gave her a nod and a smile before shoving his pajamas into the bag. "Hey, how'd you sleep?" he asked with his back turned.

OOC: I'll be working on FreyFrey's new format for a bit, I'll update this post to fit it when it's done

Freya awoke to the sound of Tucker explaining that he had somewhere to be today, and he wanted her to tag along. "Hey so, I have to help Erik out with a project and I was thinking it would be great if you came along. Are you up for it" Being as reluctant as she had been these past few weeks to get out of bed, she buried her face in a pillow and mumbled. "Alright" Crawling out of bed and groggily grabbing some clothes to put on, she headed to the bathroom.

During her shower she realized that she didn't bring any of her own products and would end up smelling like Tucker all day. She wasn't upset about this, but felt like if her teacher got too close, he'd wonder why she had the distinct scent of men's soap. She could hear Tucker preparing something in the kitchen and the aroma of hot cocoa filled the apartment. She wasn't really a big fan of cocoa and had wished he had made coffee instead. Perhaps that was all Tucker had, he didn't spend a lot of time here anymore, and probably wasn't going grocery shopping.

After her shower, she reveled for a moment at the chance to wear Tucker's bathrobe, and readied her hair and makeup wrapped up in it. She got dressed and headed out to meet Tucker, who handed her a tumbler filled with hot cocoa. "I put them in tumblers so we could just drink them on the way. Erik had kind of been expecting me for a while... haha..." She accepted it and took a courtesy sip, pretending to like it. She glanced over at the counter, where two packets of instant coffee lay. As Tucker left for a second to grab something before leaving she quickly tore the packets open and dumped them into her drink, tossing the wrappers in her purse, as she didn't know where his trash was. Tucker turned back to her and mentioned something about cleaning up the kitchen, but he trailed off mid-sentence as he looked at where the coffee packets had been. Freya nervously put on her mask and briskly walked past him out the door. "Didn't you say you were late?" she asked, as she held the door for him.

The ride over was short, but slightly stressful, she knew Erik probably wouldn't approve of her dating someone so much older than her. They made their way up the steps to the door as Tucker put his arm around her. She blushed slightly and slipped her pinky into one of his belt loops. The first thing Freya noticed when the door cracked was the awful smell of cigarette smoke. Her professor stood int he doorway, a cigarette loosely hung from his lips. She had to admit it made him look cool, but it was going to be a challenge being in this house for long with that odor. At least she wouldn't have to explain why she smelled exactly like the (very handsome) man she was with. Erik narrowed his eyes and looked down at her for a moment, this made her uncomfortable, it felt like he was judging both her and Tucker. "Hope you don't mind, I brought Freya along. She could help as well if you needed anything and she's really wonderful company." Erik turned his attention to Tucker. "Hey" he said. Freya noticed another figure further in the house, with short dark hair, awkwardly trying to look like she could handle the cigarette she was holding. She didn't recognize this person immediately until she heard Tucker exclaim. "M-maria?" Freya felt Tucker's grip on her shoulder tighten. "N-nice look. It suits you." Freya hadn't met Maria officially before, she had seen her from time to time when Maria and TRucker would hang out and Freya would stalk notice him around town.

She bearely heard a mumbled "Hello" and "Thanks" from Maria before she put out her half-finished cigarette. Erik snapped for a second and scolded her like a child "Hey, if you're not going to smoke it, then don't ask for one. Honestly, cigs aren't cheap these days." In turn, Maria seemed to mockingly pout at him like a child before breaking into a coughing fit. Must have been her first. Freya noticed that the two seemed to get along well, despite the fact that they teased eachother. "Well don't be strangers. Come on in." Erik said as he waved them inside. "There's drinks in the fridge. Help yourself. Sorry it's such a mess in here." Freya and Tucker stepped in, she looked around and noticed maybe a few papers strewn about on the counter, no doubt homework or tests from her classmates, but nothing really seemed messy.

They all headed into the living room where Maria had seated herself on a piano bench, she seemed almost to have pulled her dress up to show as much leg as possible. "Why don't you just skip the foreplay and spread your legs already." Freya muttered to herself, making sure not even Tucker could hear. "That's an awfully short dress." Erik scoffed. Freya felt justified. "Well it appears to be doing what it's supposed to" she snapped back before turning away snootily. Erik turned motioned Freya to the couch. "Freya, since you're here, you can get a head start on taking notes for class. I need Tucker to work the camera and help me edit the footage afterwards. All the videos will be posted on the class portal tomorrow. Maria's going to be reading everything in my stead. I need to grade these assignments." Freya rolled her eyes, I suppose a teacher is always going to be a teacher. "Fine." She half-heartedly agreed, she had no intention of taking notes if this was just going to be what she had to watch again, tomorrow. Maria stood up and moved to the station that was set up for her, picking up a stack of notes she asked. "These right here?" Erik nodded and sat down on the couch across from Freya.

A good while passed as Maria knocked out the recordings like a pro. As she started dooding on the pad she had been given, she noticed Tucker and Maria awkwardly attempting to interact and wondered why these two people who had seemingly been such good friends before were now so awkward around eachother. Was it that she made such a drastic change with her hair? That couldn't possibly be it. Her curiosity about things concerning Tucker trumped her disdain for talking to people, so she turned to the professor and asked. "What's up with those two, they used to be good friends, but ever since he saw her today he's been acting weird, did they have a fight or something?" Erik stopped what he was doing for a second, and without looking at Freya, answered bluntly. "You, Freya, you're what's up between those two." Freya thought for a second before replying, but before she could say anything, Tucker and Maria stepped over exclaiming that they were finished. Erik stood up and walked over to where the camera was positioned to review the footage. Freya flashed Tucker a look that said "come sit with me". As he obliged, Maria walked off into the kitchen as Freya tucked her feet under Tucker's legs for warmth.

Erik returned with a satisfied look on his face and turned to Tucker. "Would you mind helping me edit this footage, I need to talk to you about something." Freya looked at Tucker, then back at Erik, and over at Maria, who seemed to have been avoiding eye contact with her and began to feel slightly panicked. Tucker stood up and walked off with Erik. Freya's eyes followed Tucker, who turned back before disappearing around a corner, looking at Freya, Maria, and then back to Freya, who gave him a look that, if he'd known what she was thinking, would have made him stay. He smiled at her and put his hand out as if to say 'I'll be right back".

Freya sat alone, fumbling with her pencil as Maria stepped back into the room and looked out the window, sipping a drink. Freya looked at the woman that was facing away from her. (Oh god, did I ruin the friendship between these two, she's been avoiding me this whole time. What if this is what got Evan so riled up...) Freya's thoughts were interrupted as Maria, who seemingly was about as tired of how awkward this was as her spoke up. "How are things going with you and this whole epidemic situation?" She asked, looking down, and off to the side a bit. Freya didn't really have an answer, she was not very good at small talk, and obviously she was doing just fine, considering she was still breathing. She tried to think of something to say but was saved by a text. "I'm sorry...just one second."

From: Evan
To: Freya
{ Hey there Little Vixen, how you doing? Been awhile since we last chatted and death threats hardly seem to constitute as much of a conversation. But enough about that.
So anyway, how is your sex life? Are you and Cherry Red still getting along quite well? Ya know ever since he drank that coffee you gave him all those months ago, he's seemed to start distancing himself from his old long term friend Ria, in fact she has been downright devastated about the whole thing. But oh well, hope everything is going fine between you two.
XOXO
-Evan }

This did not help her anxiety at all. She stared at her phone for a minute and then looked up at Maria, as she turned away, attempting to seem like she hadn't been looking at Freya. Ignoring the previous question, she swallowed the frog in her throat and asked:

"What is your relationship with Tucker?"

With everything that happened at Estelle's home the past day, Leon was curious about plenty of things, so while Alex and himself sat in the living room, he decided to ask a few question. "So, is it always like that over there?" That was the first thing he was wondering about. he had plenty of time to ask about his girlfriend.

For the most part Alex wasn't paying much attention to his cousin as they watched t.v. Right now his focus was on finding a channel to watch. Though the question he ask gained his attention. "Not always, but it's not always quiet over there."

Compared to how it was here however was a different story, it was pretty hectic among other thing. On the bright side it seemed to be all worked out by the time they left. Which was good, he didn't want Natalie nor Estelle to have to deal with any unwanted stress.

Her body wriggled down into the thick covers more. Hmmm, it seemed a little colder... ah! That was it. Still lazy to open her eyes, she pulled her hand out of the sheets to try and feel for the body that usually lay next to her. All she could feel were the wrinkled bedsheets that covered the soft mattress she was laying on.

She let out a sigh and as she opened her eyes she realized Ryder had left the room. By the sound of the footsteps coming down the hall, she knew where he was but that didn't really make her feel better. As pathetic and cheesy as it sounded, Elisa only felt right when she woke up next to him. She rubbed her tired eyes and sat up.She quickly patted her hair down and licked her dry lips and just then, her prince enters through the door. He smiled at her and gave her a nod, then put his clothes in his bag. With his back turned he asked, "Hey, how'd you sleep?"

Elisa was still smiling upon seeing the blonde enter her room. "It was wonderful." she said dreamily, then she stretched her arms upward, arching her back then loosened and hopped out of bed. She walked over to the desk, where Ryder was and gave him a peck on the cheek before grabbing the phone on her desk.

Lately, she would only check her phone at night and in the morning since it didn't really matter to her much anymore. She just wanted to spend more and more time with Ryder each and everyday - and since he was over a lot anyway, that was nice.

As she flipped open her phone, she began to talk "We're going to your place for a while, right? Oh I hope Richie will join us for things. Oh, speak of the cutie, I've got two messages from him!"

Quickly, she opened the two messages but the smile on her face slowly began to straighten out then form into a pout. Oh dear.

Text to Elisa:
hey... uh, are you alright?
haven't heard from you in a while and i just...
...yeah... hope you're having a good time with ryder
Text to Elisa:
erm i hope you have a good night!!
sleep well and stay safe bby
text me soon...!!
. . . please?

The messages were sent hours away. She was an awful best friend, wasn't she? The turquoise teen bit her bottom lip anxiously and her expression matched exactly how nervous she suddenly was... until she remembered that he best friend's twin, her boyfriend (oh, calling him that always gave her such wonderful butterflies in her stomach), was next to her. She glanced at him and smiled, then quickly typed Richie a response.

To: Richie
Ohmyglob! I'm so sorry for not replying,
I was busy. I hope you're doing alright as
I am doing quite fine. Let's do something
super fun later today! n w n I'm coming
over soon so be prepared! Hehehe

She closed her phone immediately and turned to Ryder, regaining her happy energy almost immediately. "So! I'll just go pack my stuff, get ready and we can go! I promise I won't have a concert in the shower and take forever." she giggled then gave him another peck on the cheek. She twirled off to her closet and began to grab some clothes, folding them quickly into a bag. She made sure to include about two outfits for going out, just in case, and comfortable pajamas. She didn't forget to dump in her traveling toiletries bag, flowery undergarments, her smallest make up kit and a comfortable, snuggly hoodie she could use for anywhere.

Quickly she abandoned the bag then grabbed the outfit she prepared for today. "I promise. If I'm not out by ten minutes, you have my permission to yell at me." it was only half of a joke. She did mean it, but with a bright smile it probably did seem like a joke. She darted off to the bathroom as if she was trying to beat the clock. She took the shower quickly, prepped her face to be decent with some tinted moisturizer, mascara and lip tint then exited the bathroom.

Ten minutes flat. Ryder didn't even have to go bother her! She had done it! Her hair was still a little damp when she pulled two victorious thumbs up, "I did it! Haha! Alright, let's go!" she zipped her bag close, hung it over her shoulder and once Ryder grabbed his things, she reached to hold his hand. Their fingers were kept intertwined as they walked out of her room and out of her home and soon, they would be on their way to the Duvont household with her best friend, Richie waiting for them.

The young gentleman had gotten off to quite the late start this morning. While normally he'd look at this scenario as being quite the shame, he did not feel any remorse in this scenario as there was simply nothing to do for the grand majority of the day. All it consisted of, as of late, was rushed school assignments and lounging around his abode. This was not an exciting day and it was definitely not a fulfilling one. Nevertheless, he would go about his day as usual until an opportunity to break free from this mundane humdrum presented itself. As he walked into the kitchen he noticed something entirely wrong. Opening the refridgerator showed him that the Masterson's were lacking in milk. That would not do at all if this young lad were to eat a proper and healthy meal for the day. With renewed vigor and purpose the young lad decided that he would go and grab himself some of this fine dairy beverage. As such he made himself decent for public, garbed himself in the proper footwear and armed himself with his umbrella. As he made his way to the door he was stopped by a tug on his coat.

"Big Brother, where are you going?"

He turned around to see his younger sister grabbing onto his shirt. How his heart ached to see such a young and innocent soul be trapped in this plague ridden hell hole that was the Percival County. If only she had been able to get out of here earlier when all of this had started. "Oh Lillian, sister dear, you must not engage in stealthy practices such as that towards your elder brother. However, as to my destination, I am heading off to the local grocery establishment so that I may purchase some milk, for seem to be lacking in it."

His sister seemed to take a second to process his answer, as she often did, before coming back with her disapproval. "But Big Brother, Mommy says that you shouldn't be going outside. She says that she doesn't want you to catch a cold or something." She seemed to be trying to remember his mother's exact words.

He was very aware how his mother was not fond of him going on his strolls through town now a days, but that would not stop him now, just as it had not before. He knew how deathly afraid she was that he may contract whatever may be going around. While the young man was not fond of the imagery of him dieing from this disease, he had started to believe that such an unknown pathogen with such a high mortality rate would not be satiated anytime soon. As such he saw it fit to seize the time in the outdoors as often as he could as he did not wish to be corralled inside his home for eternity. "Ah perish the thought Lillian. Your elder brother shall not be brought down by any sort of sickness that may be going around. Now then, do go about your business as you usually would, and I implore you to not bring this up to Mother dear unless necessary. While I am a man of no fears, I would rather not be chastised upon my return."

His sister gave a bit of a cheery nod and then said, "alright then, seeya Big Brother." And with that the young gentleman gave a wave to his younger sister and and began his stroll throughout town to get to a grocery establishment.

Cel opened the cabinet to where she kept her hair dye in. She looked at the small jar, and groaned. She facepalmed, putting it back into the cabinet angrily. "Just what I needed, a trip to the store." She wrote, nearly taring a hole into the page. She looked around the room for her mask and slipped it on. She ran out of the door, and headed to the store.
She walked with power in her step, people hurrying to get out of her way. She took her eyes of the sidewalk for all of one second. Crash! She fell to the ground, her head smacking on the pavement. She felt the back, and saw she was not bleeding, but now she had a splitting headache. Their heads had both hit, but from what she could tell, the other didn't fall. She stood up, the heels on her long black boots making a hard cracking sound.
"Hey you little brat! You should really watch where you're going!" She snapped angrily, She then realized that tt was a young man, with lightest brown hair who had ran into her, and not a little boy. "Hmpft, well I'm not going to apologize." She thought bitterly. "Before deciding to ram someone so hard they nearly crack they're head open." She continued. Her blue eyes were blazing, and her fists were tight as she thought about just walking off. Her pink hair blew in the wind, cooling her red hot face down. Now she felt dizzy, and it was hard to stand her ground. She moved back, then clenching the front of her head. "Well don't just stand there." She muttered.

This wasn't right. Why was Maria here? Why didn't Erik say anything. He felt rotten inside. It felt like he was being betrayed again by his friends. As awful as it sounded, he didn't really want to see Maria right now. He was hurt. She said that she didn't want to be friends with him and Tucker had no idea about anything she was going on about. It wasn't fair! This wasn't fair!

"Well don't be strangers. Come on in,"

He nervously gulped down, then pulled his arm away from Freya's shoulder, sliding it towards her hand instead. He gripped it lightly. He had to be strong. He had to be the better person and show that he was doing fine - in fact, better! Especially with Freya around. He had to prove it to Erik and try not to be affected by Maria's presence.

Tucker held Freya's small hand in his as they walked into the living room. He glanced over at Maria who was sitting by the piano and felt his chest ache. It was proving to be much harder than he thought to ignore her, especially since she looked so different. For some reason, her sudden change of appearance made it hurt more. It spoke to him as a message saying that she had changed - inside and out. She was done with being his friend and part of him believed he would never get the chance to be her friend again. He really wished he wouldn't believe it... even think about it, but as he studied the short brown locks that replaced her long, platinum ones he still remembered in his head, he really couldn't think much of anything else.

"That's an awfully short dress,"

"Well it appears to be doing what it's supposed to,"

He quickly looked away from his former friend. He hoped no one had noticed him staring at her and hoped even more that no one got the wrong idea of why he was doing that. He squeezed Freya's hand a bit. He constantly had to remind himself that she was there because that made everything feel a little bit better. His chestnut eyes looked down at her and he began to wonder what would have happened to him now if she hadn't been here... he couldn't even imagine it. Stuck in a room with Erik and Maria used to sound like a good time but now...? It sounded like a nightmare.

Erik motioned Freya to take a seat in the couch "Freya, since you're here, you can get a head start on taking notes for class. I need Tucker to work the camera and help me edit the footage afterwards. All the videos will be posted on the class portal tomorrow. Maria's going to be reading everything in my stead. I need to grade these assignments."

His heart sank a bit but as Freya mumbled a response, he reluctantly let go of her hand. He really wanted for him and her to work together with the filming and editing. He thought it would be fun and cute. As she and Erik took their respective seats, he gathered his equipment properly. He looked at Freya one last time. He really wanted her by his side while he had to do this... he let out a small sigh and looked to the floor, then began to walk to where he would set up his equipment.

He stayed mostly silent, giving a small smile to Maria when they had made a second of eye contact as he set up. Once everything was ready, he spoke in a nervous voice. He found himself stuttering as he told her to sit and face certain ways, repeat lines, and any other commands that were necessary for the filming process. Other than that, he didn't speak much at all. No small talk. He never looked directly at her when he filmed, only at the flat image of her displayed on the screen of the video camera. He still had that tight feeling in his chest and he really just wanted to go to Freya or be somewhere else. Anything. Anything but being in a room with Maria because it hurt too much.

Luckily, time didn't seem to stretch forever. Once they were finally done, he gave her a small nod and walked out of the room and back to the living room. She had quickly followed behind him but he did little to recognize that. He looked over at Freya, sending her a small smile because looking at her lifted his spirits just like that, and then at Erik. "We're done."

Erik smiled, getting up and walking over to them then past them as he went to review the footage. Tucker looked back at Freya who gave him a familiar look and he couldn't have gone to her any faster. He sat next to her immediately, taking one of her hands again and holding it in his. He felt her head by his shoulder, and he leaned to her. He felt drained, mentally. He really wanted all of this to be over all of the sudden. Maria was nowhere to be seen as Freya tucked her legs under his own. He smiled down at her and released her hand to put an arm around her, pulling her close to his side.

The older, brown haired man walked back into the room with a victorious expression. "Would you mind helping me edit this footage, I need to talk to you about something."

Tucker looked down at Freya. He really didn't want to have to keep leaving her. His chestnut eyes traveled to Maria who reentered the living room from the kitchen. He looked away immediately. Well, he might as well go and help edit the footage now. He gave Freya a little squeeze then stood up from the couch and began to walk off with Erik. Before he turned the corner, he looked back at Freya, holding a hand up slightly to say he would be back and he meant ASAP. He was going to finish the video editing so quickly and they would be out of there in no time.

He followed Erik to where his equipment last was and where the computer was. He sat in front of it and began to edit the footage while Erik told him some things he would want to put in the video. Tucker took note of all of these and continued his work.

"So... how are you lately, Tuck?"

He glanced up at Erik. He paused for a moment then returned to the video editing, "I've been good. The school gets me for lots of tech stuff ever since the outbreak. I don't need to stress on maintaining servers as usually as when these online classes first started but I still check the sites and portals regularly. The shelter has gone online too which is a little funny but it seems to be working."

The older man walked off for a moment, pacing around his room. "Well, good to hear you're doing good."

Tucker nodded, continuing with his work. He was glad he didn't have to edit much since this was just a lesson video and nothing that required much effects and tweaking. He tried not to focus on Maria's face as she read out the lessons by reminding trying to imagine she was a different person and not looking at her eyes. He cleared his throat, "You know, actually, it's been going better than good lately. Great, really! I've been spending a lot of time with Freya. She's helping me out sometimes - not really, but since she goes to the site for school work, we kind of work on the same page. Sometimes literally - just with different objectives, of course."

A faint scoff was heard from Erik. Tucker glanced at him quickly again. He could see that the dark haired man was not impressed buy what he was saying. His eyebrows furrowed, then he went back to clicking away. But as he did, he carried on with talking, "And she's also super great company for whenever - not just work. She knows how to make someone smile even though the day doesn't go too great. And she's really considerate and wonderful and kind. And-" he could feel Erik loom over him. He looked up. The man still had the same expression.

Tucker pushed himself up to stand, clearing his throat, "A-and it's done... Should be all set for your students." he looked at Erik one last time, tightening his lips to a line. He just looked at him for a moment. The man didn't have any physical changes like Maria did but he could swear that he had changed too....

The cherry haired man began to fix up his stuff. He kneeled down and put things where they belonged in his bag. Erik was clicking away on the laptop, preparing to post the video. Minding their own business, both men stayed in silence for a while until Erik finally spoke up, "You know," he started. Tucker didn't look up, but he listened. "...it's ridiculous that you guys are ignoring each other."

He froze for a moment as he was midway in zipping up his bag. It felt like everything stopped in time. His breathing. All the sounds around him. His thoughts. All the people in Erik's home. His heartbeat.

Tucker stood up with his back turned to Erik. "If you need anymore assistance, just say." He stood there for a moment, trying to think of something else he could add - especially about what he just said but the words seemed to shoot through both his heart and mind. He didn't know what to make of it at all so instead, he takes a step forward. Then another and another, leaving Erik by the computer as he made his way back to the living room, where the only person that made sense to him was.

Fatime let out a squeak of dismay as she hit her head on the bedstand, trying to wrench closer to the laptop. She rubbed her forehead and groggily submitted the last of her daily assignments. This was definitely a tough class, she mused, but at least finishing everything quickly meant she could get started with her little plan! She giggled to herself, almost mischievously.

But her work wasn't finished yet! She had opened twenty word processor files on the laptop, each of which contained a different paragraph of introduction for her little group. She scanned through all of them with the eye of a hawk, reading them quietly, and finally collapsed into a ball of groaning as she realize she could not quite decide which one to choose.

It felt as if she was imposing on everybody by doing this ... at the same time, it wasn't as if they hung out with each other together otherwise. I mean, it could be pleasant, couldn't it?

There was a soft ring from her tablet. Ack! Was that Ayanna's email? Fatime quickly unplugged her laptop and flew under the covers like a worried prairie dog. No distractions!

It was now time for Julius to slam his hands on the desk "WAIT! WAIT! WAIT! WAIT! WAIT!...YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS?!" Julius yelled desperately

"You were the one who suggested it..."

"YEAH, BUT I DON'T WANNA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT! HAVE YOU SEEN ME? IMMA POTTY MOUTH YELLING MAN WHO LOOSES HIS TEMPER AT EVERY LITTLE THING...HELL I FEEL LIKE STRANGLING YOU JUST FOR SAYING THAT...IMAGINE HOW I'D REACT IF I MET A DUMBASS!"

"your overreacting and my decision is made, its not like we have enough hands to even do so either way. With that said there is nothing more needed of you. I'll contact you and the other staff if anything else is needed..."

Julius' eye twitched and merely groaned as he rubbed his temples and walked out of the office. This was surely going to be difficult for him, a task that would add up with all the work he already had. As he got into his car he began to think about his new task and all he could do was groan. He was in charge of running the public events for the students and he was not somebody who was right for the job. It wasn't that he hated the job, it was just that he just wasn't somebody who was good for this kind of thing.

Sure the musical play was a success, but he mostly gave the credit to the wondrous kids that joined and not himself. Thinking back further he though back to Camp Fortissimo and that was all the proof he needed about why he wasn't somebody worthy for this task. Just thinking about this camp brought back an intense migraine and as he reached home he merely walked in and collapsed on a nearby couch.

He could still remember it, yellow mist, the blood, the death...all of it. He did all he could but in the end others died and he still lived. His eyes narrowed as he thought back to Bentley and all the mysterious events that had occurred that time. It was a long time, but there were still mysteries that were far too out of the norm. That girl....thinking back to it she really did predict their whole entire journey, and that city Lightbrook...just what was that yellow gas? did...did it have some sort of connection to this outbreak?

Julius merely shook his head and got rid of the ridiculous thoughts and merely sighed. It was only a little time, but the headache faded and Julius was up again. Off on his computer Julius let out a sigh, more accepting of the role that was given to him. Maybe he had overrated a bit, but then again you cant have Julius without his overrating shenanigans.

With that he merely sent the message to all the students and let out a sigh as he opened up another email

Estelle heard her phone ring, she smiled, picking it up and looking at the message. "Oh look Nat, it's from the school." She read it aloud.

Here's your favourite professor with a special announcement!

The University feels that you kids need to get more social and stuff so they decided to try and get the students more involved in things other than schoolwork! So let us put the power in the hands of the students, for those that wish to reopen some clubs just message me and I'll set up a discussion board. If there are any events just message me as well! Elections for Student Council is also about to start as well so send in your nominations if you want to run for the title of Forissimo godfather. Remember this is all optional and if you want to murder somebody murder the people that are giving me orders....please...
"Wow." Estelle said. "It's awesome the clubs are starting back up." She told her, lying back onto the couch. "Huh, well that should be fun, right Nat?" Estelle smiled, though still worried about her sudden coughing. "Maybe I can join in some clubs this time." Estelle smiled. She then remembered that she was casted in the band. Maybe they would be starting up again soon too. She smiled happily as she continued her sentence. "Student Council isn't really my thing though." Estelle said. "Professor Julius is a bit of a character, isn't he?" She laughed. She then realized she had better start on preparing dinner, and hurried into the kitchen.
Estelle, worn out from the day, went into her room to write for a little bit. 'It's been so long since I've joined anything.' Estelle thought. 'It will be interesting, to meet everyone and stuff, but still, I'm a bit worried about it.' She shook her head, it was best not to stress about it. She would just go wherever Nat would. It would be much better for them to stay together, until she got to know some of the other people in the school. After she was finished, she hopped into bed, and slowly fell asleep.

Seraphina had been playing her piano, violin and had been singing for the whole day. She was exhausted. Her mother had hired many many teachers to keep her busy with her studies. 'Louder!' 'Quieter!' 'Let the music move you!' 'Seraphina, are you listening?!' 'Seraphina, we do not throw the Latin books!' It was really all just too much for her to do.
"At least they don't treat me as if I'm some commoner." She muttered to herself, putting band aids on her bruised and blustered hand. Though she feared that doing the everyday chores might be next on the list of never ending things to do. She looked in the mirror, thinking of a way to rebel. "I could dye my hair a ridiculous colour, though I doubt they would be around long enough to care or even notice." She thought, leaving the warm water of the tub and slipping on on her smooth silk night dress.
"How were your studies today Seraphina?" Her mother asked her, coming into her room. "They were splendid mother thank you for asking." Seraphina said, putting a very fake happy tone in her voice. When she wasn't looking Seraphina rolled her eyes. "Very good." Her mother said. "Oh mother, remember I talked to you and Dad about having Shane over tomorrow is that still ok with you?" She asked, crossing her fingers. Her mother's stared burned right through her. "Fine Seraphina. Fine. You've worn me down." Seraphina's mother flailed her hands into the air, leaving the room. Seraphina smirked. Finally she had gotten her way
Seraphina lied down in her bed, after reading another one of the many journals. This one was from Melody, the daughter of Vincenzo. "I've been trying to stop this madness, I cannot bare the knowledge of this anymore. How could Harmony try to run away with Alexander? After all she would be leaving Uncle Christopher and I alone with Lorie and Demetry. I don't know how she could think of doing something like this. Uncle Christopher is just trying to honor father's wishes. I still can't believe they had the nerve to bring a child, twins into this world. I over heard them in the library, that's where they've been meeting. I have no idea where they could be. I've searched the place every night, but I cannot find where they could be without them being in sight. Maybe there is a passage, most manors like ours should have some...." Seraphina read on. A passage or room in the Library, but where would it lead? The very idea of it got her interested. How romantic. Her family seemed to have a history of forbidden love. She was thinking about the entry when the phone beeped.

"Student Council..." Seraphina thought. "This is prefect for me." She smiled. She would nominate herself of course. She would have to start writing speeches the day after tomorrow. She smiled at the thought, then fell fast asleep.

The young gentleman had rather been enjoying his stroll through the streets. He was pleasantly surprised to see other people still outside during these times, though some seemed more in a mad scramble to exit the premises as quickly as possible. Nevertheless the young lad did not let such things bog his disposition towards the day and he continued walking his way to the grocery establishment. Looking down for a brief period and closing his eyes for no more than a second the young gentleman felt something collide with him...a rather large collision at that. Stumbling back from the impact, he reopened his eyes to see what had caused such a collision. He saw a young woman on the ground who seemed to be rubbing her head. Oh that would be quite unfortunate if her head was severely injured, especially in this situation where any fault of the body could lead one to the condemned section of the hospital. He extended his hand to assist the young female get back on her feet but she seemed perfectly willing and able to get up by herself.

"Hey you little brat! You should really watch where you're going. Before deciding to ram someone so hard they nearly crack their head open."

The young sir stood there, listening to this pink haired wench speak to him. She seemed to be one of those ladies, the kind that thinks everything is about themselves. And the quite temperamental kind as well. Furthermore she did not seem to be apologizing despite the act that had just transpired was clearly both their faults and as such they were both equally responsible for the collision. Keeping his composure, a cool head and a neutral expression on his face he continued to try and be the bigger person here. "Right, I am dreadfully sorry for such an occurrence to happen and if you are indeed harm you have my deepest condolences." His voice was flat as he said that. He was indeed apologetic for the incident, but the lady's attitude was unbecoming and as such he would respond in the appropriate manner. She seemed to mutter something but the young man could not make out what was spoken.

He decided to try and be at the very least, slightly more courteous than he had previously been in his apology. "So, were you headed somewhere? Would you require an escort of some sort to your destination, or perhaps you would rather go to the local hospital to get your head examined for any damage that it may have suffered?" The latter of the two options, despite how it sounded, was not sarcasm. He had seen her rubbing the back of her head as if it had the pavement as well, and furthermore his own head was aching, so he was very much sincere in his offer.

"Right, I am dreadfully sorry for such an occurrence to happen and if you are indeed harm you have my deepest condolences."
She listened to the man, and blinked surprised at this turn of events. He sounded like he was some kind of pampered rich boy. "Now you've done it Cel, what if he's some kind of Duke or Prince or Movie Star somewhere and you'll be in the headlines tomorrow?" She asked herself. "Well at least I'll be in the paper, it would be a good start to my singing career " She laughed in her head. She realized she was just staring, and hadn't answered him.
"So, were you headed somewhere? Would you require an escort of some sort to your destination, or perhaps you would rather go to the local hospital to get your head examined for any damage that it may have suffered?"
She thought about it for a second. Her head was fine, it wasn't the first time she had hit her head on something. Only last time it did crack open. She blinked a couple more times, still not believing she had mistaken him for a mere child. She then thought about her hair dye, then remembering she had a travel size jar in her suitcase. She mentally facepalmed.
"I was just headed for a walk." She told him. "I'll settle for your name, and maybe the name of your school, since you obviously are some highclass rich kid, I'm curious." She told him, crossing her arms, smirking lightly.

The young lady seemed to be intently focused upon him whilst he was speaking. He found it rather odd truthfully. Was there some distinguishing feature about him that showed itself to her? Nevertheless, he had waited for the young lady's response while she still seemed to be processing her thoughts. Was her head truly injured?

"I was just headed for a walk." She told him. "I'll settle for your name, and maybe the name of your school, since you obviously are some high class rich kid, I'm curious."

Well that was quite interesting. At the very least he had not seemed to impede any sort of journey she was on. Though a stroll was not something he quite enjoyed to halt. However he was still interested in her calling him some "high class rich kid." In addition to how it seemed to be an obvious fact. This had not been the first time this had happened to him regardless. As such he decided to just...roll with it. "Well young lady the name that has been given to me from my parents is Rian Johnis, and I am of the Masterson family." Despite being a member of the "Masterson family" there wasn't any real weight behind that name. It was no different than any other name, other than the fact that others had found it to be a "fancy" name. "The learning establishment I go to is none other than the prestigious Fortissimo academy." He said this with a bit of remorse in his voice. He had used to be rather proud of the name Fortissimo had, but now it just seemed to be a name that was associated with curses and other nonsensical superstition. How he wished for all of it to just pass over. "Now that I have given you my name and learning establishment, it is only proper etiquette for you to give me yours Miss."

"Well young lady the name that has been given to me from my parents is Rian Johnis, and I am of the Masterson family."
She heard that name before, she thought about it for a little, before nodded her head. Nope, it rang a bell, but not loud enough.

"The learning establishment I go to is none other than the prestigious Fortissimo academy."

She had to bite her tongue to keep her jaw from falling open. She couldn't believe it. This kid, goes to her school. Maybe that's why the name seemed to ring a bell. But still, unbelievable. Though there were weird characters at her school, like Professor Julius, things had seemed to take a rather interesting term.

"Now that I have given you my name and learning establishment, it is only proper etiquette for you to give me yours Miss."

She couldn't help but snicker. "Proper Etiquette." She imaged herself saying in a British accent. Like she knew anything about fancy upper class ways. She laughed dryly.
"I go to Fortissimo too." She told him. "My name, is Cel." She answered. "It's nothing like your fancy upper class names, but that's it." If people knew her full name, they could find anything about the murder. She didn't use her full name, ever. Not even her full first name. She was just Cel and only Cel. The murder was in the news for a very very very long time. The class hadn't settled it's self until she was old enough to testify. She shivered. She couldn't handle that, all the fake pity and condolences, along with the teasing and bullying that came with being involved in something like that...

The young lady seemed to be taken aback by his introduction. She seemed rather perplexed by his name, probably running the course of thought that it was more meaningful than it actually was. Though her mouth also seemed to go agape at the mention of his educational establishment being Fortissimo. Did she perhaps get the wrong idea once more and be totally delusioned in the assumption of his "obvious" wealth?

"I go to Fortissimo too."

Ah, well that seemed to be a much more likeable response to him. Interesting though, how he did not seem to recognize her. She did not seem like the type of person who would be particularly invisible in a crowd, but nevertheless it was a new name and face to add to his memory.

"My name, is Cel." She answered. "It's nothing like your fancy upper class names, but that's it."

What an interesting name she had. He was quite perplexed that she had to stress her name was Cel and only Cel. This only made him come to the conclusion that either her real was much longer though she prefered to use a shorter handle to it for whatever reason, or her name truly was only Cel and that she was rather annoyed that people would constantly assume that it was short for something. Really both seemed equally likely and both piqued his interest in the same way. That was to say, not at all. "Well then, it was a pleasure to meet you Cel. Once more, I do apologize for our unfortunate run in and I do hope your head feels better. For now though, I must be off to go purchase some milk from the nearest grocery establishment. So if you'd excuse me," he gave a short bow and continued his stroll.
