    He tried clearing his throat for the fifteenth time in the last hour. Other then being hoarse and feeling quite scratchy, it was fine. As was the rest of his body, though it did hurt his chest area when he breathed, so he made sure to do so carefully and surely. His fist held his cheek and his elbow dug into the car door as he leaned towards the window to watch the outside world spin by. He sighed grumpily, the hospice wouldn't give him an energy bar or jello to help keep him mildly satisfied till he returned to camp. He didn't have his Joshua Grobanum playlists or any angry birds to flick at pigs that couldn't move and buildings that were clearly made to be broken.

    Suffice to say, he was bored throughout the cab ride. On the ride though, he wondered if the school would be shut down for good. He didn't know how much power the school had fully, but a fire that had endangered him and a fellow, dreamy sigh, student(darling Ema.), and who knows who else meant that lawsuits had to be formed against Fortissimo. He didn't care truly, but he'd been at the school since he was 12. And by now, he felt too established and liked the elite air that Fortissimo sometimes held. It made him feel Elite, despite already knowing that anyway.

    He smiled began to hum a random tune that enveloped his thoughts for a little bit until he realized that all of his thinking had done it's job. The cab driver quietly alerted him that this was his stop. Back at the burnt out camp, as he began the hunt for Erik, or Emalynn, he wished for two things. That no one had stole his cell phone. And that the cab driver had a Jamaican accent, accents made him laugh. Oh how he loved to laugh.

    They had sent her out pretty early the next morning because she was doing alright. The doctor gave her an aloe drink to help with her throat which was still doing badly. Her leg was wrapped up and she had trimmed off the burnt parts of her hair, but she was alright other than that.

    After going through a whole bunch of transport she was finally back at the camp. She forced herself to smile as she looked up at the sky. She was happy she was able to be out of that hospital and managed to survive another day. She went over to Cabin A to get her things but was stopped and told, "Everyone from A-E's things have been moved to Cabin 1."

    Aislin nodded and headed in that direction. I hope they packed away my iPod because I totally did not have that in my bag unlike everything else.

    He tried to stay calm. He really did, but it was probably obvious that he was trying. Since they had left the hospital and been in the taxis, all Tucker had been doing was licking his lips, swallowing and breathing awkwardly. His mind was rambling on and on and he tried to fight back any memories that were tempting to haunt him. Except the problem was that the more he tried to forget, all the more did the thoughts stay in his head. Sometimes, he'd turn to look at the other two, Elisa and Richie, giving them a soft smile. He hoped that they didn't notice how uneasy he was.

    Elisa seemed really happy and energetic - which he was confused about for a moment, but then he realized that was his usual state, so he decided not to dwell on it. Richie on the other hand seemed incredibly nervous. He was about to ask him what was wrong, when the taxi turned very suddenly at some intersection, causing everyone to shift towards the right side of the taxi - squeezing onto Tucker's body. The 21 year old immediately tensed already, feeling everyone - particularly Richie, a boy - squeeze onto his body. His initial reaction would have been to push them away lightly, in an are-you-okay type of manner and laugh it off maybe, however, something else happened. The blonde haired boy who sat beside him had not only leaned into him but kind of fallen over and lost balance, landing his right palm at the counselor's crotch.

    It acted like a switch Tucker's entire body flew into some panic mode again. His eyes widened at what just happened and he completely froze for a moment. His heart felt like it stopped completely and all the bones in his body felt like they were locked. Then suddenly, he got up to his feet but since they were in a taxi, he hit his head on the roof of the vehicle with a loud thud. It pushed him to fall back into his seat sharply.

    For a moment there, Elisa had been completely zoned out as the car traveled but then a loud thump from the car brought her to reality. She turned immediately to where the sound came from, it was Tucker. Jeez! It looked like he fell out of the sky when he fell back to his seat. Her eyes widened at him. Why did he attempt to stand up in a car? Him of all people? Tucker wasn't exactly a short or even average height boy. She turned to the boy beside her, seeing him clutching his hand. His face was completely red - like, completely! He was blushing so hard that the girl could swear she could feel the heat of his face beside her.

    "Oh my gosh I am so, so sorry!!"

    Elisa just became even more confused - so flustered that she was kind of speechless even. She kind of just eyed the two, watching both of them frazzled - just not equally. Tucker was obviously a lot more unsettled by what just happened - whatever it was - and Richie just looked like the epitome of shame. She kind of just wanted to speak up and ask about what happened - but with the state of the two boys int he taxi, she figured she probably shouldn't and won't get an answer anyway.

    The 21-year-old heard him but it flew into one ear and out the next. He didn't even consider it for a moment. He was just so out of his mind and so frantic. Still not relaxing, he squeezed himself towards the door tightly, getting some sort of distance from the boy who just touched him. His hand grabbed the taxi's door and he immediately pulled it open, trying to get out. Luckily, the doors were locked and Tucker avoided becoming roadkill. His breathing became very quick and he grabbed the head of the chair in front of him, pulling himself closer to it and away from the pair of students on his left. He pressed himself closely to that corner. Keeping his head low with his back facing the other two. He knew the other two were there and he had to be there for them no matter what! He had to try and calm down and try to make sure nothing was suspicious…But it was probably too late. His head kind of stung from bumping it hard on the roof of the car, his heart felt like it was pumped with an adrenaline overdose, his body was not frozen anymore but he was shaking, his face felt hot and he knew he was blushing because of this, and his breathing matched his heartbeat.

    "N-nahhhh… man. U-um, it's fine! T-t-t-totally fine! Haha… Uh, things happen. I-it's fine." he said as he laughed it off nervously. He didn't move from his position and he couldn't bring himself to face the two. He kind of just sat there, shaking and breathing and trying to keep his composure.

    Elisa began muttering "um" and "ers". She just kind of wanted to break the dead silence. Luckily, the taxi came to a stop, in front of the camp. "Oh, we're he-"

    "Shower! Pack! Bus! Ferry! Bye!" Tucker opened the door and left, running towards his cabin without another word. That was probably the fastest exit Elisa had ever witnessed in her whole life. She watched him go in a hurry, as if the fire from last night was right at the soles of his feet. She scratched the side of her head before she just shrugged it off and exited the car. She walked over to the opposite side of the taxi to meet up with Richie as they walked towards their cabin - which was empty, all things were apparently moved to nicer cabins so she went there in a hurry anyway, with a smile on her face.

    Elisa tried not to think about the taxi incident and kept to herself as Richie's face was still beet red. Once they arrived in their cabin, she grabbed a new set of clothes. She just wanted to get out of her smoke-smelling clothes. Still finding it a bit awkward to speak to Richie, she walked towards the shower building and wasted no time in taking her shower. She let the cold water refresh her as she soaked there for a while. Her pale blue hair darkening as it wet. After some soaking, she did go out and change into her new outfit. She felt so cool and refreshed - it made her mood even more jolly than it was since getting the news of the hospital not sending her breakfast. She walked back into her cabin and packed up all her things. She felt kind of sad just letting everything back into her luggage but she didn't rebel against it - because she knew she'd go back to the internet anyway! With that in mind, she hummed a nice tune as she exited her cabin and left for the main road - where she waited with some other students and smiled at whoever seemed to look her way.

    Tucker pressed his hands on his face, fingers having more pressure over his eye sockets, as he showered in a cubicle. The water from the shower head plummeted down at his head, brushing his red hair back. He didn't exactly know if he was crying anymore or not. He just felt so… violated. Those last two days - from the ambulance, to the hospital and to the taxi incident. He didn't blame anyone at all, he only blamed himself. He always told himself that he moved on from his past and not let him bother it, smiling everyday and laughing, but it was an obvious lie right now. His hand moved over to shut the shower off as he grabbed a towel to dry his body. He looked down as he wiped his chest, staring at his numerous scars for a while until he couldn't take it any longer and shut his eyes tightly. He wiped off trying not to look at himself and changed into his new set of clothes inside the cubicle. With that done, he left the shower building immediately with a bag slung over his shoulder and walked out into the open, taking a bit of his time as he expressionlessly stared down at his own feet as he made his way back to his new cabin to pack his things up.

    Seven+ paragraph post loooost. ****. That. Will edit later, possibly. (I really don't feel up to it right now and may decide not to waste my time and just post a new post skipping this).

    it is 65 degrees, partly cloudy, 9:53am

    Noelle woke up, said good morning to Quentin. She inquires about what he's drawing but doesn't press it. After getting dressed ( http://puu.sh/2LcYk.jpg ) in the bathroom, she mentions they should head out. She grabs her ****, not going through the kitchen and instead just exiting the cabin and walking the trail to the main road.

    - a time skip happens -

    A series of school buses arrive on the main road and a camp leader announces that they should all file in once attendance has been taken. Once that's done, students are allowed to enter the buses. you don't have to sit with your group. Noelle hops on and takes a seat towards the back because she's a rebel.

    for anyone who still doesn't understand this -

    bus ride first. ride takes you to the ferry dock. you get on the ferry. the ferry takes us back home. parents can pick you up once we're back, or you can take one of the buses to the (closed) school grounds. if you're old enough to drive, you can have your car in the park n ride.

    Pierce inhaled deeply and rolled over in the bed. The blankets were thick and fluffy and she was pretty sure she could remain nestled in that bed forever. It was even more comfortable than the one she had at home. Begrudgingly, she opened her brown eyes and morning light caused her pupils to dilate. She blinked a few times, adjusting to the brightness, and rolled over lazily. There was a lump in the bed across from her and her face flushed red in recognition. Quietly, Pierce pulled herself out of bed and moved to her duffle bag. She grabbed something to change into and made her way to the bathroom next door. Pierce changed quickly and then returned to the room, gathering up all of her things.

    She greeted Allen when he finally woke up and slung the bag over her shoulder. Some were eating in the kitchen, but Pierce wasn't really in the mood for food. She made her way out to the main road and waited with the others until the rows of buses pulled up. Her phone rang in her pocket and she slipped it out. Her mother was calling. Pierce answered the phone as she boarded the bus. She confirmed that they were indeed coming home after only one day of camp. Her mother didn't sound pleased by that news. She sat by herself in the back of the bus an popped in the earbuds to her iPod.

    Quentin was almost finished coloring his drawing when Noëlle woke up. He was very satisfied with his drawing and smiled at her as she looked around. "Good morning, sleepy head. How did you sleep?" She answered absentmindedly, but noticed what he was doing and asked what he was drawing. He cocked his head to the side, smile still on his face. "Nothing."

    She didn't press it. Instead, she got up and went into the bathroom to change again. Quentin put away his drawing supplies and made his bed. She came out in her new change of clothes and suggested that they head out. He agreed. He was getting hungry, and moving around was a great respite from sitting for so long.

    They made their way into the kitchen and got themselves some breakfast. Quentin was oblivious to everyone but Noëlle and himself. They talked and he came to know what she liked. He made a note of what she ate and her choice of clothing. He glanced at her when he thought she wasn't looking.

    They more or less parted ways after that outside of their room. The rest of the day passed without incident until the buses arrived. He followed Noëlle and watched her go to the back of the bus. That was his place. Perfect. He stepped onto it and moved in her direction, but saw the brown haired girl right in front of him. She looked him in the eye, and . . . he saw it again. Something in her expression. He hesitated. Where should I sit . . . ?

    He could not decide, so he decided to flip for it. Same directions. It came up tails. Oh, Sophie. He pocketed his coin and made sure to casually set his things on the wrack above her before sitting down next to the volatile girl. He nodded in her direction as he spoke, hoping to prompt her out of her music and into a conversation.

    "Salve."

    He was grateful to have the cabin next to the bathroom, as it made getting a shower without going through people easy. But once done it dawned on him that Pierce and he would be parting ways. That little fact had been overlooked in last night's chaos. He was so disappointed that he failed to make every moment count as they made their way to the bus stop and then ferry (after fetching his things and her photos, of course). But then he realized that it could be his last chance... With that he made sure to sit next to Pierce and after an attempt at small talk he asked for her number, ready to yield if she said no but really hoping he wouldn't have to.

    With them was a blond counselor, looking rather out of it as she stared out to the water.

    After she finished her breakfast, Alexandra picked up her bags. She gave the camp one last look as she walked to the main road. "Shame we couldn't stay... I was starting to like it here." She wondered where Shouta and Alice were. They were the closest people she had to friends here, and she wanted to say goodbye properly before they parted ways.

    Since she didn't see them anywhere, she sat on a bench, next to a young girl with a bass on her back.

    The younger girl noticed Alexandra. "Hi." she said with a smile.

    "Hey..." Alexandra said. Normally, she was quiet around strangers, but she felt like this girl wasn't a bad person.
    "You play the guitar?" asked the girl, "Nice. I play the bass. Maybe we should start a band sometime."
    Alexandra smiled. "Yeah... That sounds nice." she said,"Oh, I'm Alexandra, but I'd prefer it if people called me Lexi. I don't know why, it just seems like less of a mouthful."
    "Haha, yeah. I'm Natalie. Wanna sit with me on the bus?"
    Alexandra, or Lexi, as she preferred now, stayed quiet. Someone had offered her a seat. "Sure."
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Later, as the busses arrived. Lexi and Natalie stood up. They rushed, wanting to get a seat on the back of the bus. They were chatting so excitedly, that Lexi didn't notice a guy standing there, and she ran into him, her bags and his falling to the ground. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" Lexi cried out.
    Natalie giggled at her new friend's clumsiness. She didnt want to insult Lexi, so she turned around. Natalie was surprised to see an attractively tall guy standing behind her. He seemed to have glanced at her with a raised eyebrow as she giggled. Natalie blushed. "H-Hi..." She said.
    When Allen sat down beside her on the bus, Pierce stared at him blankly. She blinked her dark lashes at him twice like he was an alien or something, before finally pulling the headphones out of her ears. The stuck the musical device back in her bag and studied him for a moment--the way his dark hair framed his face and that glint of mischief in his eyes. She bit down on her lip nervously and pulled her knees to her chest, hugging them tightly on the seat. Pierce rested her cheek on her knee and cocked her head to the side, still just staring at him. She probably looked ridiculous by doing so and just the thought of it caused her cheeks to flush. Uh-um, she stammered, voice caught in her throat, H-hi Allen. Pierce really didn't know what to do in these situations. She had already reached a new personal record for the amount of time spent with alone with a boy by sleeping in the same room as him last night.
    He attempted to make small talk with her, which only made her feel guilty. She really failed at this. At one point her gaze drifted out the window and she wasn't sure she heard him right. Pierce turned her head back lazily and gazed at him with a question mark expression on her face. My number? Surely she heard wrong. He repeated himself and her eyes widened with shock. She shook her head to try and hid the utter disbelief. Y-yeah. Sure. Pierce reached down and pulled out her phone, swapping numbers with him. This felt so foreign and strange. The cogs in her head began to slow down and it seemed like all brain function was coming to a steady halt.
    She blinked again, before finally releasing her legs and stretching them out in front of her. There was a bit of space between them and she was thankful for that. It was hard enough to keep her nerves settled the way it was. Even if she didn't like him, it didn't take much to work up a good bout of face flushing, heart thumping embarrassment on her part. If he was any closer he would probably be able to hear her heart hammering away inside her chest. Pierce tried to swallow but her mouth had dried out making it difficult. She wished she had something to drink like a bottle of water or something. It's too bad we're leaving already. she said softly.
    Finally. The busses had arrived. It seemed like he had waited a whole day for the busses to come. It didn't matter, though, since they had come. Brent stretched a little bit and tilted his head from side to side, a satisfying crack sounding each time he did.
    He went onto one of the buses and went all the way to the back. It was his hope that perhaps he could meet some interesting people on the bus. He wasn't sure if anyone would talk to him, but he wasn't sure if they wouldn't either. At any rate, Brent plopped onto the seat in the back and groaned. He wasn't a morning person by any stretch of the imagination. However, since they were leaving, he didn't mind it.
    Brent reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. He started fiddling around with it as he waited in the back, with nothing to do. Slowly, he sifted through all of the songs on it. Hundreds of genres of songs. He had stopped on one song and contemplated listening to it. "Owner of a Lonely Heart, huh?" After thinking about it for a bit, he pulled out his earbuds from his bag and plugged them in. After putting the buds in, he pressed play.
    Stratana rushed into the flood of bodies that were all pressing to get inside the narrow bus doorway, only to find herself left with nowhere to sit. That was, until she spotted one partially empty seat... right where Sean was sitting with Jenna. It was a tiny space unsuitable for half a person, but it was a seat, and as Stratana did not want to change buses, she choked back the resentment and made her way towards Sean and Jenna.
    She didn't ask, as she just sort of sat. She was narrow so there was no need in her mind to- Erk! She froze when she realized she felt like she was feeling more seat underneath her than she usually did. Was it what Jenna said getting under her skin or was it actually her? Was she just asking this because what Jenna had said actually did get under her skin? This last question could be answered in the positive. However, she would likely never touch red velvet cake ever again.
    Thrashing about in the seat, Stratana tried to sit in such a way that made her feel less than twice her actual size, but no comfortable position could be found.
    On Sean's side of the struggle, his wide shoulders proved to be a disadvantage, as he had to try to shrink himself down in the middle; finding it impossible, he just sighed.
    Meanwhile, Sean quickly pacified Jenna's giggles with his hand when the younger girl decided to say, "Ha! Look at her belly flab ji-MMMPH!"
    "Try not to act stupid."
    "Don't worry, I remember the deal."
    "Here we are. Wait a minute, why are there travel buses here?" >_>
    "If I had to guess, due to the fire, they are either relocating or sending us home." Adrian immediatly paled, "Oh god no."
    "This is not happening! Who would do this?? We haven't been here for more than a day, and they're sending us home?" She looked sad. Maybe because she was probably never going to see Alex again.
    The Apathy Twins were on a taxi riding towards Fortissimo Academy as they saw that it was indeed these very buses that brought them to camp in the first place.
    "I actually had a guess that this might happen." Adrian said.
    Tonitrui spun on her brother, her eyes flairing in anger. "And may I ask how?!" She snarled. Yep, Adrian's guess was correct. She hated being reminded that she might never see Alex again.
    "By protocol, camps are supposed to return campers to their respective parents in the a event of a major accident or murder. But there might be a few exceptions." Adrian said about the execeptions part because he was afraid that she would leap on him. They both got off the taxi and paid the driver, and made it to the bus just in time for it to leave.
    To Adrian's annoyance and surprise, Allen was sitting next to Pierce, causing Adrian to give a very dirty look. He then shoved Toni into Alex's seat.
    "What was tha-" She suddenly blushed when she found out who she was sitting next to.
    Adrian sat in the seat across from Allen and Pierce. He looked miserable. Toni started to feel sorry for him.
    She then started speaking to Alex.
    "You're Alex Rhodes right? I'm Toni. It's a pleasure to meet you at last. Did you enjoy the camp while it lasted? What had happened that other night?"
    Erik let out a frustrated groan when he was told that the counselors were supposed to depart as well. They were excused from cleanup duty, but he still didn't feel right bailing like that. Regardless, he made his way back to Cabin D and packed up his stuff quickly. He pulled out the electronics belonging to Emalynn and James, relieved to find that they were okay. A weight lifted off his shoulders after knowing that his two other campers were safe, but not unharmed. They had gone to the hospital. If only he could have found them sooner. she shook his head and ran his large hand through his thick brown locks. All the kids had their possessions back. He did a second sweep through the cabin to ensure that everything was cleared out. When done, he made his way out as well.
    The campers were all gathered together at the main road per instructions. That was a relief. He managed to catch sight of his four each boarding the buses. Well, they technically wouldn't be his campers anymore, but he still felt responsible for them. Until they stepped off those buses, they were his duty. He hefted the bags over his shoulder before stepping up the bus staircase as well. Erik made his way down the isle and took a seat by the window in one of the middle rows. The bags piled up at his feet and he had to scrunch up slightly in order to have enough room for his legs.
    His eyes drifted out the window and he thought he caught sight of Tucker running across the camp. So he was okay. He sighed outwardly and pinched the bridge of his nose, inhaling deeply. Eyelids shut, blocking out the light flooding in through the many windows and he wished there was some way to drown out all the noise of children chatting loudly about going home so soon. Being forced to ride the buses back with the campers seemed almost torturous. He wouldn't have minded leaving a day later, or even a few hours later, but no, Garth insisted. Erik didn't particularly care for Garth, and he heavily wondered what happened to Kevin. A sinking feeling nestled itself in the pit of his stomach over the whereabouts of the camp leader.
    He would have to get a new suit. Or something double breasted. He felt like wearing something sleeveless after changing out of this smoky smelling attire. He didn't find his counselor by the time he got out of taxi, but that didn't seem to matter. He also didn't see his beloved either, that did matter, unfortunately, he couldn't spend all his time looking for her otherwise, he might get a horrible seat on the buses that were lined up and waiting them. So he began to trudge back to his cabin and began the hunt for his smartphone. Once it was found, he found his case of clothing and packed it away on one of the buses, he then climbed aboard that bus and settled in. After giving the bus a cursory sweep for his icy veined, heart stealer, he sighed and gave up, facing the window and plugging ear buds into his ear and finding his cell's playlist.
    Once that was done, and his custom selected tracks began to play, he let the music flood over him and the bus's rumbling engine lull him into a semi-sleepy state. After a while, his own vocal talents began to play and this caused him to break out of his sleepy state, immediately he began to dig into his own singing voice as it traveled through his ear canals past his eardrums and into his cranium. This was wrong, that was too low, etc. He folded his arms over his chest and unknowingly frowned, he needed more practice. And he would not stop until he was perfect!
    LOCATION BUS
    Once the buses had arrived, Elisa allowed people to go on first - offering them to pass ahead of her. Eventually a young girl refused and offered the same thing to her, having been standing there for a while, she agreed and began to board the bus. Once on, she saw some familiar faces, so she made sure her outfit was doing okay. She tugged down at her cropped, white, gold studded bustier top and her black, faux leather pleated skirt. She smiled as she found herself satisfied with her outfit, one of her favorites actually, then she pressed her fingers over the straps of her camouflage green military bag and walked down the bus.
    She noticed a lot of familiar faces, actually as she watched closely at who was there. Elisa immediately spots Sebastian, her cabin mate back when camp… was more of a camp and less of a depressing thought, but he seemed busy talking to some other girl. When he turned her way for a second she gave him a small smile and a wave. Then she went on to pick a seat.
    She bumped her shoulder on some incredibly curvy girl's shoulder. "Oh, I'm sorry!" she said timidly as she looked at her for a moment. Whoa. She had… really big boobs. Elisa looked at them for only a second - because they were there. They were just there, kind of in your face really. But she looked away a second lately because she never liked large chests. She liked flat, model, probably unhealthy bodies. She loved them. She did like the girl's red hair though - it was a really nice, cool shade for such a warm color. She gave her a smile and made her way to picking a seat again.
    She found one not too far back this time, both empty and sat down by the window. Seemed like everyone already made quick friends and were all busy talking to each other. She didn't want to interrupt any conversation, although it would have been nice to talk to someone. Instead, she grabbed her very round, almost witch-doctor sun glasses and put them on. She leaned on the open bus window and watched the camp from there. So many things had happened in the last 3 days. It was weird.
    As he stepped out of the rather luxurious cabin where his stuff had been moved, he still felt all drained and disgusting and violated. e licked his lips again and swallowed before he began to make his way to the buses. He hang his head low for a moment as he walked with an athletic bag by his left side and his guitar strapped onto the other. He watched his bandaged feet as he took one step in front of the other, limping a bit as he walked.
    As he saw familiar faces passing by and waving at him he knew he couldn't ignore it. He bit down at his lower lip for a moment, before he snapped his head up in a big grin and waved energetically back at the students and leaders who recognized him. 'Just keep waving and smiling and no one will ever suspect a thing." As he continued to walk with his limp, he decided to keep his signature smile on for everyone to see and pretend to be in his usual chipper mood. Which he was great at anyway.
    He waited by the buses as students climbed into it, smiling. He looked down at a girl beside him, "Sucks, huh? Leaving so early?" the teenage girl nodded at him with a small frown. The cheery camp counselor smiled and patted the hair on her head, "Don't worry, going back home will be another adventure! It'll be fun. Now, get up on that bus. I'm right behind you." he said to her gently as he pushed her forward slightly. The girl nodded with a smile and boarded the bus. He followed after her like he said, and once he got on, he placed his guitar down by one of the first seats. He then noticed a very familiar brown haired girl in the distance… it was his trooper! Pierce!! She was sitting by some guy with black hair. It was nice to see her with new friends.His face lit up to see her alright, he copper his hands over his mouth. "Hey Pierce!!" he called from where he was then gave her a very energetic wave. He walked over to her, still limping, and greeted her with another smile. "Aw man, it's good to see you okay! How's the rest of the squad? If you know that is… oh and hello, Pierce's friend! I'm Tucker, Cabin B counselor."
    THERE'S a STIRRING INSIDE of ME.
    Hey Pierce!!
    Recognition snapped her to attention. That familiar chipper male voice caused a flutter inside her and brown eyes searched the rows of heads until she found the one she was looking for. Tucker was waving back at her and her face turned crimson. She could feel every inch of her body warm exponentially and grew increasingly numb. A tingling sensation ran down her spine and she shivered. The case of dry mouth consumed her and she couldn't seem to form words.
    He was coming closer. Her eyes slid to the body next to her and then up at the figure towering above her seated position. Aw man, it's good to see you okay! How's the rest of the squad? If you know that is… oh and hello, Pierce's friend! I'm Tucker, Cabin B counselor.
    She stared up at him dumbfounded. Where had her counselor been? He was smiling, but his walk was a bit limp. Did he end up in the hospital with the others. Her hands were trembling in her lap and she tucked them underneath her legs to hide the nerves. Across from them, Adrian had taken a seat moments before and she could hear the blood pounding in her ears with how heavily her heart thumped in her chest. Ah-uh... She swallowed and made some noises that sounded similar to gasping for air. Her body was too warm. Did she have a sweater on? She glanced down in the confusion and saw that she did not. Her hands slid out from under her legs and she pulled repeatedly at the collar of her black top, airing her chest. H-hi Tucker, she croaked.
    Pierce folded her body down so that her chest touched her knees and unzipped the duffle bag. There was a plastic bag inside with her dirty clothes from the night before. Her trembling hands gasped the gray sweater that was covered in a mixture of dirt, blood, sweat, tears, and ash. It shook as she held it up to him. Your um... Your sweater... The sleeves and torso were torn in parts and the blood from her face was splotched all over. The cut on her cheekbone stung with the flaming of her cheeks. I-I'll replace i-it, she stammered like an idiot. No doubt the others were probably staring.
    Her chocolate eyes rested on the head of red hair in the seat across from them, then back up on the face of her counselor. Her stomach knotted itself and she felt about ready to vomit. This was too much--too much talking, too many boys, too much interaction. Pierce was overwhelmed. She could barely carry on a conversation with Allen and now the boy she liked was sitting across from her and her incredibly attractive counselor was standing in the isle by the two of them. Her heart palpitated and her breathing hitched. I think I'm going to pass out...
    Stratana let loose an "oof" after Elisa bumped into her. 'Ewwww, gross. I felt her boniness...' She shuddered at the thought. Granted, she'd gained a little bit of weight at camp, but on any other day, she considered herself far above the puny skinny, emancipated girls that were so flat chested it was pitiful. "Did a breeze just hit me?" She said with a cruelly lightened tone. Her recent belly issue had cause her need for making others feel bad all the more prevalent.
    "That was really mean, chubby." Jenna said from the other side of Sean; squished a little bit against the window since Stratana had sat down.
    Stratana felt like she gained forty pounds from ingesting one statement. The world around her grew cold, and she wanted desperately to try and cover up her mentally expanding belly, but truthfully, she had little more than a tiny layer settled at the bottom of her once firm abs, and her thighs were slightly more rotund; a mix of starving and binging had thrown her metabolism for a loop, but she was still comparably the same as before.
    She waved at him. She actually waved at him. Elisa had waved at him! Sebastian's heart nearly burst with just a simple gesture. He found himself just gawking at her, then realized he had promised something else. He turned back to Natalie. Natalie looked at him and smiled. "We can talk, but I'm already sitting with my clumsy friend Lexi..." She said apologetically. "So yeah... Sorry. Though, we could exchange phone numbers and talk that way for the rest of the summer if you want?"
    "Alright." Sebastian snatched his cell phone out of his bag, which he'd gotten while Tucker was in the hospital, and showed Natalie his number for her to take down.
    Natalie looked at him and smiled. "We can talk, but I'm already sitting with my clumsy friend Lexi..." She said apologetically. He was REALLY cute, but she couldn't just ditch Lexi. "So yeah... Sorry. Though, we could exchange phone numbers and talk that way for the rest of the summer if you want?"
    Natalie smiled hopefully. Maybe, just maybe, they would be able to hang out soon. Sure, she was a bit young for him, but that wasn't a big concern. What concerned her was getting in this guy's good books.
    "Oh, I'm Natalie Williams by the way."
    Lexi was picking up her stuff, and then she turned to help the boy pick up his stuff. "Sorry again... I'm Lexi." She introduced herself.
    It wasn't long before Alex decided to head towards the road to wait for the bus. He took a quick moment to grab what he'd brought to camp with him and headed to the road. As he waited, he found himself something to pass the time with, his music. Since they were leaving anyway, now was a perfect time to listen to something.
    "Oh, I'm so sorry!"
    He didn't realize that he was standing in someone's way. He took out a earplug and turn to see who bumped into him. When he saw the blue haired girl, he felt something. He didn't know what it was, but he was curious about her now. "N-no it's my fault. I wasn't looking where I was s-s-s-standing." Why must he stutter in front of girls. He knew he had little experience talking to them, but this was ridiculous. "I'm Alex." He figured that he might as well introduce himself to her now.
    When the bus arrived, he gave the girl a quick nod before getting on. Alex had kinda hopped to get to sit with her on the bus, but those plans quickly changed.
    "You're Alex Rhodes right? I'm Toni. It's a pleasure to meet you at last. Did you enjoy the camp while it lasted? What had happened that other night?"
    "Yeah, it was fun while it lasted." If that wasn't a understatement. They barely did anything. Still he had to answer the rest of Toni's questions. He figured that she was talking about the night of the fire. "N-not much. We got m-moved to a bigger cabin." He will find a way to break his stuttering habit, no matter what.
    Noëlle felt pretty out of it. Her heavy bag took the aisle half of the bus seat she claimed, and was -- hopefully -- received as a subtle rejection to anyone who planned to sit next to her. Usually, she would want Bryan to be there, but ... Her longing for his presence felt weaker after the other night, and his leaving her. She felt rejected, and wasn't planning on putting herself in the same vulnerable situation again any time soon.
    The first bus was quickly crowded with people, some familiar and some strangers. Jack stepped inside with a group of chatty girls Noëlle had never seen before, and took a seat without looking back at her. Apart of her was relieved at this, while another boiled with possessiveness.
    Normally, when she felt as lonely as she did then, she would strike up a conversation with someone. This time she, rather uncharacteristically, just wanted to be alone and feel sorry for herself, and everyone who had gotten hurt because of her. Last night, she had wanted to confess to Bryan what had happened but ... He leeeeeft meeee. ~
    The roar of the bus revving to life jolted her out of her tired thoughts. Sam still hadn't given them back their technology, which was a pain. One check-mark on the positive side of things was that she wouldn't have to tolerate her, or bargain for a new cabin now. Sam wasn't the worst person ever or anything, just not her cup of personality tea.
    A few minutes later, the doors to their bus were closed and they were off, riding down winding dirt road.
    Her thoughts drifted and found their way to home. She really needed her phone back, now. Music would have been nice as well ... or so she thought, until she heard an operatic voice ringing out from somewhere in front of her. With narrowed eyes, she glared forward to find the source. It was coming from someone rather ... heavy, and she sighed out in exasperation, resting her head against the rumbling window.
    Her eyes took in the same familiar establishments along the way. A gas station, a convenience store, an elementary school, a park...It was a sweet little neighborhood that seemed to have one of everything. Some of the residents of the neighborhood would wave to the passing buses, and Noëlle would make sure to wave back politely. It was a really cute area that reminded her of the past.
    Quite some time later, they found themselves parking. The waves of the water could already be heard, and the sweet scent wafted through some open windows of the bus and warmed Noëlle's heart. Students began to stand up and exit, so she followed suit, saying excuse me to anyone she passed in the aisles.
    Everything ached and it was almost enough to put her back into a sour mood. Instead, she folded her arms over her chest and gazed out at the sparkling water. So peaceful...so relaxing...
    LISTEN UP, CAMPERS!
    Garth's voice sent a shock down her spine and caused her to swivel around. He held a megaphone and stood on one of the provided benches at the edge of dock. Cars, most likely belonging to Camp leaders and volunteers, began to drive onto the ferry directly and she envied them. It would have been nicer if their buses could do the same, but these buses belonged to the elementary school they had passed.
    Emergencies sucked.
    LISTEN UP! ALL COUNSELORS ARE, OF COURSE, PERMITTED TO RETURN ELECTRONIC DEVICES. IF ANY OF YOU -- CAMPERS OR COUNSELORS -- WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW THE LIST OF THE DECEASED AND MISSING, PLEASE APPROACH A CAMP LEADER. BREAKFAST WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON THE FERRY. PLEASE DO NOT WANDER OFF. THE RIDE WILL BE AN ESTIMATED HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES.
    She frowned and rubbed the back of her neck sleepily, taking a dull note and following the flow of students boarding the ferry. They had to walk along a sort-of sidewalk, where a rail separated them from the car lot, and head up a steep set of stairs to the main floor.
    Finally, hunger was catching up to her, so she started looking around for the salad bar.
