She listened as the other girl properly explained herself. Kallisti had never really seen herself as the forgiving type, and really, this situation didn't seem much different; she couldn't see herself forgiving Bronagh, regardless of how sincere she was in her apology. Then again, she wasn't going to hate the girl either; rather, she would make a bit of use of her.

    " If you need anything . . . anything at all . . . I owe you that much. "

Kallisti smiled at this; oh, did she now? How convenient that was.

" Well, I think you've proven yourself apologetic. " Kallisti said with a slight undertone of annoyance. If she was going to be sorry, at least let it be with a bit of dignity. She sighed to herself, trying to remember that not everyone could stand as she did in mind.
" Yes, well, as it happens, " she began once more, less speed in her words, " There is something that I could have your use for. There's no particular person that I know less enough of to ask them, us being slightly more acquainted . . . " she explained, " For a while now, I have been planning to summon Crestatia. I have no idea when, but soon is when I hope to do it, for I am running out of time. "
Those last few words sent a bit of a shiver through her body as the weight of them ran into her once more.
Another sigh, more deliberate this time, calmed her and she continued, " Let it be noted that Crestatia can not appear without a vessel, and for one to summon her, the body cannot be that of themselves. There are . . . others that I could have asked for this, but they seem to - well. And as seeing as you have a favor to me, I am going to ask you. You don't have to, of course, as being possessed by a demon is frightening, and I ought to know that, as she once had my body as well, but seeing as there is no one else for me to ask, I am asking you. "
Dressing up her request with words so that it would take time to process; it was a bad habit, but if she had gotten straight to the point, it would have sounded harsh and more terrifying and the chance of rejection probably would have been thicker.
" What do you say? "

"It really is a lovely library..."
Why did I have a feeling this would direct towards the game.
    Why did it have to?
Is there no such thing as ignoring the game?
I... I did say I would do anything though...
    ...Damn it Bronagh
She didn't do anything for a few minutes, it was mainly to process everything. Would being a vessel be of equal worth to a rumor? She had no idea. She looked out the window again watching the shadowed figure, then she turned her attention back to Quintus.
    I've got nothing to lose...
"Alright... I'll do it... but, may I ask that you tell me what she says afterwords? Y-you don't have to..."
The idea of being possessed by something... oh my god...

It wasn't difficult to see that Bronagh was uncomfortable with the idea, and although it annoyed her, Kallisti didn't really blame her. To be possessed by a demon, especially one who was set to kill them all, was a rather unnerving, somewhat terrifying prospect.

In truth, a rumor was not worth equal to becoming a vessel, but there seemed to be little danger for Bronagh. The people who had been taken over by Crestatia had not died in the process, and Kallisti would have been the first, had Altair not saved her that day in the auditorium. The person who was truly in trouble if this summoning did happen was Kallisti herself.

" As it stands, " she began, " You are in little danger if she indeed uses your body. I am only going to use you to speak to her, so her focus will be on me, seeing as she is anxious to have my life. "

" Alright . . . " the other began with an unsteady tone, " I'll do it . . . " Kallisti almost let herself smile, until the girl continued, " But, may I ask that you tell me what she says afterwards? Y - You don't have to . . . "

Hmm . . . Well, truth be told, although she didn't want to admit it, that did seem like a rather fair trade. There could be some very useful information for the game that she could use, and since she was using Bronagh, it seemed only fair. There was little to lose in this prospect, so Kallisti nodded.

" Yes, that sounds like a fair trade. " she replied, turning away from the girl in the wheelchair. " I will let you have the rest of the day, since doing it tonight would be stress added to your nerves. Perhaps you will become more comfortable with the idea in time. " she explained, walking off, " Perhaps tomorrow. Do rest well, until then. "

Neither of them had spoken about the red lights, and in honesty, Kallisti had forgotten about them. She wondered what they were? It seemed a bit ominous, and they did seem to be coming from nowhere.

For how much longer would they be trapped in this library? Looking out the window, it seemed that the storm had passed, but there was a lot of snow that would need plowing in order for them to be free.

She liked the library; it would be a shame for it to become the site of her death.

    OOC- What the fuuuuudge.....

Allison woke up frantically looking at her watch before relaxing herself again in the bed in defeat. She was definitely late for school, no doubt about it. However it then occurred to her as she laid lazily on the bed, not wanting to leave its warmth, that they had a blizzard the past few days. School might still be out as they cleared the roads and such. Sighing in frustration at having awoken herself so harshly, Allison tried to go back to sleep. If she didn't succeed in an hour, she would get up anyway and most likely browse the internet some more as she has done for the past few days.

Matt paced his room as he tried to ring Zoey again to no avail. The call wasn't going through. He'd actually managed to get to the girls block but she'd not been in and now he was getting worried. He didn't know where she could be or how to get in contact with her. She was more than likely just fine, but he couldn't get this worry out of his mind. After all, she was on the email. 'Please not her, please not her, anyone but her...' He was scared, he didn't care for his own life at all but Zoey's? He cared more than anything. He knew that she only had as much time as the rest of them and she was going to die but he hated it so much. He could only hope that when he time came she wouldn't suffer, well and maybe he could manage to be there for her. He could his eyes beginning to blur. No! He couldn't cry. She was probably fine. He just had to figure out how to get in contact with her.

    {Tumblr Psychosis- Normal Mood- Rejuvenated Location: Hospital Bed}
    {OOC: --- WearingDay 40.2 Tuesday January 8th}
    [/url]
Heidi sat upright on the hospital bedding eating her lunch. At the demand of Grandpa Marshall, the hospital was required to remove all the restraints from her bed. She was grateful. He had spent all this time doting on her, even though it seemed like he was still pretty mad. No one ever doted on her. The feeling was still so strange and foreign. However, it did make the morning more tolerable. Being in the hospital again, especially one she had already broken out of, was terrible. There were constantly watchful eyes on her. No one trusted to turn their back, as they should. If Grandpa Marshall wasn't here, she would already be out, regardless of the injuries. A broken rib, they said. A cracked skull, they said. Lots of bruises and cuts, they said. None of it mattered. She was itching to get out. Sitting up to eat hurt her chest, and Doctor Mayers recommended she remain lying down with the bed adjusted upwards, Heidi quickly protested. If she had to remain here, she would do things on her own terms. They were afraid of stitches breaking, along with the newly repaired rib from damaging her insides.

"It looks like you can leave tomorrow afternoon Miss Layne, so long as you do what you're told." Doctor Mayers stood at the end of her bed studying a chart of some sort in her medical file. He creased his brow before looking down at her in anguish. "Heidi, when was the last time you took any anti psychotics?" he questioned. It was a rhetorical question. He already knew the answer. He could tell just by looking at the last assigned prescription.

"Um... mid-December. When I left City Center Ho--"

"When you ran away from?" he corrected. Doctor Mayers narrowed his gaze at her speculatively.

"Y-yeah... When I ran away from City Center. I've... I've been in remission, for a couple weeks. Everything has been quiet. It's... It's actually why I was on the train."

"But the accident happened on the Monorail's return to Brookridge," he argued.

"I didn't get off in time. I couldn't leave my friend Zoey. She was really upset. I told her sad news about a family member of her's. I was going to visit Ramona and Doctor Phitzer. I wanted to get new medication, so I won't bother anyone." she said softly. Just thinking about it stabbed her in the chest. Torturing them the way she and her mother tortured Aunt Stacey and her grandma would not be okay. She didn't want to watch such nice people suffer at her hands.

Doctor Mayers took a seat beside her bed and flipped open the binder to a page scrawled with medication names and dosages. There were various dates beside them along with usage period. "It says you were last taking Aripiprazole, should we continue that? I can call down and get a new prescription made up right away. You should start taking it immediately, even if you are currently undergoing remission."

She shook her head and set the fork she had in her hand down on the tray. Doctor Mayers glanced up at her surprised. He opened his mouth to say something, but Heidi held her hand up first. "I want the Clozapine. I know what the risks are like, that the side effects are really bad, but I want it. Nothing else has seemed to really help me. I know it's a last resort option, but i think it's the right choice." She watched his hand waver over the sheet of paper in the file. "Please?" she begged. Doctor Mayers pursed his lips into a hard line before writing Clozapine down. He then pulled out a prescription pad and paged his intern.

The intern, Saddie, bounced into the room, took the sheet of paper from him, quickly read over it's contents, then took off down the hall. She seemed awfully perky. Rosy cheeks, strawberry blond hair that fell in waves over her shoulders. Today it was pulled back into a low-hanging side bun. Bright green eyes seemed to dazzle every time she heard Doctor Mayers speak. It was kind of gross. Heidi's face blanched as she eased back on the bed. He did his best to help steady her as she laid down. "You should rest if you want to leave tomorrow. We'll get that pill added to your list of medication to take in the morning, along with a bottle to take with you." Doctor Mayers said as he gathered his things and left the room.

The message from yesterday had left Nate in a pretty bad to, to the point where he left his dorm soon after waking up, not even taking a single thing electronic with him. If your ever knew him, then you would that that he always has some sort of electronic device on his person. Great, this is the last thing I need on my mind right now. His mind was soon deep in thought that he didn't even know where he was going, not that it matter to him right now. First C. and now this. Why couldn't this be delayed longer. Although, if it got delayed past whatever number of days he had left, then it wouldn't matter at all. Looking up he found himself at the library again. Nate just shrugged before going in.

Altair awoke the very next morning and immediately went off and took a shower upon taking off the clothes he wore two days straight. Once the sexy Altair time was done he immediately walked out as he placed his clothes on. "Hmmm? a message?" Altair muttered as he noticed the phone. Immediately his eyes widened upon reading said message and Altair immediately rushed out of his room in a dash. His next destination was the hospital and that wouldn't stop him at all.

Eyes closed and arms crossed, Altair stood beside the entrance to Heidi's room and waited. It had taken him a great while to even reach the area but soon enough he reached the area. Before he could enter the room he was told that the girl was going through an examination and was told to wait. Altair felt no worry and since she was now the granddaughter of Marshall then there was some sort of guarantee that the doctors wouldn't do something stupid. Once he noticed the doctor leaving the room, Altair silently entered the room and walked over to the bed with a calm look on his face "so your here" Altair said calmly. Not a smile nor any sign or anger was on his face as he stared at her.

Isabella opened her eyes and surveyed her surroundings. All around her was shelf after shelf after shelf. She was still in the Brookbridge library. Had the blizzard let up yet? It had already been over two days since it began. How much snow had piled up during that time? Isabella frowned. A blizzard was the last thing she had expected when she transferred to Brookbridge. A lot of rain, maybe, but a blizzard? It was too weird. And what about the email and her dream? She hadn't spoken to anyone about the email, nor had she gotten any closer to figuring out her dream. Isabella rose to her feet, stretching her legs. She didn't now what the other students knew, but she'd have to try, or else nothing would ever be accomplished.

[Mood: Frustrated.. ~ OOC: ~ Listening to]

Zoey didn't like being confined like this. She hated being stuck to this bed. Right now, she wanted to be able to just go for a run again. Be free... a place where she could truly be herself and confront things in her own mind... at her own pace. Here she would just dwell on things. All she could do was lay here after all. Albeit, she wouldn't be running any time soon anyway. She was in too much pain as it was. She'd need time to recover.
The small bit of comfort she had was that she wasn't bundled in layers upon layers of clothing.
Her Doctor was an old and frail man who was stern about the fact that she needed to rest and should avoid any strenuous activities.

"But... I wanna go and see Heidi." She had told him.
"You can catch up with friends later. Right now, the health of my patient is more important."

"But surely allowing me to move around, albeit carefully is a good thing?"
"Miss. Quill. Are you a Doctor?"
    "Here we go..."
"Have you undergone the training I have gone through."
She was so tempted to say yes just to shut him up even if it was a blatant lie. "No. But I am the one who is paying the medical bill. So I suggest you try and accommodate your patient a bit better before I ask for another Doctor and my money goes elsewhere."
Her Doctor bit his cheek tightly. "Regardless of what you say, we can't have you go gallivanting-"
"She's somewhere in this hospital. I'm sure of it. She was in the same accident I was in."
"...And why didn't you say that sooner?"
"I have! I've told you several times already! I'm worried about her. I just want to know if she's okay."
"Doctor." The nurse chimed in, who had been watching the scene entirely amused. "I could at least find out that much for her, and I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad to let her see her if this Heidi is indeed in the hospital too."
Defeated the old Doctor sighed and started to leave the room. "Very well. Do that." He airily waved a hand.
The nurse winked at Zoey and too followed after.

Zoey hadn't heard anything since then, but she at least trusted this nurse. She could leave things as they were for now. She'd hopefully be able to see how Heidi was soon.
With that, Zoey closed her eyes, able to go to sleep easily from the drowsiness her Medication had inflicted on her along with the comfort that knowing she'd soon know how Heidi was.

After waking up, Allison went about her day as usual being on the internet. However, as she prepared to go to sleep, she just so happened to look at the window to check out the snow level. Suddenly something caught her eye that froze her heart and chilled her soul. Something that kept shifting with bright red glowing eyes that shone like the fires of hell was in the distance. And it had looked at her for an instant. Immediately, she stepped back from the window, but her eyes stayed locked on the creature. What was it? It didn't seem to have a corporeal form. That or she couldn't see the form well since it was pretty dark where it was, staying out of the light of the campus lamps that stayed lit even through the blizzard the past few nights. Even now they glowed with a peaceful calm luminescence, a stark contrast to the strange red glow from the form. After staring at it a bit more, it suddenly disappeared from view and Allison was freed from the binding spell those red eyes had cast on her. As she got into bed and said good night to Elizabeth and not to worry about whatever just happened, she couldn't help but still feel uneasy as her mind continued to visualize those dead fiery red eyes. Though eventually she did drift to sleep. Maybe she had only imagined it.

Watson hasn't been the best of company, having little to say. And even though he could lock himself away to work on projects for weeks it wasn't the same this time as it wasn't his choice to do so, it was the blizzard's. Luckily though it had cleared up and things would return to normal. He could only hope this applied to everything including his regular contact with Olivia.

Where had the girl gone? No one even replied to his tumblr post asking of her whereabouts so either everyone were completely useless or withholding information. Either way Elliot was left in the dark.

Tomorrow. Tomorrow he would search for her if she did not appear by then. For now, though, it was time to sleep so he did just that.

Heidi was just about to close her eyes when a familiar tan-skinned male walked through the door. Her heart sank. She had already received a stern lecture from Grandpa Marshall and was not ready to hear it from Altair. Heidi figured she at least had until she got out of the hospital before she had to face him, evidently not. He walked over to her bedside quietly, bringing with him his impeccable poker face. His whole demeanor remained expressionless, giving nothing away. That continued as he spoke to her flatly with a lack of emotion. "so you're here."

What did that mean? Her lips pressed firmly together into a tight line. She knit her brows and rolled gently onto the her right side. Wincing in pain, Heidi held the sound of anguish in. She couldn't face him right now. Doctor Mayers would probably freak out if he saw her in any position aside from being flat on her back. At least she was able to lie on the side that didn't contain the broken rib. Her face flushed and the beeps on the heart rate monitor quickened, matching pace with the fist-sized organ in her chest. She took a deep breath, attempting to steady her breathing, and winced again. Her shoulders slumped forward and she stared out the window into the dismal abyss that lay beyond.

"You weren't supposed to come," she muttered, almost in a pouting manner. She wanted to do this one thing on her own, to prove that she wasn't completely helpless, only to have it backfire-- not that she could tell anyone that, they would only laugh or think she was being dumb. This new medication is really scary, the side effects are terrifying, and she didn't want anyone to know she was about to take it, should they rebuttal. Heidi also did not want them to meet Ramona. She was ashamed of Ramona. Ramona has always been an example of what she had to look forward to in life, which was not great.

Heidi sulked quietly. She didn't know what to say to Altair. If he was mad, he was doing a good job at not showing it. "If you've come to yell and tell me how insane I was to go off on my own, Mr. Marshall has already done a lot of that." She kept her eyes locked on the window, talking more to the gray sky then to Altair.

It was surprising there wasn't a hole in his floor with how much pacing he'd done. There had to be a way to get in contact with her. Time after time he tried to ring her, sending her text after text. He kept going back to his computer, to send her yet another message on tumblr and check for replies, getting increasingly more worried with each one he sent. She'd probably tell him off for being so silly and worrying so much but he couldn't help it. He cared about her, so so so much more than he cared about himself. And with the email and the weather, plus her not being in her room, surely his worry was justified. Either way, for his own good, he forced himself to go to bed. He would rest himself and find her in the morning. Sleep took a long time to find and he had many nightmares from him worry but finally he eventually drifted off.

    "You weren't supposed to come,"

It was those very words that settled the teen's thoughts as he stared down at the girl. "No, nothing of the sort" Altair said as he silently closed his eyes "I've merely come to apologies to you" Altair said turning his back to her "I've done all I've could for you, but that was my mistake...It seems I never gave you the proper freedom that you desire" Altair said as he rose his head and stared up at the ceiling "I've tried to convince you...that I'm there for you no matter what, to earn your trust...but even so it seems that I haven't been able to earn said trust" Altair said placing his hands in his jacket pocket "But no matter then, if you do not need me then that should be quite alright...I'll just back off...its what everybody wishes when they meet me" Altair said as rose his hand in farewell and prepared to leave the room. Never once thoughout the conversation did his voice show any emotion what so ever. His voice was cold and emotionless.

Heidi rolled over, ignoring the excruciating pain in her left side. Her meek hand reached to grab Altair's forearm, pulling her upright. She winced in pain, but held in the groan. "What? What are you talking about?" He thought she didn't trust him, that she wanted him to back off? It was the complete opposite. "That's... that's not true at all," she whispered, before dropping Altair's arm and falling back on the bed. Why would he think that? Because she didn't tell him she was leaving? "You have no reason to apologize."

She was in the wrong, and yet he was somehow blaming himself. This seemed so backwards. Heidi was always the one at fault. Why did he think he did something wrong? She absolutely trusted him, one hundred percent. That's what was so terrifying. "I... I don't want to hurt you, or Mr. Marshall. I don't want to make you sad." The monitor beeped faster again as her cheeks stung with the warm salty tears that escaped her eyes. "I just... I just don't want you to worry about me, and I didn't want you to meet her." she choked out. Heidi turned back to the window. She couldn't bear to watch Altair leave. If he was going to go, then she wouldn't look. It stung. She didn't want to hurt anybody. He acted so cold and emotionless. She was terrible at reading people. She just wanted to know what he was thinking. Or did she? The thought of knowing what was really going on in there was almost as scary as him being so expressionless.

As the girl's gaze turned away from the teen the door to her room shut tightly....but Altair remained in the room and still faced the door. "You've grown Heidi" Altair said as he let go of the doorknob and placed his hands once again in his pockets once. "You were much more timid, more scared and quiet" Altair said turning around as he walked up to the girl and stared down at her with his unchanging cold stare. "You were weak and could only cling to the strong...but that has changed, you've begun to think for yourself, choose your own path that you are determined to follow" Altair said as a smile crept across his face as he placed his hand on top of the girl's head gently.

"I want you to know that whatever happens to me I chose to let it happen. You think your a burden, but that's not the case. Me and the old coot chose to involve you with our lives, we chose to accept the benefits and consequences...no matter how hard they may be. To think that you are nothing more than a burden to us would be an insult to the decision we chose to take" Altair said as he lowered the hand from her head and wiped the tears from her face "Now how many times do I have to tell you to quit crying you little cry baby?" Altair said as he closed his eyes with a grin.

After spending very little time in the library, Nate left and headed back to his dorm. He figured that getting some sleep would fix his mood, or at least help him forget about it. His prediction was correct cause when he got back to his room, he thought nothing of it as he went to sleep.

" Harley! " Kallisti exclaimed behind him, more in a chiding in his direction rather than worry for the body that just fell to the snowy ground.

Ignoring her, he glared lethally down at the person below him, " You shouldn't have done that. " he deliberated with a shortness. He raised his leg and was about to slam his foot down onto the person when his body was tackled and was laying in the cold, thick snow with a warmth on top of him.

" Stop this, you idiot, " his cousin growled into his chest, struggling to get up.

Over her shoulder and back, he watched with his glare still in place as the boy of much larger build than himself staggered to his feet and then scurried off. With a click of his tongue, Harley made one smooth movement to stand and sweep Kallisti into his arms as she banged against his chest in protest. As he began to walk, he found that she calmed and that his mind was going other places.

She hadn't summoned Crestatia yet, and half of him hoped that she would never try it. The other half did because it would be useful for her to gather information from the source of all of their issues themselves.

On another note, that guy hadn't been a student - not one that Harley had seen around the grounds anyway, and he prided himself a bit on knowing all of the faces of the students. He wasn't the only one, either. There had been others, too, and Harley had seen a few in the library. Who could they be? Undercover cops? For what? Things around the school were starting to get strange and he was constantly on guard as of recent.

Another thing . . . Lorinda hadn't bothered him at all - not that he wasn't glad for that, but it was strange. She used to send him a daily text message, just to irk him or check on him, but since he had gotten trapped in the library three days ago, there had been nothing. And he was sure it wasn't because there was no reception in the library.

He walked into the dorms for the first time in what felt like forever. The library hadn't been so bad, but it would be nice to sleep in his own bed again.

As he turned down the hall, he realized that Kallisti was awfully quiet in his arms, and he looked down at her. Oh, she was asleep. He didn't stop to check on her, but continued to his room. They had been sleeping together these last three nights; one more wouldn't hurt.

When he walked out of the elevator to the fifth floor of the dorm, he saw someone running away from one of the rooms - one that just so happened to be his. The pace of his footsteps quickened and he opened the door, expecting to find it in ruins like the last time someone had intruded, but there was nothing.

After setting Kallisti on his bed, he made rounds of the floor, but could find no one out of place. He returned to his dorm, defeated, and began to change into his night clothing. As he changed Kallisti into one of his shirts, he found that there was a note on his nightstand that had gone unnoticed. With a raised eyebrow, he read what it said.

You're going to tell her before you both die, right?

Harley narrowed his eyes at the note, and thoroughly scanned his room. Harley Jackson watched people - he wasn't the one who got watched, but it seemed that this time . . . someone had their eye on him, and Kallisti.

Before he settled himself into bed, he secured all of his windows and door, making sure that no one was getting in without him noticing it. He was a relatively light sleeper, so if someone came in, he would know for sure.

With a sigh, he tucked himself and Kallisti in, and fell asleep.

"Now how many times do I have to tell you to quit crying you little cry baby?" Altair said as he closed his eyes with a grin. He wiped away her tears while she remained silent and still. You were much more timid, more scared and quiet. Her eyes drifted up to him, sadness etched in his face. He doesn't understand. I can't tell him either. She bit her lip hard. She couldn't tell him. She wanted to, but just couldn't.

I'll be just like that again, even worse than before... Heidi shook her head and clasped her hands around Altair's. "I'm sorry. I... I want to tell you... b-but I can't. I'm sorry. I just thought... I thought if I got medicine without anyone knowing... I-I wouldn't hurt anyone..." Her eyes darted away again. Heidi's cheeks burned. She didn't want to tell him, but now he knew-- sort of. He knew some of it, to a degree. Being open was difficult. She was already so vulnerable to begin with. This just-- this piled on in a new way. "I had to... I had to tell Zoey, that Tyler died. I didn't get off the train in time. She was so sad." Her eyes were vacant, her voice hollow. She is a cry baby. Altair is always taking care of her. No matter how hard she tried to do things on her own, she'll never be as dependent as he said she has become-- just a crazy little cry baby.
