Harley, hm? Theodore searched his memory banks to see if he knew someone by that name. When nothing came up, he flashed a friendly yet casual smile. Sure, he didn't much like interacting with people, but this guy didn't seem so bad yet.

Yes, nice to meet you. My name's Theodore. I spend a lot of time here so if you ever need any more recommendations, I'm open.

The bell rang and Theodore sighed. Ah well, at least he had successfully distracted himself. He nodded slightly to Harley and dismissed himself. Before he left, his cheeks flushed and he ran his fingers nervously through her hair.

I-...I hope to see you again soon, H-Harley-kun...

Theo's teeth bit down gently upon his slightly trembling lower lip and his kokoro dokidoki'd. He felt his eyes stray from Harley's piercing ones and travel down his long, well built body. Mmm. Before the clear sexual tension became too much and he forced his and Harley's lips and tongues together, he turned and exited the library.

Just kidding, but he really did leave the library after a nod and go about his day. When he reached his dorm, Marcus wasn't there. He made something to eat, read some books, did his homework and then headed to sleep.

These first days reminded her very much of when she had visited the Academy for the first time. Oh, how long that had been ...

Olivia shrunk deeper into the comfortable bean chair in the corner of the library. A large book sat resting upon her lap, flipped open mid-page, while she lounged, arms outstretched, and looked out towards the darkening windows. Towers of books and shelves strung themselves up from the balconies, and the entire place seemed like a veritable maze, broken here and there only by a few high-arched windows. The smell of nutmeg and cinnamon pervaded the air, and tickled Olivia's noise. Soft waltz music played from the very atmosphere itself, and seemed to dance a thrilling allemande with the soft, dimming candle-like electric lights that were suspended from the ceilings and by the shelves. It was a place of relaxation and peace, but to Olivia, it was a time of stress.

It had been a few many days since she had seen Viola, and even her efforts at the Astronomy Tower did not seem to garner any sort of hope. The sadness seemed to slowly well up inside her, as if a cup was very gently being filled with a bitter, pungent tea. Olivia looked up at the elegant Baroque ceiling of the structure, high above her head like a far away heaven, and traced the tip of her gentle finger in the air. Her previously calm expression had been one of worry and slight fear, but she tried her best to hide it.

Lorinda. Lorinda. The headmaster. Related to Miss Lein, it was definite, Olivia would chuckle, how similar those two were at times. The conversation still rung through her head. Wait out the first day and skip classes to go look for Viola. Olivia was trying her best not to break down right in front of her long-time friend. Oh, what in the world would she think if she had done that? But the past week had been much too stressful. How-- how dare the malchik give her such a present, even if it was the only one she received ...

It was true, Olivia. You were still a young girl at heart, weren't you?

The soft music of the library waltz into her ears, and her eyes grew tired. She glanced out the late night window, and from her position saw the twinkling lights of the Ashvale dorm. Should she leave soon? She glanced down, a bit dimly, at the book open on her lap. She wanted to rest. She just wanted to rest, and try and muster up whatever confidence she had to face her school children again tomorrow ...

Alright, Olivia.
Breathe.
Remember to always stay calm. What were the words the useless malchik said ...
How was Miss Lein doing? Or her friend? What of the other Bellhurst children?

Ah -- it hurt her. Miss Sario and Ben had disappeared. Where had they gone? They had been gone for the entire rest of the break. No Viola. Olivia felt alone. Alone. They would be back tomorrow, yes? Of course they would, Olivia. Stay happy. No more sadness, Olivia.

Olivia moved gentle fingers to delicately pick out her phone from the silken pocket of her dress, and picked out her phone. She bit her lip, feeling the sting through her mouth as nothing in comparison to the thorns that seemed to have grasped at her heart for the past few weeks. You received a hundred thousand, Olivia, come on, goodness! A Christmas present from a mysterious stranger whose voice trailed the winds, and disappeared with a snap.

The smell of nutmeg was enticing, and made Olivia sleepy. She began writing a text message to the only two Brookridge children she had been cordially associated with.
Olivia stopped.
What--
What was this? She felt something warm on her face. A feeling that she had not felt in a while. She brought a finger to her cheek, and felt the wet warmth of ... tears?

What?
No! No, no, nobody was seeing, right? Right? Ah-- she-- right, she quickly grabbed the handkerchief in her pocket and wiped away the rotten tears from her face. How ugly they were. How they would ruin her makeup! Nobody had seen. Nobody was visiting this part of the library regardless. No, no! Olivia, you fool! Foolish fool! Worse than malchik! Keep yourself together! Olivia breathed in. Why did she feel so ... empty? Was it simply because Viola was not here?

She inhaled the nutmeg air deeply, and continued with her message.
Sent.
Her fingers trembled.
She wanted to send a text to malchik.
So badly.
She had never thanked him for the present.
But bah. Why would she thank him? There was no reason to thank him for something so useless. What sort of dance-breaking head-clasping dunce of a buffooning chicken-faced goose did he think he was for sending her such a terrible, terrible present? Fool. Her present to him was a hundred times superior and fitting of the terrible tastes he had.
So why did she wish to send a text to malchik so badly?

Olivia clutched her phone tightly.
She should ... she should just sleep, for now.
A new day tomorrow. She would start classes. People would still remember her.
... Right?

School elections were coming up soon. Olivia mused to herself about whether or not the Bellhurst dancers would attempt to gain a position. Pahaha. Regardless of whether or not she was on the council in some years, her influence on the less face-full students seemed ... always present, like a phantom. It was the best case in having such beautiful negotiation skills and a friendship with the faculty. Olivia giggled to herself, alone, sitting among towers of books, away from all that would pay attention to her, as she waded in her very own irony.

At the back of her head, Olivia chuckled not at her status, but at the very fact that despite being on good terms with so many people, the sea of loneliness continued to strike its tides against her soul. Her lips trembled, on the precipice of a frown, as she continued to stare out the window.

Viola ...

Was she running away from school by looking for you, Viola? She did not wish to run away anymore ... no more. No more running away, and yet she couldn't help it. She vowed to only run away from the police. But it always seem to get at her that she was running away from everything else ...

Bing.

Oh.
Was there a new text message?
Olivia glanced back at her phone. One text message.
It was an automated reception message stating that she had a roommate. Roommate! A--ah. She would have to meet them tomorrow. She was much too tired to even return to the Ashvale. She would have to get up early to change into her uniform in her room.

And-- she looked down at her book--

What?
She--
What--
There was--
There was a red letter in front of her, directly upon the pages on her lap, as if someone had just placed it there.

Olivia's eyes widened, and she began to shiver as she gazed upon the logo printed on the letter. No. No, it couldn't be-- She thought she had the stocks well off--

She opened it. The famous well-known jingle of that corporation began, with a robotic voice that seemed to prod at her mind like Antilum scientific equipment. Ugh. Terrible.

As the voice droned on and on, Olivia began trembling, to shaking violently.
Oh ...

She would-- she would need to solve this later.
She quickly slammed the book closed on the letter, and forcibly closed her eyes tightly, trying her best to doze off to the soft sounds of the library and its nutmeg smell.

Alone.

Eleanora wished she had told her where she was from. She was genuinely curious. It was alright, though. Maybe she would get the chance to ask later. Her name was Bernie...It was fitting. Sort of spunky.

Nice to meet you! Do you need any help...?

And so Eleanora helped her find her first class (which was also her own).

School was uneventful besides that. Then she went home, did home work, showered, ate, then slept.

xxxxxxxxxx Her phone had vibrated in her bag, but she was in no mood to answer it.

The day was only growing worse, for she had learned that her weekly sessions with Melissa would start up once more.

Everything was going to hell, and if it didn't get better soon, she would snap.

At least there would be a concert soon - both a solo and a group. That would lighten things up a little for her.

Tomorrow, hopefully, she would feel better . . . Cristina was already asleep by the time she returned to their dorm and she sighed. Little time had been spent with her roommate for the reason of her temper as of late; she didn't want her to be unreasonably hurt. Could she explain something like that to her? Perhaps not . . .

After a brief shower, Kallisti laid herself on her bed and vowed to check her phone in the morning. She was sleepy . . .

Sleep . . .

xxxxxxxxxx Did Harley have a day dream about a hot sexy moment in the silent library with Theo where their sweat and body heat mixed as Harley pressed the other against the bookshelf? Mmm, delicious. But probably not.

Theorore, huh? He didn't seem like a bad kid, and Harley was interested. Maybe he and Teddy Bear could hang out soon. Probably here in the library.

He had ended up checking out the book and carried himself away from the main building and to the boys'dorms. This first day of classes hadn't been so bad, and he was looking forward to tomorrow.

After a quick shower, Harley crashed.

Ignore the search for Theo, it was futile. Theodore was in bed by the time Marcus had come back from doing something. And with that something done, Marcus did his reviews, took his shower and got into bed as quiet as can be. Then he slept for the night. The end.

xxxxxxxxxxBernie was grateful for the help Eleanora provided getting to class. It turned out they even had the same one. That was a bonus. The idea of potentially making a friend on the first day was exciting enough to get her through the rest of the day. She was absolutely wired by the time classes ended, that was until she returned to her dorm room. Somehow, she and Daniel would have to find common ground. Until then, she was happy with the fact that the fellow blond was already asleep.
xxxxxBernadette worked on homework for hours. Most people would not need that long, but she kept having to translate words and sentences she didn't know. It made her simple assignments take what seemed like forever to accomplish. Finally, she flipped off the desk lamp and proceeded to change in the bathroom. It didn't take her long and after finishing her nightly routine, Bernie exited the bathroom and picked up her laptop on her way over to the bed. She needed to summarize the events of the day. If she didn't force herself to do it, then the whole blog would lose all its meaning.
xxxxxShe was terrible with these sorts of things. Routines were hard to follow in her eyes. Bernadette wrote up her daily post, then decided to gather them all together on one page. She called it her table of contents. It contained links to each of her daily entries. Hopefully, this would make things easier for her family and friends back home. She also created a page labeled encounters. Bernadette prayed no one she actually encountered would read it. It would be so incredibly embarrassing. It had a few quick details about each of the people she had met so far. There weren't many, but two out of the three were pleasant company at the given period of time. It was all she could wish for.
xxxxxBernadette set the small computer down on the nightstand before calling it quits for the night and curling up under the covers. She closed her eyes, blocking out the rest of the world, and drifted off into unconsciousness.

xxxxxCherno was never really a fan of economics.

He didn't take classes. He barely read much about the theories. Macro? Micro? S'all a bit silly to him. People moving in and out. Okay. Sure thing. Sounded like society was taking a sledgehammer to itself with all of the fights over property. Adam Smith was an asshole. Cherno used to think that. But he didn't believe in luck either. That is to say, he never really understood either.

In these few weeks though, he had learned his own very important economics lesson.
The plan had been simple. Disappear for a week under the guise Orpheus after visiting the graves with Quin. Dandy and flyin'-high. Cherno felt that he would lose his powers soon, so bang. He kept the disguise and decided to take his own advice -- to use his money wisely. This was for the sake of everyone ...

Cherno

You had the computer equipment, and you had the intelligence. You just needed luck.
First all. Your little bro didn't seem to follow through with your request. Damn, sucker. Cherno would snap his fingers like a beat poet at that. You collected info. Enough info. Got sound clips of everyone from the phones of the people you were in contact with. They didn't expect a thing, of course. Cherno would snicker at this, behind backs -- of course, masquerading a double-life would need to result in some deal-up rewards ...

Be smart about the declarations, Cherno.
Changing the game so early, when you knew so little about it, would be a terrible idea.
Learn more. Protect everyone. Understand the true nature of this game.

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

Cherno never liked economics, that was right. But he knew a bit about investing.
Industrial Light and Power ... Industrial Light and Power ...
Bang. Skip any New Years' Festivities.
Sorry Quin. You hoped the present of a hundred thousand was good enough.
The Coy City-Brookridge Stock Market -- more a stock palace, really, seemed like a giant capitalist symbol to Cherno. Eugh. At least it was pretty clean and bright. They had good taste. Use your money wisely, Cherno, use your money wisely ...

This was for the ones who had saved you.

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

He adjusted the silly little fox mask on his face that he bought from a stand in the French Quarter.
Orpheus ... Orpheus ...

Aha!
Bingo, jackpot!
The stocks went up, the stocks went up! He was a veritable billionaire by now! That was the key! Cherno was about to freak. Fifty billion, and more incoming. Industrial Light and Power was a good investment up here in the east. Damn. This money would be useful for everything he would need. Keep playing... more coming ...

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

Anderson Laboratories. Bang. Good investment.
More money incoming ... more money incoming. Were the feds gonna be after this famous "Orpheus", making a name for himself like this?

Aha!
The aerogel and the carbon fibres would be useful ...
Read the list. Read the list.
"With this structural combination, vehicles shall be fully resistant to 99.999% of formidable forces."
Perfect. Cherno would bite his lip.
That 00.001%. Sure thing. The magic that the demoness would try to shoot them all down with. He would need to accept that his creation and his life was something that were all fallible, at a low percentage, maybe. He would need to play his cards right. Keep things interesting.
Three copies of the airship. Three copies, the Labs said.
The 3D printer they had was a real godsend. He would have to re-do all of the computers and decor if the first damn thing broke apart though ...

Sorry, Quin ... no party tonight. He was hitting it big.

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

The dawn of a new year reached the sunlight.
Cherno didn't dislike economics as much anymore. He kept his promises. He was able to. And the orphanges needed money ... donate donate donate. He ruffled a kid's hair. How he missed Anthony and the others, but this mask was like something that distance him from everything ...
Keep the money incoming. The stocks would fall sometimes. Sometimes Cherno would get losses. Sure thing. Bang. Things would get back up. Economics was a wave and he was going to ride it. Thus luck wasn't going to last forever ...
He would think these things as he adjusted the computer parts, their odds and ends, bits and pieces, and turned the great white blimp into something special.

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

Stand by the tree, your yukata blowing in the winds. Your Mask of Orpheus looking towards the sun. Thank god the Host Club lent him these clothes. There it is, the great white blimp. Close by. He brought his watch close to his face, and rose a finger.

Beep.
And like that, Cherno blinked, appearing not by the tree anymore, but inside the airship. All limbs intact. All computers intact. Lights appeared on the windows -- indicators, heads-up displays, of everything from news in red, to stocks in green, and everything in between. By the far off windows were the locations and apparent statuses of a number of his friends. How terrible. How strange. But he needed to do this for all of them. They would find out well enough. And he needed to get the others. Voice tracking technology across wireless waves was truly a revolutionary product ...

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music.

This had set him back more money than the GDP of a handful of countries, that was for sure.
The money was trickling to a slow. He would pay some of it back with the Benefactor, and try his hand at investing.
Real smooth, Cherno.
Everything seemed complete, just in time for school, but you needed a test ride ...

Cherno tapped his foot to the beat of the music, and rose from the bar counter as he saw the ship descend. This was only temporary, but he hoped it would help. Economics was a fickle thing. The glasses among the alcohol and soft drinks behind him rattled. Everything was clean and pristine, and the elegantly modern, boxy furniture by the steering seemed to be a minimalistic contrast to the heads-up displays appearing on the window.

He stopped tapping, and walked away from the counter, picking up his coat and bundle of clothes lying lazily on the black granite.
Appearing by the controls, he gripped the grey switch on the dashboard, and slowly began pulling it down.

Descend, descend slowly to the hills ...

...
There, good.

Cherno pressed the button on his watch, and whispered quietly:

"Audentis Crestatia iuvat."

With a striking jerk on the back of his head, his scene shifted from the elegant inside of the airship to right in front of it. The cold night air pressed like heavy weights against his bare hands, and forced itself against his mask. Cherno took off the mask, casting his bright golden eyes to the great airship in front of him, slowly lowering like an enormous monster upon the hills. The grass and trees around him were close to prostration, if not from the cold winds but from the god-like airship.

He rose his watch and pressed a second button.

Beeeeeeep.

In a quick second, the airship condensed in on itself, like a three-dimensional hole -- a tight sphere of carbon fibres, that seemed virtually indestructible. It fell to the floor quickly, creating a small crater of impact, and like a heavy shot put ball rolled down the hill and towards Cherno's feet. Cherno lowered and picked up the tight sphere, surprisingly light due to its constructive materials, tossed it in the air, and tried to be cool catching it but instead it hit his foot--

Ow fuck.
Carbon fibres and aerogel still hurt. Real smooth, Cherno.

He lowered and picked up the ball again, a small smile on his face. Oh, how investments in science and engineering firms can help ...

...
Funny.
He could use all of this money for things like this, but his memory was still rusty ...
He felt that this tight sphere was something that could only temporary fill the void in his heart. The empty void. Things were still so shaky, and the world still seemed so grey ...

It went to show that not all problems could be solved by mere declaration.
Cherno turned the ball around in his hand, shifting it like someone checking an orange for dark spots, and stopped as he saw the engraving "O R P H E U S" in the tight sphere. He traced his cold index finger along its letters.

He should get to sleep soon. He skipped the first day just to test out this airship for the future. What a delinquent. Squeezing the hard sphere tightly, he moved behind the tree and changed back into his old clothes. Carrying his disguise with him, he set off to his dorm. Where had Eleanora been? She must have forgotten about him by now. The one promise he had yet to keep. He hoped dearly that she was doing well. Fucking Cherno. How stupid have you been lately? First thing, tomorrow morning. The little bro, too.

Upon reaching it, he moved through the darkness and laid down on his bed, keeping the small sphere close to him. Slowly, he drifted off to sleep.

And he had dreams about his experience in the graveyard ...
In his sleep, one could hear, among the crawlings and scratches of a dark Academy night; among the cascade of shadows that danced waltzes in the darkness of the hallways; among the brightly lit stars and the twinkling foothills of the nearby mountains,
the words

"Te--

Tem ... per ... ance ..."

{OOC: --- Wearing!!Day 35.3 Thursday January 3rd}
Heidi spent the rest of the day feeling bored and alone. Even after Altair returned, she didn't say much. Talking was the furthest thing from her mind. She had been weighing too many matters in her mind at once. All the multitasking was definitely wearing on her. If they were supposed to spend that money wisely, what would be counted as a wise purchase? Would this Orpheus person mind if she used it in the manner she found the most fitting?

Altair's return meant someone to spend time with, even with the no real conversations occurring. When the day finally began to come to a close, she went to change and snuggled up under the covers. He wouldn't sleep with her now. Now they had two beds, at least until he received a new roomie. She felt bad that Tyler was being replaced so easily, but at least it meant she didn't have to sleep in his bed. It was one of the big reasons. She had watched to many movies and read too many stories where the spirits linger and are trapped in the house and use this knowledge to her.

Heidi closed her eyes for sleep. Tomorrow was Friday. She hoped that meant it would liven up just a little bit and in a manner that did not involve Crestatia again. Especially, so soon. She said good night to Alair before closing her eyes for about another twenty minutes, then finally falling asleep.

Over all the day was boring for Altair and even though he spent time with Heidi something felt off about the girl. The silence from the girl made the teen wondering if anything was wrong. Feeling it was best to leave the girl to her thoughts Altair remained his casual self and never questioned her. Once the day had reached an end, Altair collapsed on his new bed and fell fast asleep.

None of those girls came out without some for of injury, the tragedy was horrible in Darrius's eyes but nonetheless the teen marched forward and moved on. He promised his dear loving parents that he would move on and excel in the school that he was sent to. Tears formed but Darrius closed his eyes as he walked on. The majestic wind of fate blew hard and blew away his sparkling tears as the glorious and sexy teen marched on. Class soon enough ended and Darrius soon rushed to his dorm room where he could not cause another tragic tragedy. The day moved on and soon enough Darrius fell fast asleep on his bed.

DAY 36
January, 4th Friday
[IMG]

Despite her plans to leave early Daniel found herself remaining in the hospital for a few more days. It wasn't like she had anything to do for the holiday...but it was a downer nonetheless.

When she left the forsaken place she found out that she had herself a new room mate, leaving one to question what had happened to the last one. However once the answer was found it felt like it would have been better not to know.

Aileen was dead.

Was it true that she died in their room? How creepy...what if it was haunted now? For all the things that could possibly frighten her she never dreamt of ghosts being one. Especially since she prided herself in being one who focused on what was there and current. But it would seem that this game was really changing things.

With this new found fear Daniel was unable to really focus on the days leading up to the start of the new semester. And this probably led to unfair treatment of her new room mate. It wasn't quite right, as not too long ago Daniel had been new to this country, making the other easily related to.

Maybe she'd make up for it later. Ah...but thinking about being new to America also meant reliving some things...

With these resurfacing memories and unattractive uniform the girl didn't wish to attend class, but it would appear that getting off of campus without a reason while school was in session was harder than she first made it out to be. So for the first day she had simply stayed in her room until classes ended, leaving after only to scope out the area better for she was not able to see a whole lot during the break, given her injuries. And now that she was better she really had to start finding the hot spots if she ever hoped to bring in enough money to keep the mob happy. Fickle people they were...

Today appeared like it would be a repeat of yesterday as she awoken early enough and still lacked the desire to attend class. What was the point, when she wouldn't even make a career out of anything? They could all die soon enough as well. Ah, but maybe it could be useful...

Unsure if she was going to go or not Daniel ended up with a staring contest with the winter uniform, her standing and it lying on her bed.

xxxxxxxxxxBeep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Her hand hit the alarm, shutting off the obnoxious noise. Bernadette yawned softly and rubbed her sleep filled eyes, as she sat up in bed. She blinked a few times, adjusting to the dim lighting, before noticing her roommate already awake. Daniel seemed to be distracted with something. She followed the Russian's line of sight, noticing the uniform on the bed. Did the other girl even attend classes yesterday? It didn't seem like it. "Es ist not zo bad. Ich wette, Sie aussehen würde, in ihr niedlich. Er... I mean... Guten morgen. Ha... morning." She smiled brightly at the other girl before climbing out of bed and heading to the bathroom.
xxxxxBernadette showered quickly and decided to just get ready while in there. She slipped on her uniform and put her hair up accordingly before walking back out into the room to add the finishing touches. They were allowed to accessorize to a degree and she wouldn't miss out on that opportunity. She went about her business in the room without much acknowledgment towards her roommate. When finally ready, Bernie turned to her before heading out the door. "I am going zu breakfast. You join?" She gave her another kind smile before heading out the door without waiting for a response. If Daniel wanted to join, she knew where to find her.
xxxxxShe sighed and wandered down the halls. Hopefully Eleanora would be there. It would be fun to go to class with her again. Bernadette skipped her way to the dining hall. Everything was going swell until she hit a patch of ice and slipped. She fell backwards, dropping her backpack and landing in a patch of snow. "Kein verdammter Weg!" Bernadette groaned. She was wet now, and the skirt of her dress was most likely dirty. Ugh.

"Colds are wonderful when you aren't sneezing."
Bronagh wasn't feeling well in the head. She had the sniffles and a cough that made speaking difficult but didn't make her sound any different. She took a long time getting into uniform, and decided she would go and get breakfast instead of eating instant breakfast(which was disgusting tasting anyway)
Throughout her ride to the mess hall she kept slipping up, they hadn't rock salted the ice or anything which was causing her trouble.
This is stupid, someone is going to get hurt!
Right at that thought she watched a blonde fall down. She could catch what the girl had said and Bronagh gritted her teeth in concern as she wheeled quickly over to her.
"Are you alright?" She asked reaching out her hand to help her up. What else was she supposed to do? Get on her feet and help the girl up?

xxxxxxxxxx A nasty mood? She didn't want that today, she wanted to be happy today. It was a laugh though - her being happy? Not as of late, and not for the rest of her time in this game.

There was something she did want though; a last talk with Crestatia. Ask her a few questions, ones that she would probably take to her grave. There were things she wanted to know of the demon, and there were things she wanted to know of this game. How to summon though? Perhaps tonight, she would try.

The orchestra hall of the Academy was absolutely nothing to sneeze at, and Kallisti wondered how much time was spent here, building just this one sing, open room. It smelled of polished wood and brass, and the wide open space let the smallest of sounds echo, resonate throughout the vintage-designed architecture. She loved it, and it made her feel at peace, the one thing that she seemed to be missing lately.

There were a few other students lollygagging, practicing, but she hardly paid mind to her. Especially after yesterday. The director had lectured her, berated her too. Kallisti took his words to heart, more so than the other teachers. But that didn't mean she was going to stop what she had planned. Still, practicing, he said, was what she could focus on to distract from her troubles. Perhaps he was right.

♫ / / v i o l i n xf a n t a s i a

A breath escaped her lips when the moment was over, and it took her just a moment to process that the room had gone quiet. Had she been playing that loud? It hadn't felt like it, but the other students were staring at her, some with envy, others with awe, but the moment she had stood to begin casing up, they few clapped and she could feel a small warmth coming to her face. How embarrassing. But she did realize that playing made her feel better.

" Thank you . . . " she said to them, trying to mask her embarrassment. Quickly, she adjusted her uniform and stockings and closed up her violin case, taking it by her side, " See you in class . . . " she mumbled, and then hurried out of the hall.

Her stomach had told her that she was hungry, and so, case tightly clutched to her side, she clicked her shoes all the way across the main building to the dining hall, and had come in just in time to see a girl with blonde hair slip and fall. Kallisti winced as she saw the accident happening, vividly imagining the pain it brought. For one contemplative moment, she thought about helping the girl, but before she could, another with unusually colored hair appeared.

She recognized that girl . . . The one from the helicopter crash, she had been stuck under it. Kallisti had tried to help her but could truly do nothing in the small body of Cristina.

. . . Bronagh, wasn't it? It reminded her of the letter B, the person going by the alias of B, who had spread nasty rumors of her after the crash. They had come back to her when she had received a few anonymous hateful Asks on Tumblr. Kallisti rolled her eyes at the memory. The humorous thing of it was, "B" had said she was able to talk, but at the time, she had been in Cristina's body, and Cristina was a mute. It made her wondered when this "B" had met Cristina in the first place.

" Hello, " she said, having unconsciously made her way towards the two girls, " Is everything alright? "

xxxxxxxxxxBernadette looked up as a girl in a wheelchair rolled over to her. Oh toll. Lassen Sie die Verlegenheit beginnen. She winced as a rock was plucked from the palm of her hand. A breeze made her shiver and a lock of hair fell out of place. There was no time to go back to her dorm room and now she would not be presentable until the lunch break came and she could change. She was most unsightly now.
xxxxx"Are you alright?" said the girl in the wheelchair as she held out a hand to her.

xxxxxBernie accepted the offer and pulled herself onto her feet. She picked up her damp backpack and slung it over her shoulder, praying it didn't cover her coat in mud. "Ja. I am good. Danke." She rubbed her hands together, helping rid any excess dirt, before giving the girl a bright smile. "Thank you verdy much. I am Bernie. Und Sie?" Her dirty fingers tucked the stray lock of hair back in place before taking a step in the direction of the main building. Her stomach growled in anticipation. Bernadette's butt was slightly sore and she rubbed it quickly to help ease some of the pain. That fall hurt a great deal. Hopefully no one else saw it.

xxxxx"Hello, Is everything alright?"

xxxxxShe glanced over at the new arrival and her face flushed slightly. "Ah...Ja. It es all gut. Danke." Bernadette smiled fondly at the brunette. "Bernadette, and you?" She held out her hand in a slightly formal introduction.

xxxxxShe glanced back at her rolling companion. Not bad. Judging by her size, probably not that much smaller than her. Bernie was 166 cm (5' 5 & 1/2") and the other girl looked roughly about that size. She had cute purple hair, even if it was hidden by a cap, and soft features. Maybe not quite as cute as Eleanora, but definitely cute. Potentially cuddle worthy were it not for the double leg casts and the wheelchair. However, the one carrying the violin case was much more her type. Not that it really mattered too much, so long as someone was willing to snuggle up with her. Some were more willing then others, which often times lead to misunderstandings.

xxxxxBernie gave the brown-haired beauty a quick once over. Her favorite feature was probably the other girl's eyes. They reminded her of her own. The violin case was a clear sign that she played, it was a commonality. Bernadette had been playing the piano since she was four. She smacked her lips together once. "You play?"

"Colds are wonderful when you aren't sneezing."

"Ja. I am good. Danke."

Danke? That's German... I think?
"Thank you verdy much. I am Bernie. Und Sie?"
Yes... Yes that is indeed German... but... I don't know what Und Sie means...
Take it out of the damn context
...Yours? And you?
She was so engulfed in figuring it out that the next voice came to her by surprise
" Hello, Is everything alright? "
Bronagh turned her head and saw the girl there, it took a few seconds for her brain to click and she quickly held back from making a reaction to what her brain realized... although just in case she did, she looked over a Bernie for a quick second.

OH MY FUCKING GOD. IT'S QUIN.
She had found out just yesterday that what she had seen was clearly a lie from her brain, but she didn't even know if Bronagh and "B" connected.
Who else had their legs crushed child even an alias couldn't save you from that.
Bronagh smiled at Bernie after she spoke to Quin about her violin, "My name is Bronagh. Are you an exchange student? Hopefully I am not assuming too much."
She was actually very interested in knowing if she was indeed an exchange student. She never actually got to meet someone from another country, that she at least knew of.

Allison actually managed to pull herself out of bed early intent on getting breakfast. Most times she traded breakfast in favor of more sleep, but this day she decided to try and be a bit healthier. As she walked slowly on precarious hidden ice, she noticed a small group of people gathered on the path to food. Normally she would just walk past them as it seemed one girl had slipped and fell, however she noticed one particular girl in the group which caused her to freeze and turn towards the group. She waited until Quintus was done talking and had a chance to talk to her. "Quintus! Hey, I haven't seen you in a while, how have you been? Uh...well...I mean...uh nevermind. Don't answer that. Hahaha..." she laughed nervously, her eyes looking right. Anyone in the game is obviously not doing that great, so that answered that question. "Uh so how'd your break go?" she asked looking back at Quintus' face giving her a chance to answer. "I kind of ended up...holing up in the room...what with..all the happenings...but uh, it's really nice seeing you again." she didn't have to say what the happenings were, Quintus probably already knew. "I hope you've been...relatively all right," she said genuinely, actually daring to look up at Quintus' stunning blue eyes. This girl had fared quite a lot thus far what with being forced to kill someone, and Allison had no clue as to what else she had been through. She was about to say goodbye and leave but then remembered something important at the last second. "Oh! Um...uh...am I allowed to have your number?" Allison asked shyly as she pulled out her book and a pencil from her bag, trying to be a bit more polite and respectfully than she normally was when writing down people's numbers in her book rather than being blunt about it. Not quite up to "ey yo gurl can i have yo numbah?" but more along the lines of "yo dude, what's your phone number?" Really not much of a difference.

xxxxxxxxxx Danke, the girl must be German. Blonde hair, pale skin, blue eyes, yes, it did seem she was German. An exchange student? Kallisti cared not to keep up with these things.

" Bernadette, and you? " Kallisti glanced at her hand and guessed at which of the two actions she could take; shake the hand and be cordial, or ignore the hand and be cool. Then again, her manners put her on the former.

She shook the hand, a small smiled placed properly on her face, " Quintus, " she explained, taking her hand back after the shake, " Or Quin, if you prefer. "

She glanced back at the girl in the wheelchair, Bronagh. Her legs had been crushed by the helicopter, how unfortunate. Or . . . that's what she would said if she truly cared - then again, to have lost ones legs, very inconvenient, indeed. When she looked back to observe the German girl, she found herself being looked over with interest.

" You play? " she was asked, and Kallisti glanced down at the case held in her hand.

" I do, " she responded accordingly, " I had just come from the Orchestra Hall, actually. You are fond of classical music? " she asked.

Kallisti looked back at Bronagh. Perhaps it was a coincidence, did she want to believe so? Not really. She would find some time to speak to this girl in private, but now wasn't convenient.

Before Kallisti could say anything else to the two girls, a slightly familiar voice called out her name, " Quintus! " When she turned around, an Asian girl with a long, black ponytail was coming towards her, " Hey, I haven't seen you in a while, how have you been? " Once again, before she could say, " Uh . . . well, I mean . . . uh, never mind. Don't answer that. " A nervous laugh. Kallisti raised an eyebrow. Yes, that was a rather bad question, wasn't it? Then again, she didn't mind answer with a lie of the sort.

When she was asked about her break, Kallisti let out a little laugh, " It was a handful. " she replied, a darker joke underlying the answer, " Yes, it is nice to see you again, too. " And then she was asked for her number and Kallisti stalled in her person. Why would she want her number? Not to be suspicious, but . . . With a shrug, she muttered the number to Allison.

So many people around her at once, Kallisti subconsciously moved away and turned to Allison once more, " You really do ask a lot of questions. " she noted with a small laugh, then looking pointedly at Bronagh, " Miss Bronaugh, " she began, " It would be nice to see you again soon. I have something I would like to ask you about, whenever you are able to spare time for me. "

The girl, Bernadette was still there, " It was lovely to meet you, Miss Bernadette. " she said, and then returned to Allison, " We shall talk more somewhere else? " she asked motioning for the two of them to leave the dining hall, although Kallisti was still hungry.

"My name is Bronagh."

Bernadette smiled at Bronagh affectionately. "It is most nice to meet."

"Are you an exchange student? Hopefully I am not assuming too much."

She nodded accordingly. "I am. Deutschland. Germany."

"Quintus," she explained, taking her hand back after the shake, "Or Quin, if you prefer."

Bernie smiled her bright cheery grin at Quintus. "That is most lovely namen." This was a good start. It was quite a great deal of interaction in such a short period of time. She wasn't making too much of a fool of herself, was she?

"I do," she responded accordingly, "I had just come from the Orchestra Hall, actually. You are fond of classical music?" she asked.

She nodded. "I am. I play Klavier... um... pea-ah-no?" Quintus was interrupted by another girl. That was too bad. She turned her attention to Bronagh. "Thank you for help. If need something, tell me." Her lips turned up in a crooked smile as Quintus turned back to her briefly.

"It was lovely to meet you, Miss Bernadette."

"Ah yes. You too." She waved goodbye to her before moving towards the line. "I get food now." Bernie waved goodbye to Bronagh before returning to her skipping and grabbing something quick to eat from the breakfast line. She was running out of time now and needed to get to the first class. Hopefully Eleanora would be there. She really wanted to get to know her better. Quite frankly, she wanted to get to know everyone better. Having friends would make this whole experience a lot better.

"Hahaha...yeah...I'll...I'm working on it." replied Allison to Quintus' remark as she wrote down her number in her book before packing it away along with the pencil. "We could get food first and talk," she added quickly, as that was the whole reason she woke up early, "That's where all of you guys were headed to right? For food?" Allison didn't really want to force people to eat breakfast but freaking hell she was kind of starved, and unless Quintus was lying or just didn't feel hungry, she could be too. Talk could wait. Food first.

After Cristina's alarm went off, she stuck her head under the pillow. She wasn't used to waking up early quite yet, and as time went on, she was beginning to grow more and more tired each day. It took her awhile to convince herself to roll out of bed and get ready for school. Here we go...

Leaving the dorm building, her first destination was the dining hall for breakfast. Now that she had lived at the Academy for awhile, she knew her way around pretty well. During the rest of her break she had spent a lot of time roaming around and sketching different scenery. The girl was glad that she no longer looked lost and ditsy walking around the school grounds.

Approaching the mess hall, she could see a group of teens conversing with each other, Quin and Bronagh included. They looked like they were all occupied, so she just decided to walk past them into the mess hall. She had gone there for food after all.
