His plan to talk with Marina when down the drain when the Fairwyn had crashed through the table they were sitting at. He knew that drunken fights weren't much to be surprised about, especially after seeing Magnus toss a few of them out a hole that he made. When Marina had managed to calm down the situation and turn it into a interesting one, Gale simple got up and found himself another place to sit.

Where he'd chosen to sit was the spot where Vex had been sitting. He figured that he might as well talk to his old friend amidst all this.

Anthea watched as Rosaline helped Sienna up and talk with her for a bit before she continued towards the restroom door. After a few seconds, Sienna collapsed and puked.

Oh god, Sienna got that drunk?! Anthea ran over to her "sister" and asked, "Sienna! Are you okay?!"

"What do... you...think?" Sienna groggily got up a bit.

"You're covered in puke!"

"I guess I got... a little... carried away...with...the...vodka."

"You got very carried away, Sienna," Anthea helped Sienna get up, "Let's clean you up and find a new outfit for you."

"Al...right," Sienna replied.

So they went to the restroom and cleaned up Sienna, wiping the puke off of the face and dress. After that, she went to the bartender and paid for her and her "sister's" drinks (adding a little extra for as an apology to puking on the floor), and they walked out of the bar and started to look for a clothing shop.

ONLY A FEW MOMENTS HAD PASSED BEFORE DARREN MADE HIS PRESENCE KNOWN WITH A THUNDEROUS BOOM. If only he were able to wield that level of power in the castle, but no matter. The demoness lifted her chin yet again towards the tower, seeing nothing but clouds and folding her arms across her chest in thought. Instead of running off in a flash as she expected, Darren stepped across the cool sand to stand beside her. He seemed perplexed and she raised an eyebrow.

You waiting for something?

You seem confused. Why?

You're a woman of no spontaneity. There must be a reason why you're standing here instead of heading home.?

She was not sure how to respond to that. Surely he knew how important it was to her to make sure everything was on point?

Quite the adventure, huh? Arius appeared, pulling himself sluggishly from a luxury boat he must have crafted and hiking up through the sand to join their little ... party. His tone was sarcastic so she did not bother putting on an interested expression and instead turned her back towards the two Valen with a deliberate breath of salty air. The sea Valen were not going to appreciate Arius' little maneuver, and they were known to have quite the temper.

We should not linger. Instead, we should try and reconnect with the others. Perhaps they found something else of value? Going home will do us no good, I assume God is on His way ... It is not as if we can escape Him.

Unfortunately, returning to the castle did them no good. Apparently Fairwyn had stuck their noses into the situation and the others had gone off somewhere after being forcibly removed from the Hall. She wondered what the guard was doing in there, but was not in the position to cause trouble for them at the moment. Instead, Darren, Arius and herself made their way to Fairwyn - the closest realm to the Hall and the most likely place for the others to be.

" Yes, I have in fact been informed of that much. I know that we play these games to gain land in an attempt to rule all and become God. What I am more interested in, is what becomes of this God after he steps down. If someone does win, which does not seem likely after what happened at the Hall of Games, where does he go? " She picked at a sliver of wood, probably from one of the broken chairs, and rolled it between her fingers. Well that just made him feel like such a genius. Though, his slightly inebriated state of mind may be contributing to that.

"Those are one of the many questions that need to be asked...and solved..." Asterion butted in. Ordinarily, he would've gotten somewhat irked about someone weaseling their way into a conversation between him and a beautiful woman such as Marina. In this case, however, considering he was a bit drunk, it was probably better for him to try to explain it than him. He continued restoring the bar as he yammered on.

"Most of what you have been told is what the most of us know. God himself is mostly an enigma...maybe god desires death, or merely a normal life as a valen...for all we know godship can also be a curse. Most valen do not bother to question this in the slightest...only desire sheer power of godship...or simple fun as some would call it" It would be fun to be god, that was for sure, although he didn't seem too thrilled about the idea of someone like that becoming one.

"Obviously what happened at the Hall of Games was not of the norm. God is becoming restless...everything will change. Whether it god or even the threat of an unknown other party we all need to be weary...there are still many things we need to figure out...like all the mysteries inside the Hall of Games" After finishing up the repair job and putting together the last smashed table, he dusted his hands off and walked back over to the conversing pair.

"That bell was most definitely from the King. I doubt an unknown party would leave a bell on top of a mysterious tower with the message 'Time is Up' on it." He grabbed a nearby seat and plopped down into it, grabbing one of the drinks on the table. "I'm willing to bet that something big is gonna happen involving all of us. I don't know what it could be..." He interrupted himself by downing more of the milky substance and setting the glass down on the table hard. "But it's definitely gonna change everything."

"I don't know about either of you, but I think that things are gonna get fun around here." He leaned his flushed cheek against the back of his hand. "A millennium of waiting and no winner. I wonder just how frustrated he is about that?"

"As frustrated as any one of us would be if things hadn't changed for a millenia,
hun. ❤"

Sangria, having returned, placed a hand on Garret's shoulder and leaned close to his ear.

"You did a wonderful job. ❤" She took out a bottle -- a deep, crimson one -- from her open purse, held up his hand, and placed it snugly between his fingers. Rising, she snapped, and from the open door by the conversing trio, the rest of Sangria's party entered. It was an entourage of her familiar employment, a gaggle of neatly-dressed gaunt-limbed butlers and stern-looking handmaidens, dressed impeccably in black and white, their faces hidden behind red veils, and moving almost like dolls or robots. The last and shortest one, Chardonnay, came in behind them. The party was holding various cases, kegs, and suitcases, and stood at attention by the door, Chardonnay rolling a particularly large cask to the front.

Sangria turned.

"There we are, my dears. They've taken the liberty of cleaning up the place, and the others are too busy rubbing their legs together, ufufu. ❤ Shall we get started?"
"Let's."
A cold smile rose from the depths of Sangria's face. "Lovely. ❤"

The crew got to work. Sangria led them to the doors behind the bar and she herself walked to the bartender. Tapping at him for a bit, she whispered something in the bartender's ear and in a brief stint, he became dizzy, his senses draining from him. He stumbled, and a handmaiden holding a red bottle near Sangria caught him. She brought the bottle to his lips and the bartender fell limp, a light snore resonating from his chunky nostrils.

"Help him experience some euphoria for a bit, please." Sangria's voice was stern, and the handmaiden nodded.

The handmaiden slowly dragged him into the door behind the bar. When he disappeared inside, she quickly started taking down all the old bottles and placed them on the bar desk.

"We're restoooocking! ❤"
Sangria called out to the bar in general. A few gruff Fairwyn grinders looked her way. She continued to place the old bottles down on the table, grabbing a select few for her companions. A few Fairwyn dancers stopped their ridiculously classless grinding and huddled around the barstools, grabbing some the old bottles. One of the butlers returned from behind the door, carrying a few bottles of odd bright orange whiskey with him, restocking the counters and shelves. A handmaiden joined him and sat by the bar counter, organizing the gaggle of onlookers and gathering up orders.

Sangria grabbed three bottles in her arms and took them around the room.
"One for you. ❤" She placed a big Fairwyn whiskey bottle next to Prism and the bat girl, but kept it in view of Vex and wind-boy.
"And--" She looked at the ... Who had ... vomited on the ground, ugh. She'd have to tell someone to clean that up. Sangria deftly avoided the smell and moved on, leaving the whiskey bottle near one empty table nearby just in case.

She brought the last bottle with herself and walked over to the trio who had been discussing this mess of a situation.

"Now. ❤"
She uncapped the bottle and wiggled her finger around the base, increasing the alcohol's potency.
"If I were God--" She took a sip. "I'd be just as frustrated if my little dears kept squabbling over pieces of my domain without reaching anything close to victory-- mm, this is still not strong enough." She wiggled her finger again. "Think about it, these fun little games only exist as ways of expanding one's influence. Why else would they exist? We aren't sadists, ehehe." She winked at Marina. ❤ "--With the eventual result of becoming the ruler over everything. To me it feels like our buddy up there is all too ... tired of this. Being god. Living in Aether."

Sangria sighed.

"Believe me, I can sympathize."
Her voice was quiet and pouty, trying to keep it quiet so that nobody would hear, but suspiciously making sure that it was just heard enough above the noise so that they could hear it.

"But that means you're just in time, dear Marina. ❤" She gazed deeply at her. "Thief-boy is right. What a time to be immortal! To face the wrath of god; truly a test of how far you can go! Let's see if you have what it takes, human, don't you agree?" She leaned over to Marina and talked more softly, but more intensely. "Don't you simply want to see us suffer, one by one? The careless fools up above who played with your existence? Let your friends die?" Her voice was uncharacteristically bitter, but she did not direct the bitterness at Marina herself. In fact, the bitterness felt more like an aura restricted only to Sangria, and Sangria wondered if Marina could tell.

Sangria retreated, walked over to the table and took an empty glass to poor the bottle in, returned next to Garriet, and took another sip. Her voice returned to its devious sweetness.
"We were unable to discuss what we found in the castle, dears. Perhaps ... there is something that would lead to telling us a bit about what the hell that big guy is doing with everything. ❤"

Johnis was getting quite bored with the entire bar scene, quite frankly. After MANgus did his little entertaining bar fight scene thing, whatever, Marina the newbie stepped in and probably did something to mellow out the entire crowd of Valen. Seeing how boring that had made the situation, it made Johnis have nothing better to do other than down his seventh rainbow beverage in a glass. It was then that people started wondering about the existence of God/King of Aether and what exactly what was up with these games and what his whole deal was. Personally, Johnis thought their god was one of the dumbest people around, simply because he not only created a game that couldn't be won, but because he created a game that he didn't enjoy in the first place. If you couldn't enjoy your own game then what was the point? The title of king of aether was also impossible to claim simply by Virtue of all of their existences.

Valen did not have to bet all of their land at any point, and he hardly doubted that any of them were fond of losing. Despite doing it a lot, Johnis quite frankly wasn't that keen on losing when it counted. Furthermore, just looking at Marina the newbie, she was a completely new Valen, a product of the games they were supposed to win all the land ever from. And here she was, with her own land as soon as she comes into being. The entire game was quite screwed up, and he didn't like the idea of an unbeatable one. Nevertheless, once Sang had finished, Johnis figured he may as well chime in.

He walked over, continuing to drink more of his beverage, and casually wrapped an arm around Sang with his usual carefree expression and said with a smile,
"well, we already compared everything we found together," he said to Sang, then turning to the rest of the group, "but basically we just found a bunch of evidence that their should be people there but weren't. Specifically servants, seeing as the kitchen was filled with servant clothing, and there was a servant's quarter. Not to much we found a skeleton, which is pretty interesting given the fact that we don't die. Guess the big man wasn't entirely happy with his work force. So, what did the rest of you all find?"

Darren eyed Fairwyn critically, he'd only heard of the place through word of mouth. It seemed fun for hot blooded, horny folks. But he was glad the other Valens had headed there. It made tracking them down much easier. As they journeyed there, the pace of their little group was slow enough to give him plenty of time to think. Like who wrote that book they found, and why in such a strange language. And why have maintenance and prisoner clothes scattered around a castle that never seemed to be maintained. Could someone have been using the Hall of Games when the Players played? They did tend to get distracted by intensity of manipulating the board and each other. .

Utilizing the doll, the entourage of three soon found it's little owner and the owner's friend, Daphne. He gave a little wave to them both, genuinely happy that they were okay in such an elitist town. He wasn't sure if their diverse group would be welcomed here for long, and it made him worry. What would these macho types do if they found out that the bell rang on their game time? They gathered that most valens were inside the bar or around town. Hopefully planning their next move.

He went into the bar and surveyed the scene, a bar brawl had happened here, and recently but they seemed to be tidying up. He didn't know what to make of that. Since none of the Valens in Marina's game appeared to be hurt, he relaxed, the fighting was normal in Aether. It soothed him, and let him know that the Fairwynians weren't a gentle type of folk. He glanced about for two women as he strode over the the bartender, neutrality defining him as he settled on a stool. His red haired and tempered charge, Annie. And the freshest faced Valen, Marina. He couldn't seem to spot Annalyne and Marina seemed to be preoccupied, so he decided to wait patiently for a few minutes more before speaking to her about the golden book or getting the group together for a brainstorming session. Preferably in a less aggressive place.

Luckily, the nearest clothing store wasn't very far from the bar. In fact, it was only two doors down.

Anthea looked up at the sign, which read "Ekos",
Hopefully something decent will be in here, she thought as she opened the door, supporting Sienna in standing up while doing so.

Only a few people were in the store, and it had plenty of clothes,
that's a good sign... this will probably be a ton better than that bar situation...

However, the clothing there wasn't "wearable" to her standards, ranging from a simple sportsbra with a miniskirt to a seductive nurse costume,
Damn.... what's with these people in Fairwyn?

After some time, Anthea found a
dress that looked suitable enough to wear, and Sienna agreed, "Yeah...that looks.... good e*hic*nough...."

"Alright then," Anthea started, "let's go pay for it."

The woman working at the store looked very young and "pretty", it reminded Anthea of those popular high school girls in those teenage human movies... only this girl is wearing clothing that was a lot more seductive.

"Y'all aren't from here, huh?" The woman asked as Anthea gave her the dress.

"No, we're from different regions," She replied.

"I see..."

After the dress was bought. the "sisters" went into a nearby changing room and put the new dress on Sienna, placing the puked-on one in her bag. Then. knowing that they needed nothing else to do in here, they left the store.

"As frustrated as any one of us would be if things hadn't changed for a millenia, hun. ❤" The familiar voice came from behind.

Sangria had returned, placing a hand on his shoulder and leaned in close to his ear. "You did a wonderful job. ❤" She reached into her open purse and pulled out a deep crimson bottle, lifting his hand and placing snugly between his fingers. A goofy grin crawled across his face as he gladly accepted his reward for fixing the place. Surely there wasn't any harm in having some more to drink. Popping the crimson container open with his thumb, he brought it to his lips and took a sip of the liquid within. Whether it was because of his drunken state or not, the liquor inside tasted like pure ecstasy.

The brewmistress went on about her business, restocking the place with more booze with her helpers and handing out orange bottles to the other Valen around them. It all seemed like a blur to him because soon after it all started, she found her way back to the group that had been discussing amongst themselves.

"Now. ❤" The woman uncapped the bottle she had with her and wiggled her finger around the base. "If I were God--" She took a sip. "I'd be just as frustrated if my little dears kept squabbling over pieces of my domain without reaching anything close to victory-- mm, this is still not strong enough." She wiggled her finger again. "--With the eventual result of becoming the ruler over everything. To me it feels like our buddy up there is all too ... tired of this. Being god. Living in Aether." Sangria sighed before muttering something under her breath. He couldn't quite make it out, though he wasn't really trying to listen.

"But that means you're just in time, dear Marina. ❤" She gazed deeply at her. "Thief-boy is right. What a time to be immortal! To face the wrath of god; truly a test of how far you can go! Let's see if you have what it takes, human, don't you agree?" She leaned over to Marina, whispering to her. He couldn't hear what she was saying, but from the looks of it, she seemed to be pretty bitter, which was a little jarring to see.

The Valen retreated, walked over to the table and took an empty glass to poor the bottle in, returned to sit next to Garret, and took another sip. "We were unable to discuss what we found in the castle, dears. Perhaps ... there is something that would lead to telling us a bit about what the hell that big guy is doing with everything. ❤"

A brown haired kid walked over to the group, he couldn't think of his name at the moment, and casually wrapped his arm around the brewmistress with a carefree look on his face. "well, we already compared everything we found together," He started. "but basically we just found a bunch of evidence that their should be people there but weren't. After gulping down more of the deep crimson liquid, he placed the bottle down on the table and brushed his thumb against his nose. "Well, if we're talkin' about discoveries, I went to part of the basement level of that Hall." He held his fist up to his mouth, suppressing a hiccup. "Aside from a couple dozen barrels labeled 'Wine', I found a dungeon. At least, I thought it looked like a dungeon. I only peeked my head in there for a few good minutes before gettin' the hell outta there." He grabbed his bottle again and downed more of the liquor inside. "So make of that what you will."

He leaned over to Sangria and spoke into her ear. "Man, this stuff is amazing. What the hell is it?"

Sangria listened intently at the thief, having nodded to her business partner who came by, and listened to the words he had to say. Wine, as well? Mmm ... it seems a few of them had double-tracked when going off into their little groups, was it? Ah. She licked her lips free of a few stray drops of alcohol and turned around. Speaking of which, where did her little Morji run off to, anyway?

When the thief asked her about the alcohol, her ears pricked up and quickly turned back towards him.
"Ah, I'm so glad you noticed, hun. It's a special type of ... shall we say, electrifying brandy? ❤" She leaned the arm she was holding her bottle in upon Johnis' shoulder. "Aged in old rosewood and mahogany, distilled with a sharp anise essence for a little bite. But that's not the best part. It'll ferment a bit in the ... voracious atmosphere of Fairwyn. All the violence and the hot-bloodedness. Yet, refreshing, isn't it?" She winked and looked to the counter. "The Fairwynians won't be able to get their hands off this stuff. I'm sorry we had to take the business out of the bartender, but ah --" She took another sip. "It's all business in Aether, and I'm sure he's having the time of his life locked up in there with my employees, ufufu. ❤"

Mmm ... He mentioned the dungeon.
She rolled around the consideration of that in her head for a bit.

"Right, right ... we thought about getting in there ourselves, this lad and I ..." She tapped Johnis' back with her bottle-holding hand. "But ... we decided against it. And what'd you know! I think a familiar face and his party just walked into the ruckus here a few moments ago! ❤" She let go of Johnis and placed her bottle on the nearby table.

"Yoohoo! Over here! ❤"
The bar was too crowded and noisy from the music for Darren to hear.
Sangria paused, thinking for a bit. As a handmaiden passed her by with more alcohol to replace the bartender's old stock, Sangria stopped her and whispered something in her ear. The handmaiden nodded and walked over to the bar.

At the bar, the handmaiden placed her box of brandywine bottles behind the counter, where a few gruff-looking Fairwynians were eyeing it callously. She took out one bottle and slid it to Darren, who seemed to be sitting there by himself, that big lug. The handmaiden walked over to the demon boy's side and whispered in his ear. Sangria was wondering if he'd get his ass over to the discussion and tell them about what the heck happened in the dungeon, and hopefully he'd accept her little bottle-offer to pump up his spirits from that arguably long trek. The handmaiden pointed to their little group for clarification.

Marina did not want to be joined by more people. Asterion's presence was both a welcome and a burden. He was easier to handle than Garret, but Sangria was just an annoyance. They started to go over what had happened in the Hall of Games, which was a total waste of time since they already did that, in the Hall of Games itself. What was the point of doing it again in the bar where it was loud and noxious to the point of no concentration; especially when everyone was getting 'drunk.' This was a pointless. She wanted out of the bar. Marina held onto her pile of presentation papers -- with the book underneath -- on her lap. There had to be some sort of translation somewhere.

Well, if we're talkin' about discoveries, I went to part of the basement level of that Hall. He held his fist up to his mouth, suppressing a hiccup. Augh. Garret would be one to keep her eye on when alone with him. Aside from a couple dozen barrels labeled 'Wine', I found a dungeon. At least, I thought it looked like a dungeon. I only peeked my head in there for a few good minutes before gettin' the hell outta there. He grabbed his bottle again and downed more of the liquor inside. She was surprised that he did not say that all the wine was consumed by him before leaving. It would have seemed fitting after the amount he continuously downed since the moment arriving at the castle. So make of that what you will.

Garret and Sangria started going on about alcohol again, in which Marina royally tuned them out. She did not care for their pointless conversation and even as more and more drinks were shoved in her face, she refused to take any. This experience had turned her off alcohol entirely. She now wondered what was so appealing about it as a human. The Valen seemed to be fascinated by the way it effected the mortals and consistently overdid it.

Right, right ... we thought about getting in there ourselves, this lad and I ... She tapped Johnis' back with her bottle-holding hand. Oh right, that Johnis guy had sat down beside them as well. For some reason, Marina had totally spaced of his entire presence -- weird. But ... we decided against it. And what'd you know! I think a familiar face and his party just walked into the ruckus here a few moments ago! She let go of Johnis and placed her bottle on the nearby table. Yoohoo! Over here!

Marina followed Sangria's line of sight to see the others that had gotten trapped in the basement walk into the bar. That was a relief. At least they were safe. Oh good, someone useful. she muttered to herself. Marina pushed out the chair behind her and rose to her feet. An excuse to leave this table and the hot 'n' heavy bar. If you will excuse me. She pushed the chair in with one arm, holding her things with another. Marina approached the door and those waiting at it, wanting out of the bar.

A bottle appeared by his side, and a little cutie came to whisper in his ear, alerting him to what he could not see over the roaring din and crowd of bar patrons. He grabbed the bottle by the neck and winked a ruby eye at the handmaiden to the female Dionysus of Aether. Lifting off the stool with bottle in hand, Darren waved Crestatia and Arius towards where the group was. He paused he noticed a new face that seemed to be clutching papers, which was so out of place in a bar in general that he had to doa double take and check her face. The new Coordinator. He could ask her about the book, before she planned on leaving? That wouldn't do. Not one bit. "A bar isn't the wisest place to have a conversation like the one we are going to have. But the noise and variety in faces might be a great cover. Stay for just a moment. Then we can take that book of ours to a librarian or something." He spoke plainly to Marina, hoping she'd see reason to stay a moment longer.

It took a bit of time for him to get there, he had to manipulate the speed of the moving bodies in his and his small groups way before he could find three chairs to drag to the little gathering that one of their Valen's had organized. He sighed in relief as he finally slumped in his chair. Movement didn't make him tired, but the things he'd seen had taken some kind of toll. He took a swig of the best drink he'd had all year and nodded gratefully to Sangria. He'd have probably married her if not for their far more beneficial friendship. He cast useless thoughts aside and did a mental count as someone in the group clued his group into what happened so far. He in turned brought up the exploration of the dungeon. The smells, the matching prisoners clothes in cages. The burning bed in the room. And the window that led them to the shore. He thought it was an insignificant detail, but still interesting, the shore they ran toward held a mist so thick they couldn't see the massive Hall from it.

He took a swallow from it again and made his body feel pleasantly cold and alert. Shivering he stated something unmentioned to him before, "There were two burning objects. The chapel's pew, and the bed in the back of the dungeon. Why bother burning...anything? And shouldn't we get home? I'm sorry, but if a God is mad, he's probably going to target Players mostly. All over Aether. If anything we should be getting all Players who care, in a big network and defense system. God's never seem like the "let's talk it out and reason" type."" He shifted forward, never once placing the bottle on the table, his eyes ruby clear and alert. He tapped his foot, while his clear mind raced with more thoughts. This discussion was nearly pointless if new things weren't discussed and a plan of action was made. He hoped someone had something good to say and soon.

There were all speaking, but there was nothing of use that was being said and at moment he really questioned if speaking to this group was the best choice. They needed more stuff, everything was just too enigmatic for them to come up with a final decision and they really did not have much time to merely be gawking around and grasping at straws. All the noise was just plain old annoying and it was really boiling his blood. Thank god he managed to get Magnus to go outside.

His attention was immediately sent over at the door that had opened. At first he feared it was Magnus, but then recalled that if it was then the door would have flown off instead of merely opened the way it did. His eyes widened to see the familiar face of Darren. He had begun to think that he had lost the three, but here he was, most likely with the other two as well, hopefully with something new.

Eyes closed and arms crossed he listened to the words of the group, gathering up what was said in order to see if any of it made sense. Unfortunately none of it made sense, but regardless they still had new clues. "I wonder about the Fairwyn guards that invaded the Hall of games" Asterion said placing his hand on his chin. "Those fools...they may look like pompous idiots...but still...That idiot Magnus almost destroyed the entire hall...who knows what they will do or find in that place..." Asterion said saying what he had on mind at moment.

Vex hadn't been paying much attention to what was going on around him, he was busy just starting off into space. That was until Gale had chosen to sit with him. The two talked, well Gale talked, Vex just listened and answered when appropriate to do so.

FAIRWYN WAS GREAT. Hands down one of the best realms she'd ever taken the time out of her important life to visit. She didn't see why the people in their group seem to have some kind of disdain for the place. It had a charm all it's own. All kinds of lovely forms of flattery were sent her way since she stepped into town. Winks, lip licking, lusty smiles, leering, envying her vivacious body like the house of power it was. It put a spring in her step to see that the men here knew how to treat a lady.

However, she still turned her nose up at them, though she longed to play with the toys that made up this cities population, she knew that gathering information from the group and waiting on Crestatia's return was far more important. She shook her red hair to dispel any negative thoughts and smirked as the action brought cat calls upon the group when they entered the bar. Oh! Music to her ears. She would have to visit when things weren't so hectic.

She was settling into the bar scene, selecting an acceptable hunk to buy her something to drink when the newbie Valen, Marina, caught her and seemed to inquire about something. That was forgotten in the chaos surrounding the brawl. Time stood still as a few ogling men formed a barrier to protect her. Eventually the brawling stopped and Marina became occupied which left Annalyne to her own devices. Getting information. The group gathered and talked until a familiar heart racing presence filled the room. A glance at the door confirmed it. Crestatia was back! A little haggled, but no worse for wear. At the risk of being mobbed by men, she kept her seat, content with feeding off a table of admirers sexualizing her in their narrow minds, far off.

She smiled as Crestatia took a seat on her left and then she pouted as Darren took the one on her right. But she listened again when he spoke, to absorb what he said like a sponge. He then added something while waiting for everyone's input. He mentioned a small team of three or four consisting of himself and Marina and whoever else volunteered to come visit libraries and Valen specializing in Foreign or Ancient Languages. She thought it was a good idea, and seeing a certain look in Crestatia's eye made her know that her mind was whirling and she'd be fine without her. So Annalyne volunteered herself to the Book team, after which she continued to do one of the many things she did best. Look good.

After finishing off the last of the bottle that Sangria gave him, he set the bottle down on the table and stood up. He rubbed the back of his neck as he listened to them discussing plans to leave and try to find out whatever was in some kind of book. Though, they needed to be able to decipher ancient and foreign languages. While he himself wasn't someone who actively studied or took interest in that kind of thing, he could learn it quicker than you could say said language. "Hmm, I could help you with the language thing, I guess." He tried to look over to who was talking, though he couldn't quite make out who it was because of his altered vision. "Whoa, hang on a sec," the thief muttered as he uselessly tried to correct his vision. "As much as I love bein' drunk, I won't be much use like this."

With a shaky hand, the drunken Valen forced his fingers into his head and pulled out a disc, his hand much steadier after doing so. "Ah, that's better." He quipped as he looked over to Darren and broke the disc in half. "Oh, so it's you. I didn't recognize you for a while there." He popped his neck from side to side as he rotated his shoulders around. "Anywho, like I said, I could help you out with languages, even though I nothing about the languages themselves." He stretched his back as he talked. "But being able to transfer the knowledge directly into your heads might be helpful, don't ya think?"

He turned to look at Asterion. "Oh, and as for those assholes at the Hall right now. Well, we could always just beat the shit outta them. I'm sure good ol' Muscle Brain would be on board for that. Gotta make sure he doesn't go too wild, though." Garret stared blankly at the ground for a while. He realized what he just suggested, though to be fair, they were obnoxious and all-around dicks that really needed to be knocked down a couple pegs. "Anywho, we should, uh, probably get this show on the road, huh?"

I, Gotterdammerung, did not make any major attempt to see my Mimi-mistress noted thusly in excess. Although a good deal of people had moved around to and fro, fights broke out, and very little was done to quell the situation that I, Gotterdammerung, perceived, my Mimi-mistress, being of a careful nature, considered this all much too boring. She began to walk out of the bar and I decided to follow her, noting that even her powers of communication did not seem to penetrate the excessive noise. However, as she looked down at her feet, I, Gotterdammerung, realized that my Mimi-mistress was deep in thought.

Briefly, I channeled her thoughts and noticed that she both considered joining the Benevolent Sorceress in an excursion around Fairwyn, but seemed preoccupied in her own musings. It was not until I saw the approach of the dungeon party behind me, to my great surprise and my Mimi-mistress' childlike laughter, that I realized the reason of her preoccupied time; the elderly demon held the crumbling doll in his hand and Mimi watched it turn to dust, a slight pang in her heart, but inevitable. As they went inside, so too did my Mimi-mistress.

By then a congregation of a few players had developed, and along with the elderly demon, my Mistress and I joined them from a slight distance. The demon claimed that in their efforts, it would be best to visit the library. I felt a surge of excitement in the complex mind of my Mimi-mistress, and explained on her behalf to the demon that she would be willing to visit and would be useful to the excursion for her powers of warping communication may ease the understanding of the language. My mistress is truly the best mistress.

Garrett, Annie, Mimi-doll, and Marina were ready to go. And so was he. His speed was kept in control, after years of practice, how could it not be. But when he felt pressured, it came out in rapid fire movement, such as his foot tapping. He was feeling extreme dread the longer they stayed still in this town. So he abruptly stood and turned his back on the table, itching to get moving, the remaining group members could do as they pleased for all it mattered. He was out the door in seconds, taking in breaths of the Aether air. His new group piled around them and he realized, he had no idea where the library would be. He knew talking was much slower then he could move and so, he was gone before anyone could get a word out too him. A gust of wind and he was gone, super speed wasn't too great for stealth in crowded places, but luckily they were not needing it, so he could go nearly all out without generating any booms, after his second lap around the town, he finally found it.

He'd never seen a more sad little library. He began to doubt they'd even find anything of worth. He sighed, telling himself that no stone should be left unturned, especially given the fact that God came down to warn them personally. He was back in front of the Blazing Victory in a matter of twenty seconds, with it was specific instructions to lead them to only library that seemed to exist in the town of muscle and status. Darren led the way, leaving the group for split seconds to retrace his steps until they'd walked there. It was he that held the door open and once inside layed out a very basic plan. He had Marina show them the book and it's letters, instructing them to do the obvious, which was search for any books like it and any other books relating to the God of Aether, while also interviewing any employees they came across. He himself would look for the head librarian and dig up what he could find.

He let the team disperse and glanced back at the door to see if any of their old entourage had followed. He stopped though, feeling that time was of the essence and thus he got to work. Being careful to stay neutral and be polite as he searched for anyone with something obvious, like a name tag that would help him ID the person in charge.

As she and Anthea left the store, Sienna started to stumble out of Anthea's hands. Again, and again, and again.

"Woah, you really are that drunk," Anthea commented.

"You don't have to... rub...it in..." Sienna replied.

"Ok then... what do you wanna do now?"

Back to that bar, she thought, and pointed to the bar.

"No, Sienna," Anthea replied, "we are not going back to the bar."
Sienna gasped, "Why *hic* not?"

"You're drunk, Sienna."

"Soooooo?"

"You puked on the floor at that bar."

"Sooooooo?"

"Soooooo, we're not going back in the bar!"

"Annnnnd, FUCK.....THAT!" Sienna then proceeded to run into the bar. Anthea can't tell me what I can and cannot do!
She then proceeded to swing open the door and squeal, "Hi there....*hic* everybody!"

t h e fly around Fairwyn had been refreshing and great for Morgiana. Her only regret was that she couldn't find a decent tree to settle into for a good nap. It felt like the entire land was in party-mode, but she stayed far away from all of those gross Fairwyniens.

Sometime later, she had regretfully spotted some of the other Valen she'd come around with going into what looked like a dingy, sorry little building and she wondered what they up to. Maybe it had something to do with the game, and if it did, she would be darned if they were trying to get a o n e - u p on her!

Sharply diving, Morgiana found her way to the ground in no time. She looked at the building and almost pitied how pathetic it looked, wondering what they could possibly do in here.

She strut into the building. HelloooooOoOOOooo? she called out, beginning to wind her way around the shelves and books. In one of the sections, she spotted Garrett and thought he was as good a Valen as any to talk to about things.

After swiping some dust away from her face, she bounded up to the other. Hey, you should tell me what you guys are doing here. she said, looking from side to side at the shelves of old-looking books.
