Mood: Offended ☾ Location: Hall of Games ☾ Theme: Clothes: Rosaline's Notes:

"Hmpf." Rosaline crossed her arms. "The first thing you've said and you're already so rude." She said to him. In her head she was thinking all theories. "His lack of speech has me theorizing that he's reclusive, and lack consideration for others... Or he's trying to get a rise out of me to see how I'll react. I better compose myself." Rosaline thought. "You should be more careful with what you say, you wouldn't want to make enemies, especially with me. But I'll let it go for now." She said, half smiling. She took out her note book and started to write something down, but then Prism started saying something about the game.

"I understand that silly. I'm sure having certain powers will be helpful though. Especially if you have extra smarts like I do." She boasted. "Plus... I've done some looking into this. I believe that what powers you have, are connected to your goals. Your powers seem to go along with your personality, and your personality is connected to your goals. Goals and personality define how they're going to play this. Players that are doing this just for fun, will probably be sloppy and make tedious mistakes. The ones that really want it will think about every move. But of course, there are exceptions. Some people are just lucky. But it takes more then luck. Obviously. Whatever the case, that doesn't make things less interesting..." She said as a matter a factly. She kept writing in her note book. Though she was very very skilled in a lot of things, her writing was nearly unreadable.

This was absolutely, positively, the most ridiculous thing she had ever seen. For a bunch of immortals, they were worse than the humans that did not exist. Annalynne had not even had the chance to sit down with her. Some other from the gameboard group had taken the seat without any regard. Not to mention, the table was damn well broken now. She jumped to her feet, backpedaling away from the Fairwynian that landed in front of her. Marina backed into another that put his meaty hands on her shoulder. She looked up to see his salacious grin smiling down on her and she swung her heel up between his legs. There was no way she was dealing with this right now.

She slipped her way through the crowds and up to the bar -- no, not for a drink. Marina set her hands down on the counter and stepped up onto one of the stools. She climbed her way onto the counter, watching the chaos ensue. This was stupid and she was wasting her time. Why even bother trying to stop it?

She sighed.

Excuse me, she called out to no avail. Excuse me! Marina bit her bottom lip and raised her arms high above her head. Her words were laced with the seductive power she harnessed to the full extent. There were a lot of bodies in the room and she needed to command the attention of all of them. She gave the crowd a quick wink and a smile, even though it thoroughly repulsed her. She did not want the attention of any of them, but if got the mindless fighting to end, then so be it.

Marina motioned for a change in music, wanting to get rid of the obnoxious bagpipes. The bartender looked displeased, but obliged due to the fact that he could not resist her at the moment. She licked her lower lip and shined a smile down upon him. That seemed to do the trick. This made her want to vomit, but their group already had a bad repoir with the people of Fairwyn due to whatever was happening at the castle. She did not want things to get even worse. Look at you all -- fighting, and over what? Nothing really. Would it not be more fun to dance or enjoy one's company?

Subliminal seduction and pheromone manipulation -- between the two powers, it was not hard to influence the whole bar. The music shifted to something lively and bumping. Patrons moved together, bumping and grinding. Her nose wrinkled at the scene; this might have been worse. A hand reached up her calve and she kicked the person away. She sat down on the bar, hopping off of the counter. Her heels clicked against the hardwood and she smoothed out the wrinkles in her dress. The presentation she had set up for the game was scattered across the floor from the broken table. She squeezed between the bodies and knelt down to gather it all up. It was all she had left of them. Her hand rested on her chest, feeling for the folded up letter and sighed outwardly at its presence.

"Anthea.." Sienna started as they started heading into Fairwyn, "this place sure does live up to how I expected it..."
Anthea gave her a weird look and said, "you don't say?", as they entered a bar that the other valens were going to.

♡ ♢ ♣ ♤

The appearance of the bar was decent enough, much to Sienna's shock. However, the overly-sexualized women and strength-pumped men took the glory of a bar out of her head. Oh well, she thought, I might forget about this ridiculous place after a few drinks.

So, she sat down in one of the stools and ordered a glass of Khortytsa*, hoping she could forget the sight of all those ridiculous Fairwyn natives in the bar.
Ahhhhhh..... that hits the spot.....
That feeling was diminished after she heard, "NO! DOORS ARE FOR PUSSIES", then something she couldn't quite make out, and then she noticed a valen, Magnus, she assumed, tossing people out of the bar.

"What...the...****....." Sienna stuttered as she watched.

Then, she overheard,
"Look at you all -- fighting, and over what? Nothing really. Would it not be more fun to dance or enjoy one's company?", to which she couldn't really reply on, since the only fighting she really saw was Magnus throwing people out of the bar.

INTOXICATION

Sangria took a sip from her refilled glass of brandy.
She leaned in close to Asterion, smiling.

"I call all my dears dears. You're dear to me." She tapped the tip of his nose with an outstretched finger as he heard the big brute move away somewhere else. Out of the corner of her eye, she could have sworn she saw the little girl and her bear move after him. But it seemed too late now, that bartender must have had a terrible idea of them.
Ah well. ❤
Garret came cruising over, still not quite drunk, but fairly tipsy.

"Enjoying yourself, I see. Ehehe. ❤" Sangria rose as Garret put his arm around Asterion. "If you'll excuse me--"

Marina called out for the insanity to stop.
Sangria turned, a glint in her eye, her mouth frozen in a "v".
She felt a thickness rise in the air, and her heart beat just a bit faster. Oh? Was she doing something to these people? Sangria looked around. Sure enough, these roughnecks stopped beating each other up and started dancing very ... very close.

"Now! There's a party if I'd ever see one." She bid adieu to the boys and walked over to her fresh-meat prey.

Marina was slumped on the ground, picking up the remnants of her presentation from the ruins of the table, all while trying to swat away a few beefcakes who had the gall to move close to her. As Sangria approached her little toy, one of them unintentionally blocked her way.

"Not now, hun."
The Valen ignored her and seemed to gaze down at Marina, breathing heavily. Did she notice?
"You're getting much too into this party!" Sangria giggled and slapped his thick back, sending a surge of her sensory dampening towards the big man. Immediately, he lost his sense of balance and tumbled off to the side, landing with an extremely loud THUD.

"Oooops. "
She carefully climbed over the body and crouched next to Marina, helping her pick up the pieces.

"I have to say, hun, you certainly know how to start a party. Maybe I was wrong about you after all. ❤"
"But to get all this attention towards you? Is this what humans do? Well, I'm sure you must be missing all the attention with the fact that the game never started after all, huh? A real shame, and I was looking forward to it!"

Sangria picked up one of the sheets of paper and read it carefully before handing it to Marina.

"Ooh. It looks like this game of yours really would have been something ... I can just imagine the explosive sense of passion it would have brought in those pawns." She put on a face of mock mourning as she picked up a few more things and placed them in a neat pile by Marina. "Maybe even more passionate than the game that brought you into existence, Coooooordinator ... ❤"

The bartender, who had somehow recovered himself, was able to up and change the song.

She took a sip from her refilled glass of brandy.
"Oh! ❤ It's your theme song!"

Prism was a bit thrown off by her reaction at first, he thought he wasn't being rude... just honest. But what did he know? When she said that he shouldn't make an enemy out of her, his attention quickly turned back to her in an urgency. This wasn't good. He wasn't afraid of her but he didn't like making enemies and he knew he needed to fix this fast.

It got to the point he wasn't listening to her ramble and he watched her write in the book in a messy handwriting. He really couldn't judge considering he wrote everything in a code. He needed some way to keep this girl from hating him because he couldn't have an enemy. He couldn't have that lingering over his head.

He scratched the back of his head and spoke,
"You know, you're really smart. Maybe I should think more about things than I do." Right as he said that Marina interrupted and silenced the room to calm people down. When the music changed beat he felt some power she was using start to affect him and he cringed a bit before he quickly walked away and over to the bar and stood there to keep from dancing and he pointed towards Garret and made a drinking motion to say he'd have what he was having.

As everything went to hell around him, Vex just calmly sat in his seat and watch the mayhem around him. This wasn't surprising in the slightest due to how the Fairwynian's were. It was even less surprising when he saw Magnus toss some of them out through a hole in the wall that he made himself.

Normally a man sitting in the middle of this would either be in a huge risk of being caught in the cross fire or already knocked out. In Vex's case he needn't worry about that possibility due to his beta drone being activated. Whenever a stray fist came his way, beta always intercepted it with it's barrier to deflect the blow back to whoever had dealt it. It may have been only one small drone, but that was good enough for the situation. It wasn't like Magnus's fist it was trying to deflect. He'd be screwed if it was.

Look at you all -- fighting, and over what? Nothing really. Would it not be more fun to dance or enjoy one's company?

Signaled by a change of music Vex looked up and saw that it was Marina who'd managed to calmed down the Fairwynian's and cause them to start dancing with one another. No doubt that it was one of her powers that cause such a drastic change in the environment.

After a little while of waiting for a response that never came, he patted Asterion on the shoulder before walking away. "So nice to have had a proper chat." As he walked away, he saw the kid who could do stuff with reflections motioning for a drink. With nothing more than a nod of the head, he tossed the bottle of tequila he had over to him. "Drink up!" he called out as it was in the air. Not bothering to watch if the kid caught it or not, he went straight over to the counter to swipe another alcoholic beverage. There didn't seem to be much else of interest for him to be going on, so grabbing another drink seemed to be the ideal solution to occupy his time.

After swiping a bottle of vodka, and a few beers, this time, he made his way over to Marina, who had tried to calm everyone down to great success, and an extra glass. "You know, if it's worth anything, I'm not much of a fighter. Too much excitement for my tastes. No, I prefer to just sit and talk. Well, usually, anyways." He took a seat near where she was, popping the bottle open after fully settling into his spot. "So, that said, let's try to get to know each other better." He spoke to her as he poured out a couple of drinks. "Of course, that is if you want to." The tattooed Valen grabbed his glass and downed it in one swift motion.

He poured more of the vodka into his glass before taking a sip of the beer as he sat there, watching the beautiful girl in front of him. Her figure, her dark hair, her gorgeous eyes, everything about her just screamed perfection. When it came to the others in the group, she was in a league of her own.

Another swift motion and he knocked back another shot of the vodka and a sip of beer. This was more to his tastes, though he still found it to be lacking in strength. He continued to stare at her, holding the bottle of beer he's been sipping at by his side.

"Man, no matter how many times I look at you, I can't get over how pretty you look." He said under his breath.

He poured more vodka into his glass before realizing he had another glass with him that he had already poured. "Oh, where are my manners?" Quickly, he grabbed the poured drink and offered it to the new Valen. "Care for a drink? I knew there was something I was forgetting." He let out a sheepish chuckle.

Rosaline watched as the bar's mood changed as Marina spoke up. "It couldn't just be them listening to her. That wouldn't made any else. These people don't seem like the type to listen to authority. So it has to be something else. The question is what? What are her powers?..." Rosaline thought. What Marina did made her a tad bit curious. She tabbed her index finger on her lips, as if it was helping her to think. Her chain of thought broke when Prism started to talk. Anticipating something rude, she put her hand on her hip.

"You know, you're really smart. Maybe I should think more about things than I do."

Rosaline was a bit taken back. "Hmpf! Yes you should." She said. "Thank you..." Rosaline thought as he walked away. It was an interesting change all of a sudden. She might have just overwhelmed him with her theory and he gave it. Or something else was in play. It didn't matter, she already knew she was smart, and that was all he needed to tell her for him to get back on her good side. She smiled, though she wasn't sure what she was going to do now. She took a look at her notebook. It was a good start, but she didn't have a wide verity of information yet. She pushed up the bridge of her glasses, and smoothed out her hair. She thought something logical to do was to go talk to Marina, but yet something else was keeping her away from doing just that. She sat down, not ordering herself anything to drink. If she was drunk she wouldn't be able to get her notes properly

There was a heavy thud behind her back and Marina lifted her head to see Sangria looming over her, with a body laying on the floor. Just great. She sighed, gathering up the cards. Sangria knelt down beside her -- helping, what for? -- with an amused look on her face. I have to say, hun, you certainly know how to start a party. Maybe I was wrong about you after all.

How great of you to notice. Marina rolled her eyes. She really did not care for Sangria's approval. It mattered little to her.

The wine temptress was still helping clean up her things, though most of it was already stacked up. Her eyes ran over the presentation once more and she seemed please. Augh. Ooh. It looks like this game of yours really would have been something ... I can just imagine the explosive sense of passion it would have brought in those pawns. Sangria appeared mournful as she placed the last of Marina's things into the pile. The brunette scooped them up in one arm, leveling her gaze with the drunken twit. Maybe even more passionate than the game that brought you into existence, Coooooordinator ...

How dare she! How dare she bring up the game and sound so condescending towards it. Sangria did not know whom she was toying with. Marina would not stand for this. Her eyes were blazing and her heart raced. Sangria could act as fake as she wanted, but Marina knew the truth -- she empathized with her. She could read the emotions of every Valen in here, even the ones that thought they were so clever at hiding their feelings. She could tell what the temptress was really thinking, and it was neither praise nor comfort in the cancellation of her game. Marina was done with her.

She rose to her feet without a word.

Sangria took a sip off her cup filled with dark liquor. Yeah, just keep drinking. That was what she was good at, right? The music changed and it seemed to elate the other woman. Oh! It's your theme song!

How cute.

That is so sweet of you to say, Sangria. She smiled through the anger. Maybe there was still a way - a way to save them. She just needed to try harder. She needed to find Devyn and Rhia. Rhia might know, and she shared a common interest with Devyn. The other immortal most likely hated her and they had not seen one another since arriving here, but Devyn wanted Chester and she wanted Harley and Theodore. There was common ground. If anyone would be forthcoming with answers, it would be Rhia. She was sweet like strawberry milk and had convinced Theodore that she was his sister. She obviously was not, but perhaps she would pretend once he arrived here. He would need someone, someone more than her. Even without the game, Harley and Theo would probably hate her for making them into this. She hated being this. Without the gameboard, could she bring the versions she knew, not whatever pair would have been in this new board? Marina wanted them to remember her, but she did not want them to suffer again.

She choked on air.

I could use some fresh air. She gathered her things to leave, rising to her feet. Marina only made it a few steps before being interrupted once more. Augh. Sometimes her powers were a burden, like now. She just wanted to slip out undetected to search for Devyn and Rhia, but the people here were not going to let that happen.

You know, if it's worth anything, I'm not much of a fighter. Too much excitement for my tastes. No, I prefer to just sit and talk. Well, usually, anyways. How great. He was a talker, among other things. He took a seat near where she was, popping the bottle open after fully settling into his spot. She sat down beside him at the new table. Garret -- he had told her his name before the presentation started. The only bright side was that if he was a talker, she could perhaps coerce some useful secrets out of him.

I am glad to hear you are not as much of a neanderthal as the rest of them. Her smile was sweet, but the racing of her heart sent tingling sensations throughout her body. She needed to calm down or she would overwhelm the whole bar. She did not want to excite them into a frenzy with her emotions. The empathy worked both ways if she was not careful. While she could read others, she could also influence others with her own.

So, that said, let's try to get to know each other better. Garret poured them both a couple of drinks while speaking. Of course, that is if you want to. The tattooed Valen grabbed his glass and downed it in one swift motion.

Of course sugar. I would be delighted to get to know you better. She left the glass untouched. Her elbows rested on the table and she set her chin down on her fists. Marina leaned over the tabletop, putting herself closer to Garret with a subdued look of ecstasy on her face. She bit her lower lip and bat her dark lashes up at him.

He poured himself so more to drink, knocking back shot after beer after shot. She watched him closely, studying. Once upon a time, she used to be the best at reading people, though that was now due to a fact she hated to admit. It was not her ability to read people, just the influence of the Valens playing as her. His eyes were locked on her, clearly studying her as well -- for obvious different reasons. The bottle was to his lips, about to take a sip, when he seemed to have some sort of mild revelation. Man, no matter how many times I look at you, I can't get over how pretty you look. He said under his breath.

How sweet of you to say, she purred.

Garret poured himself more to drink. Did Valen ever stop drinking? She wanted to look around the room for Annalynne -- see where the Witch ended up during the madness -- but resisted. This was more important at the moment. Oh, where are my manners? Quickly, he grabbed the poured drink and offered it to her. Care for a drink? I knew there was something I was forgetting. He let out a sheepish chuckle.

She smiled brighter and sat up straight, accepting the drink. Marina pretended to take a sip, but let the liquid all fall back into the glass. She cared little about drinking ever since becoming a Valen. There were more important things and she needed her wits about her -- not that alcohol could truly effect her anyway. She set the glass down and reached across, resting a hand lightly on Garret's forearm. She chewed at her lower lip with bright blue eyes sparkling up at him. I was hoping you would come find me after we left the Hall of Games. I was ever so interested in getting to know you more. She ran her thumb over the back of his hand in circular, massaging motions.

Her free hand smoothed out the skirt of her dress and she crossed her legs at the knees. She felt herself inching ever so much closer. Men were the easiest to manipulate. Human or Valen, it was all the same. A pretty face could get you anywhere, especially when you were quite literally radiating sexual desire. It bored her. She missed Harley. They were the same, and yet he did an excellent job at never giving ii. It was fun to go back and forth with him and then ... and then when he did kiss her ...

She swallowed a lump in her throat.

Theo was like that too and he kept her alive in more than one way. She owed him her life and she felt for him in a similar way to Harley. What would she do, if she did accomplish her goal? Her heart was torn in two and yet here she was, putting up her facade to claw secrets out of male Valen for her own personal gain.

She really was no better than the rest of them...

INTOXICATION

Sangria sipped her drink as Marina walked away, barely saying a word.
Ahaha, how long could her little mind take this? ❤
She stood up and waved, her mouth crooked in a smile, although the girl's back was turned, and walked over to the section of the bar table that wasn't quite broken yet. Leaning over the counter, she noticed that the bartender had a cold-press to his forehead and was grumbling over something-or-other beneath the counter.

She tapped on the mahogany and he looked up, this time not saying a thing.
"Hun, your establishment's in pieces. It doesn't get that way so quickly, does it?"
He attempted to mumble a reply, drops of anger sliding down his temples.
"Ah ah. ❤" She lowered herself and moved closer to the man's cherry-red face, smiling viciously. "You would be lucky people are finally having a party now, hun. But--" She rose and turned around. "Tell you what. Let me take the repair of your little establishment off your hands. ❤"

"Ten glasses of water, please."
She pointed at the intact one, where Garret and Marina sat.
The bartender groggily complied, albeit not with a tumult of swearing. The music grew louder and the air thicker, and she felt her heart pump more quickly. Mmm! ❤ They all needed to celebrate.
The bartender brought out ten whiskey glasses, and with a shaky hand, slowly filled up all of them.
Sangria stopped his hand over the fifth glass, and lowered her head to gently kiss it, shooting through his veins the sensation of suddenly increased feeling.

She lifted her head and smiled. "The fresh-meat decided to liven up this place a bit. Let me allow you to feel the pleasure coursing through your veins as well. ❤"

The bartender's hand was steady and he finished the glasses.
Sangria snapped her fingers. The drinks burst into glasses of bright green absinthe and milky arak. The bartender just stared in disbelief.
"That's right. Ufufu. You know, you'd make a great employee ..."
"A--Aye." He gathered them up.
"I'm glad." She leaned back on the bar table. "I only needed one sip from you, and the other Players took care of the rest by completely breaking the place. I didn't have to break you after all. ❤" She giggled playfully and blew a curl of crimson hair out of her face. The bartender sighed next to her. "I take it you've accepted my business proposition, hun?"
"Do y've got mer a tha' stuff for erryone else?"
"Ah, you're all the same." Sangria looked aside. "Only this place. With its atmosphere of tumult and chaos. Mmhmm. ❤"

Sangria clapped her hands together and picked up the tray of drinks, walking over to Garret's table and placing them between the thief and the Coordinator.
She quickly knelt down to whisper in the man's ear.

"Be a dear and fix this place up with your Plundering when you have time, won't you? ❤
Take Marina with you too, she needs to learn a few things.
There's many more drinks where that came from, dear. ❤ I'll be right back,
But when I return, I'd like to see all the others gathered 'round your table ready to talk about the incident.
I'm trusting you, big boy. ❤"

Sangria rose and snapped her fingers again. The alcohol in Garret's glass turned into the milky arak.
"Try it, hun. I'm sure you'll all come to love it. Not even Valen can resist the temptation of downing reality! ❤"

She waved and strutted away, exiting the bar and avoiding the commotion Magnus caused outside while briefly leaving.

Smiling, the beautiful girl accepted his drink. After taking a sip of the clear liquid, she set it down and reached across, resting her hand lightly on his forearm. She chewed at her lower lip with bright blue eyes sparkling up at him. "I was hoping you would come find me after we left the Hall of Games. I was ever so interested in getting to know you more." She ran her thumb over the back of his hand in circular, massaging motions. The sensation from her touch was making him go crazy. Simply being in contact with her was arousing him. Her free hand smoothed out the skirt of her dress as she crossed her legs at the knees. She was inching closer and closer to him. He set his drink down and place his hand on her forearm, rubbing his thumb up and down her wrist.

Things were getting really good when suddenly the good brewmistress decided to interrupt the moment by setting down a tray of drinks. He groaned as the woman knelt down and whispered into his ear. "Be a dear and fix this place up with your Plundering when you have time, won't you? ❤ Take Marina with you too, she needs to learn a few things. There's many more drinks where that came from, dear. ❤ I'll be right back, but when I return, I'd like to see all the others gathered 'round your table ready to talk about the incident. I'm trusting you, big boy. ❤" After hearing all of that, he groaned even louder.

Sangria rose up to her feet and snapped her fingers, the alcohol in his glass turning into a milky looking liquid. "Try it, hun. I'm sure you'll all come to love it. Not even Valen can resist the temptation of downing reality! ❤" He stood up and grabbed the glass, skepticism clear on his face.

"Uh-huh, yeah. Man, for someone who knows how to get people buzzed quick, you sure can kill it just as fast." Quick as he could, he downed the drink and set the glass back down on the table. "But man, can you make a good drink." He popped his neck from side to side and stretched his arms out before motioning for Marina to follow him. "C'mon. I got work to do and you have things to learn about."

Slowly, he started to pick up the pieces that were broken off and turning them into disks. Once what was broken was turned into a disk through his Plunder power, he inserted it into whatever was broken to repair it. "Mmm, now that I think about it, I haven't properly introduced myself to you." He hadn't even bothered to turn around to properly address the girl following him. "Well, the name is Garret." His gaze met her blue eyed one as he worked without even looking at what he was doing. "My title is 'the Mischievous Phantom'. I'm capable of 'Plundering' aspects of objects as well as objects themselves and then 'Transfer' them to anything else as I see fit. Oh, and I can also turn 'Invisible', but that's not as useful as you might think around these parts." He tacked on the last bit as he finished fixing the hole in the wall.

"Oh yeah, and the things I plunder are turned into disks so that it's easier for me to keep track of. Pff, let's see..." Words failed to come to him as he tried to figure out what to say next. "I didn't participate in the last game, so I'd ask about you and what you've gone through, but considering how fucked up these games of ours can get, I'm sure you don't wanna talk about it." He blew some air out trying to think of what to tell her now. "Mmmm, let's see... Uhhh.... Oh, yeah, right. These games that we've been playing, you know that they were all to decide who would succeed the King of Aether, right?" The thieving Valen stopped working, holding a disk in his hands. "If you didn't, well, basically, that guy is tired of being head honcho and he wants someone to succeed him and what not. To decide who would take over, they decided to have these games to determine a successor. It's been a millennium since these games have started, and there hasn't been a winner. Wait, before I go on, did anyone else explain this to you before hand? Because I'd feel stupid telling you something you already know." He turned his muddled attention back to repairing the damage done by Muscle Brain and whoever else decided to join in on the brawl.

When Anthea and Sienna sat down at the bar, the first thing the bartender asked was "Wh' you like?"

"I'll have a glass of Khortytsa," Sienna replied.

Anthea, who didn't drink very often, said "I'll just have a jui-"

"Anthea," her "sister" stopped her, "you know how Fairwyn natives feel about non-alcoholic beverages."

"They don't lash out on you that much for just ordering juice, and I'm not a real alcoholic anyway."

"Just get a wine cooler, just in case."

"Alright," she sighed and told the bartender, "I'll have a strawberry wine cooler."

The bartender, though a bit uncertain at Anthea's choice, made the drinks anyway.

The Wine Cooler wasn't too bad, and Anthea enjoyed it (much to her surprise).

"So....Anthea...how's the wine cooler?" Sienna (who was on her third or something glass of Khortytsa) asked.

"It's good... Sienna." She replied.

"That's...great."

"Thanks..."

"You're...*hic*...welcome."

"Sienna..." Anthea started, "you're drunk, aren't you?"

"Maybe I am.... Maybe I'm not."

"You sound like you are."

"Screw that! I feel.... great!" Sienna grinned, and then got up and said, "I'm going to...use... the restroom."

"Ok... don't trip or throw up..." she watched as her "sister" headed to the restroom.

Sienna tripped and fell down,
Typical.... Anthea thought.

Then, she noticed something. Sienna was trying to interact with another Valen. Rosaline, it seemed.
"Hi there.... sorry for trippin'.... can you... help me up?" Sienna asked Rosaline.

Anthea sighed,
"Yep, she's definitely drunk."

Asterion's eye twitched at what Sangira had told him and the sudden tap on his nose that made his eye twitch in sheer annoyance before the sudden appearance of Garret had caused him to get even more pissed. He had no idea how to respond to all this, from being called her dear, to being called a father to the worlds most idiotic man.

Eventually the two were off doing their own thing and luckily Asterion was left alone. The chaos begun to die down and things were actually starting to gradually be repaired. Asterion crossed his arms and watched on as he watched them in action. Sangira was being her regular drunken self while Garret and Marina were flirting with each other. Magnus was still outside throwing around people, but things really did calm down a bit.

Asterion sighed before resting his head on the table and let out a groan. He was so tired of this and he really was finding it harder to find somebody at least competent enough to talk to. Maybe going to the bar was not the best idea, but he was sure as hell suffering for it regardless.

Rosaline changed her mind, and decided to get something to drink instead. As she touched the glass, she saw a white flash. She suddenly knew all about what she was drinking, where it come from, and everything about it from what it did to her body to how it had been made. She smiled at herself, seeing her powers working as they normally did. She took a sip, and then smiled. She ended up finishing the glass quickly, and ordered another. She felt her face flush, but ignored it. After she was done, she ordered another, and then watched as a Valen crashed onto the floor. Rosaline stumbled off her chair. She extended her hand to her, and pulled her up. "Are you ok?" Rosaline asked her. "You shouldn't be drinking so much if your body can't handle it." Rosaline told her. She acted as if she was a teacher telling a student they had done something wrong.

Rosaline snickered, realizing how much of a hypocrite she sounded like. "You should get yourself to a bathroom. You looked wasted." Rosaline told the girl. Rosaline sat back on her chair, and continued to drink from her glass. She told herself that she had to focus, but what was the harm? She yawned. It wasn't like there was anything they had to do right now. Laying back on her chair a little, she tapped her fingers to the beat of the music.

Damn.... Sienna thought as she fell, I thought I would have more...what's the word... endurance in this situation.

When she looked up, she saw a Valen sitting down. She didn't know her name, but she decided to get some help anyway and asked her,
"Hi there.... sorry for trippin'.... can you... help me up?"

The valen got out of her seat and extended her hand to Sienna, she accepted the hand and got pulled up.

"Are you ok?", the Valen asked.

"I don't know....."

"You shouldn't be drinking so much if your body can't handle it."

"I know.... but sometimes I can't help it."

The vodka just tastes so good..... Sienna thought.

The valen snickered before going on,
"You should get yourself to a bathroom. You looked wasted."

Sienna smiled a bit,
"I was...just about to do that. Thanks....for...helping me up," and she walked on as the valen returned to her seat.

That was a nice girl, I wonder what her name is... Sienna thought as she was about to approach the door to the bathroom.

Then her stomach felt funny,
Oh shi-

BLAAAAAAAAARGH!!!! Sienna collapsed and threw up.

Prism drank the tequila and kept on going, knowing full well he didn't really have a limit anymore. It was rather depressing actually, because he could never mentally feel the same way. At first when he became a Valen it worked but it slowly faded. But, he still liked the taste of different drinks. He wasn't sure how many people around here liked the taste.

Prism listened to the music for a bit longer before he became incredibly bored and started walking around. He kept getting stopped by some Fairwyn Valen girls who asked him to dance. He did so for about half a minute before he got bored and kept going, still getting stopped. When he finally made it across the bar to the others he was dancing slightly. He grabbed his bag from the table he left it at and pulled out one of his notebooks and gave it a quick once over before he started writing down something in his little code.

a f t e r another round or three of cream soda, Morgiana found herself dozing off on the bar table, not unsurpsingly. Despite the loud ruckus, she was usually able to fall asleep anywhere if she really wanted to. With heavy eyelids drooped close, her mind grew a hazy fog. Puffy dandelions bloomed inside her mind, cuddling her with a ticklish, soothing warmth and she could smell the familiar, homely scent of the wheat fields that sprawled across Mirage FM –

TESTOSTEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE!!

Morgiana sat up sharply, her eyes a vivid red color and swimming with anger at being so rudely brought out from her almost-nap. Whoever that was, she was going to c r u s h them. There was only one person who had that dumbly-manly voice and said that word with such dumb vigor . . .

Just when she was just about to jump into action, Mary Anne charmed the crowd into being a bunch of dirty adults that Morgiana had no pleasure in participating in. Those sorts of activities were gross to her, and just because she liked draping herself on people, that didn't mean that she wanted to t o u c h them. Especially not. Gross. Reason #627 to not like Marie En.

Annoyingly, her body temperature had risen and she could feel her heart beginning to pound in her chest. She lifted her head from the bar and crossed her legs tightly, her face contorting into something between a scowl and a pout. This is stupid! she announced, and then got up from the bar stool and looked around for someone. She really needed to leave this gross tavern and its gross atmosphere.

With slightly wobbly legs and even more hazy vision, Morgiana weaved her way through the crowd, pressing up against various other Valen. Her scowl-pout deepened with all the touching, but she eventually stumbled to the entrance of the bar. As she was opening the door, someone's hands were pressed to her hips and with widening magenta eyes, she wrenched her head around. It was an older male Valen, with a certain look in his eyes that Morgiana found disgusting.

Hey Dolly, how about you have a drink with me? he asked her with a lascivious tone.

No, no, no! I'm leaving. she told him firmly, her tone harsh. Get your filthy hands off me, old man.

You should respect your elders, he replied with a hint of threat in his tone.

And you should respect people who could crush you in their sleep.

She pressed a black-gloved finger to his forehead and his eyes began to widen and his mouth opened in a silent scream. While making her escape, she wondered what he had seen. Probably his worst nightmare, or something.

The cool air of the Fairwyn night was actually pretty decent, but it was pretty crappy next to the ever-warm and soothing air of Mirage FM. Childishly, she thought that she knew she wasn't allowed to leave Fairwyn because she was apart of the game that become a really dumb but strange situation, so she thought as long as she stayed in this godforsaken land, things would be alright.

Moving her poofy hair over her shoulders, she bent over slightly and a crackling sound of growing bones began. From her back, a pair of feathered dove wings shot out and a few moments later, Morgiana was sky high, the tavern's toxic atmosphere finally wearing off.

While they were in the middle of looking at one another, Sangria managed to pop in, unannounced -- for very typical of her. She set down a tray of drinks and started whispering to Garret. Marina could not hear the woman's side of the conversation, nor did she care what the other had to say. The only part she could make out was something about how all the drinks best be gone once she returned. Augh. Marina was none too disappointed in the sight of Sangria vacating the building after that, if only it could have happened sooner.

Garret started muttering to himself after she left. Uh-huh, yeah. Man, for someone who knows how to get people buzzed quick, you sure can kill it just as fast. Which was then followed up by him finishing off the glass in front of him. Men. But man, can you make a good drink. He popped his neck from side to side and stretched his arms out before motioning for Marina to follow him. She rose to her feet, curious as to what was about to happen. C'mon. I got work to do and you have things to learn about.

Is that so? She asked, almost amused. It was always interesting to see men try and tell her what to do. No one was the boss of her. She controlled them. Valen or not, that would not change. Marina trailed behind him as he started picking up broken pieces and oddly turning them into disks. That was intriguing.

Mmm, now that I think about it, I haven't properly introduced myself to you. He kept his back to her. It was true that he neglected to introduce himself, but minimal effort was taken to find out his name earlier. Well, the name is Garret. His gaze met her blue eyed one as he worked without even looking at what he was doing. Garret must have been well in tune with his abilities to work so efficiently without needing to watch what he was doing. The room was coming together in no time. My title is 'the Mischievous Phantom'. I'm capable of 'Plundering' aspects of objects as well as objects themselves and then 'Transfer' them to anything else as I see fit. Oh, and I can also turn 'Invisible', but that's not as useful as you might think around these parts. He tacked on the last bit as he finished fixing the hole in the wall.

I dunno, invisibility seems pretty okay to me. she quipped with a bright smile.

Oh yeah, and the things I plunder are turned into disks so that it's easier for me to keep track of. Pff, let's see...

Fascinating. Her blue eyes watched him work carefully. While she truly did not care as to what any of them did, knowing their powers would be advantageous should anything happen.

I didn't participate in the last game, so I'd ask about you and what you've gone through, but considering how ****ed up these games of ours can get, I'm sure you don't wanna talk about it. He blew some air out.

He was right. She absolutely, positively did not want to talk about it. The mere mention of her game sent Marina back into a downward spiral. So what if he was not a part of it, he was still one of them and she did not like them. All Marina cared about were the ones that had been left behind. She would even take Kallisti over the Valen. Harley's cousin had surprisingly made for a good female friend, which was saying a lot. I do not, she replied curtly.

Mmmm, let's see... Uhhh.... Oh, yeah, right. These games that we've been playing, you know that they were all to decide who would succeed the King of Aether, right?

She nodded.

The thieving Valen stopped working, holding a disk in his hands. If you didn't, well, basically, that guy is tired of being head honcho and he wants someone to succeed him and what not. To decide who would take over, they decided to have these games to determine a successor. It's been a millennium since these games have started, and there hasn't been a winner. Wait, before I go on, did anyone else explain this to you before hand? Because I'd feel stupid telling you something you already know.

Yes, I have in fact been informed of that much. I know that we play these games to gain land in an attempt to rule all and become God. What I am more interested in, is what becomes of this God after he steps down. If someone does win, which does not seem likely after what happened at the Hall of Games, where does he go? She picked at a sliver of wood, probably from one of the broken chairs, and rolled it between her fingers.

"Those are one of the many questions that need to be asked...and solved..." Asterion said having arose from his chair and walked up to the group that had begun their restoration of the bar. A somewhat intelligent discussion had occurred so it would be best to at least keep it alive before the two drunken idiots derailed it into something stupid.

Once reaching the group Asterion merely crossed his arms and closed his eyes with a sigh. "Most of what you have been told is what the most of us know. God himself is mostly an enigma...maybe god desires death, or merely a normal life as a valen...for all we know godship can also be a curse. Most valen do not bother to question this in the slightest...only desire sheer power of godship...or simple fun as some would call it" Asterion said with a sigh before opening his eyes and stared up at them.

"Obviously what happened at the Hall of Games was not of the norm. God is becoming restless...everything will change" Asterion said uncrossing his arms. "Whether it god or even the threat of an unknown other party we all need to be weary..." Asterion said. If the object was for only one to remained to collect the throne of god, then surely the objective was to get rid of all the players as fast as possible. "There are still many things we need to figure out...like all the mysteries inside the Hall of Games" Asterion said.

Daphne sat in the bar and was all like 'wtf is going on these people are crazy'. She wondered about Mimi and decided to go looking for her friend, who she obviously ended up finding bc the bar wasn't even that big. When she found her, she was like 'babe let's get out of here bc you can get hurt' and ofc her boo agreed. Then the kawaii duo went outside and thought about where they should go together.
