She had taken the news better than he had thought. Iris seemed concerned but lightened up when he explained that his dreams were only bothersome during the night, not in his waking hours. The rest of the day had even gone by smoothly. Henrik managed to finish grading his students' papers and Iris performed a miracle by not burning the place down when she made dinner. Henrik was barely any better of a cook than she was...though Iris would argue otherwise. They were physicists not chefs!

"Will you have that dream again?" Was what she asked him as they turned in for the night.

"It's not the same dream every time."

And then they slept because Arch really had nothing else to add to this because he was tired since he's been up since 4.

With her journal laying at her side, writing had had helled clear her mind a lot. She was able to lay peacefully against the trunk of the tree as a breeze danced over her skin. She opened her eyes to see the world distorted around her and she immediately hopped to her feet, on guard and ready to break the bet if she had to.

Hay Sun had to admit, she was pretty damn proud of herself, for not flipping out at all during the day. No one pissed her off, no one go hurt. It was usually as simple as that -- and a part of her wished that it could be like that every day.

URIEL,❞ Hay Sun whipped around, her kicked leg slamming into the ground after she swung it. It hit nothing. ❝YOU MUST REMEMBER EVERYTHING. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO STAY ALIVE.

It was them again. The person . . . thing from outside the shop. The same breathtakingly beautiful thing. And she wasn't having it. Hay Sun quickly swung her fist, but it still hit nothing. ❝WHO ARE YOU? HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME?❞ Hay Sun clasped her hands over her mouth. That had not been her voice. Or . . . at least it didn't sound like it. No. Uriel -- Puriel -- whatever. Her name was Hay Sun. Nothing else.

Of course, she got no answer. Her tone was acidic and dangerous, but she had a feeling that whoever -- whatever this was, she couldn't harm it. And then . . .

    Wings.

Tomorrow, she decided she would dedicate to studying something a little different from angels . . . Archangels. Levi had mentioned them when she brought up Uriel, as his family was Christian and he knew more about these things than she did. She needed answers. Soon.

For now . . . She climbed into bed after a shower and a change of clothes, and then fell asleep.

    DAY: 4 - 5/5 | DATE: September 25, 2013, Wednesday | LOCATION: Filthy Motel in Mexico City

After wandering around for a bit, Sam came across a small city. A lucky break. He needed some different clothes so that no one would realize that he had escaped from Prison. He wouldn't have needed to worry about that had Chicken Wings been more useful than just getting him out. It didn't matter though, he was free. Granted, it was to kill and abduct, but he was free nonetheless. He went into the city and snuck around, making sure no one saw him.

Sam found himself in an alleyway, where almost no one went to. He waited as people passed by, gauging the size of their clothing to see if it would fit him. After some time had passed, a man wearing a black dress shirt and jeans that looked to be his size passed by. Hiding behind some old wooden pallets, he called out to him.
"Oye, chico! Por aquí! (Hey you! Over here!)" The man, curious as to what called him, went into the alleyway and looked around.

"Sí? (Yes?)" As he looked around, Sam popped up, grabbed him, and beat him up. He repeatedly punched him in the head and a few times in the stomach. He made sure not to get his clothes too dirty. After the man passed out, he stripped him down to his undies and took his clothes, along with what was in his pocket. He made sure no one saw him as he changed out of his prison uniform. Sam looked at what he was wearing, a little bit bigger than he needed, and then proceeded to walk out of the alleyway. He had hidden the Obsidian Knife underneath his newly acquired shirt.

Sam pulled out a wallet, obviously not his, and inspected the contents of it. There was enough money in it to last him a couple of days. That was good. He looked at the ID inside the wallet. Hector de la Rosa. Moron. Oh well, it was better this way. Now Sam could move around freely without attracting suspicion, at least until they start the manhunt for him.

He eventually stumbled upon a filthy-looking motel to stay for the night. Despite all of the filth, it was good enough for Sam. He walked in and asked for a room. They asked him to sign a name for their records. He couldn't write his own name, so he decided to write a false name. He tried to think of one before eventually just signing Hector de la Rosa on the sign in.

When he got to his room, he lay down in the bed that was so much more comfortable compared to his lumpy old mattress back in his prison cell. As he lay in his bed, he pulled out the knife and fiddled around with it, admiring the beauty of it. He placed it on the nightstand next to him and pulled out the two pictures Chicken Wings gave him. It was such a shame that he had to kill her, she was so beautiful. As he looked at the picture of the red head, he felt like he knew her already. It was odd, but the feeling that he knew her was pretty over-whelming. Same went for the white haired girl in the other picture. He sighed as he threw them next to the knife. Whatever, it didn't matter. He closed his eyes and went to sleep, the light still on in the filthy motel room.

Skipping all of the typical daily things, she finally made it home. Cassandra sat down on the couch and turned on the television to watch mindless reality shows like Real Housewives. She really hated the shows, and wished they were off air. Why the heck would she watch it then? Well, she never really did. She would always zone out and think upon things in her life. Today was a bit different though
Cassandra felt something hit the back of her head and she looked around to see Lillian across the room, "This heavy thing came in the mail today. It is free. They really want you back in church don't they? What were you a choir girl?"
Cassandra rubbed the back of her head and saw the thickest pocket bible she had ever seen, Cassandra rolled her eyes and looked at Lilly, "I wasn't a choir girl. Hell, I have never read the bible before."
"I actually find it a good work of literature if anything."
"Yeah and soon apes will take over the world."
"I am not forcing you to read it, but think of it like a Greek mythology book or something. You grinned widely when you were reading that mythology. I haven't seen you that happy since."
Cassandra forced out a smile and spoke, "I smile often."
"That smile is as fake as an autotune song."
"I'll try it out... I guess..."
"I am not forcing you to do anything."

In the end I wonder which is more likely to be the downfall of man. The seven deadly sins or the seven heavenly virtues? Most would say the sins but I have seen the virtues do some pretty big damage. Especially Temperance, or self restraint. How much is one able to hold back their desires before they explode? I mean, I understand some desires should never be tampered with, but what if that curiosity for a simple sip of wine turns into a child thinking "oh momma doesn't want me to touch it, which means it must be really good" and instead of a kid who tries a sip of wine on occasion, we get a young alcoholic. I mean, that was a terrible example but the only reason I even brought that up was because of the 7 year old who's body was wheeled up to me, and I was informed they died of liver failure...

Cassandra saved and closed down the word document and went over to bed. She decided to pick up the bible and read up at the start of it all, the creation of the Earth. After she was done with the 7th day reading she closed the heavy bible and whispered to herself saying, "What is up with the number 7..." as she fell asleep.

His search was quite the dull one, but Alistair could only merely sigh in disappointment at the lack of activities that had occurred for Alistair. This thirst for knowledge had grown a great deal, but he knew that he surely would not be able to find his answers on mere modern contraptions. The stranger that had appeared before had left him with nothing other than his true name, nothing that Alistair could truly use for his advantage

Angels walked among the earth and something big was to occur if Lucifer was to be involved with anything. He wondered deeply just what his role in all this was going to be and he could only close his eyes and smirk at the mere thought of it. He wondered how long it would be until his life became twisted and how long it would be until he changed.

The day had reached its end and though he was looking forward to whatever came, he merely let fatigue take him and headed to his room. Closing his eyes he merely collapsed onto the big bed and sighed as he smiled and fell asleep.

Joslyn was surprised when Hana came back with a total stranger. She was curious about who it was. Maybe another fallen angel? Regardless, there was someone else with them in the room now. She didn't know how to react. All she could do was silently watch as Hana let Melissa take her bed.

    "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyy~, hey, hey, heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy~! Whaaaaaaaaaaat~ is thiiiiiiiissssssss~?"

"Oh great, there's another slut joining this little brigade of ours. YOU SHOULD THROTTLE THIS HOE!"

"Tessa, no! I couldn't!" Tessa was clearly enraged by the presence of the girl. Not sure what Victor was thinking, though maybe she didn't want to know what was going on in his mind. Anyways, it was almost time to go to sleep, and since Melissa had taken Hana's bed, Joslyn would have to share her's with Hana. She felt a little awkward as she slipped under the sheets next to her. Victor started to laugh in a creepy manner. Now she really didn't want to know what was going on in his head.

    "Pig"

"Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitchfingeeeeeeeerrrrrrssssss~" The bickering continued as Joslyn tried to fall asleep.

After 10 minutes Tyson's alarm finally stirs him up. He gets up rubbing his forehead and having a bitch of a headache. He goes into the kitchen to get his morning routine started. He sits down on the couch, turning the news on. The host gives her chipper as always introduction, that was even more annoying to Tyson. She went through the local news and nothing really interesting, then she went on to talk about global news. One story caught his eye, a prisoner escaped his prison in Mexico. She went on to say eye witnesses say the prisoner, Samuel Riviera just disappeared along with what seemed to be his lawyer or something. She showed a picture of the man, and Tyson felt like he knew this guy, he just couldn't place where.
With his shower and stuff took and cloths on he went on to work. Once he got in the station he saw James was having a worse hangover then he was. When James was looking away Tyson slammed his hand on James desk. "Good morning Jimbo!" Tyson said to James. "Stop yelling. What's so good about it anyway Ty?" James replied in a annoyed tone. "Yeah, let's get some coffee in you to change that tone." Tyson said as he patted James on the shoulder and heads to the locker room to put his stuff away.
After he put his stuff away, he nods to James to go onto the cruiser. Tyson gets into the drivers seat of the car and James gets in the passenger seat and they go about their regular routine. They stop at a gas station and get the coffee and head on out to patrol.

The palace was a black beauty where a sickly black and red fired burned in sconces and bones littered the ground. The walls were made of obsidian, along with the tiled floors. Everything had a glow of beauty to it, masking the true horror of it all. Elaborate tapestries made from the souls of damned artists hung from the walls. Each held a different scene that seemed to shift and change. There was one for every circle in Hell, gruesome places where the worst of sinners went. There were a few that seemed to show the hot spots of major crime activities on Earth. Mortals were so easily susceptible to sin that it almost made the prince of the palace bored. There was another tapestry that seemed almost out of place. It was brighter than the others. The silk was woven colors of gold, ivory, and turquoise. It displayed a golden gate set in the clouds. The skies were a brilliant blue and the streets were bricked in gold. Behind the gates a palace seemed to rise out of a light and airy fog. It's beauty was blinding, even in the tapestry. No living human could look upon the image without having their eyes burned out.

Hanging with all these dark and twisted tapestries seemed wrong. It was a place of beauty--it was Paradise. It didn't belong. The edges of the tapestry curled in and appeared scorched, as if it was trying to burn itself. Even the tapestry which itself was not a living thing, did not feel as if it belonged in a place filled with so much terror and filth. Beside it, hung one last image. It was distorted and appeared to be missing something. It showed the Prince of Hell--of Lucifer, the Morning Star--standing in his palace and beside him was a silhouette. There should have been another person in the tapestry, that was plain to see, but there wasn't. It was just darkness. It appeared to be showing some sort of ceremony. The prince and the silhouette had their hands together. There was another, like the prince--winged, beautiful, and wrong--standing beside them. Binding. It appeared to be some sort of binding ceremony.

Laughter filled the corridor, coming from the room at the end of the hall. The onyx door stood slightly ajar and light filled out into the hall. It was dim and dreary, like most of the light in the palace, and the laughter was low and ominous. The throne room, where he sat, was one of the largest rooms in the palace. Sconces hung from the walls and drapes of black and burgundy covered the thick crystal windows. A chandelier made of bones hung from the ceiling in the center of the room and just behind it was the throne of obsidian, bone, and platinum. The man on the throne was beautifully breathtaking. He had fair hair and golden eyes that shone like the sun even in the darkness of the room. His body was thick and covered in scars, but each added to his beauty, rather than subtracting from it. Large feathery black and brown wings attached to his back and rested behind the throne. They were drawn together against his bare back. The curves of his muscles seemed to ripple with power and there were black marks covering his body like tattoos. The swirling lines weaved in and out, following the contours of his figure. He was dressed in black slacks but his feet were naked. The toes stuck out from the cuffs of the pants.

His face was turned up in amusement while his aura screamed something sinister. His presence brought out a Hodge podge of beauty and serenity, along with power and determination. His skin had a golden tint to it and his pale lips were pulled into a smile of smug satisfaction. Everything was going according to plan. "Release them," he seemed to say to no one. The throne room was empty, save for him, but within a minute the floors and walls of the palace began to shake. When it stopped, everything was still just as it was before, as if nothing at all happened. His voice had been smooth and commanding. None who heard it in person could refuse to listen to it. Those that heard it from a distance were not as easily commanded, but were still perceptible to the influence of it. The Morning Star, in his palace of death, sat pleased with himself. All was going according to plan and it would not take long for him to receive that which he truly wished for.

By the time Hana woke up, she noticed her bed was empty. She bolted upright and scrambled out of the bed. Melissa was gone. After the way the other girl had opened up the night before, she thought things would be easy. Apparently, she was wrong. Her hand immediately flew to the compass hanging from around her throat, only to find that it was cold. It's usual humming was still going on, but it gave no indignation that there was someone new nearby. Wherever Leliel went, it was not close in the least bit.

This was bad. They were drastically running out of time. It had already been five days and the only person she had acquired was Joslyn. They needed a faster means of transportation. Not to mention, she didn't have any of Joslyn's papers. The Fallen were all over the world. She would undoubtedly have to cross nations a few times and when that happened Joslyn would need a passport. Hana could get papers, but there wasn't enough time. It would take a week, at least, in order to get the papers back. She didn't have another week to waste.

As Joslyn slept, Hana got ready for the day. She turned on the small television in the room to the news. There was some report going about an escaped convict in Mexico. When the newsreel flashed an image of the convict, she nearly dropped the remote. The compass burned against her chest and she had a sharp intake of breath. That face was unmistakeable. She knew it all too well.

"So, Ty that phone call the other, from your mom. You said she would ask you to go back to Texas and you didn't want to, can I ask why?" James asked. That question had been in the back of James mind since the phone call, but was unsure if he should ask him or not. Tyson sighed 'Finally somebody takes the kid's gloves off and ask me something without being drunk.' he thought to himself. He hated that everyone treated him differently since Jen's death. "I......don't want to go back. I came here because of Jen, and I just like it here." Tyson replied. "Wait she's why you came here? I didn't know that." "You never asked now did you, as you may or my not know she was a marketing exec, and her company sent her out here in their Galway office." Tyson said with a deep sigh. "And I was already on her hook by then. So naturally I had to come with her. Of course if knew I had to deal with you crap I might of changed my mind." Tyson said with a grin. "Ah your hurting my feelings." James replied.

A thin layer of sweat coated her pale skin as she sat up in her bed with a start. After a moment of realization that she was back in her room, she gripped her head with one hand and took a deep breath.

Just a dream . . .❞ she muttered to herself, and threw her blankets off. Getting out of bed, Hay Sun headed to her closet and got dressed for the day, then set out for breakfast.

The dream hadn't really been much. Just fire. Lots of fire. The world in fire? She didn't understand. More like she was on fire. Or she was harnessing it. Something like that. A flaming sword, maybe. Hay Sun couldn't really connect thoughts in her mind at the moment, everything was coming to her in short burst.

When she remembered what she had seen yesterday, and what she had said . . . That hadn't been her. Who was that man? Was it even a man? She swore that she did not hallucinate the wings -- they had definitely been there. God, angels. Couldn't be, right? And what the hell was she supposed to remember?

She sighed. As Hay Sun headed up to the roof, she remembered that she had decided to go to the library today, to read up on archangels. Currently, she didn't see much of a difference, but they had to be more special, right? What did that mean?

Joslyn let out a groan as she forced herself to sit up in the bed. It hadn't been a pleasant night, she wasn't able to fully fall asleep because both Victor and Tessa had been fighting the entire night, and it seemed like it was still going on.

"I don't even know how you still exist! You're so stupid, I thought you would've somehow erased your own existence."

"Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaah~? Well I'm surprised I'm still here as well, considering I have to keep looking at your ugly muuuuuuuuuug~!"

"Don't you talk to me about looks, horseface!"

"Ooooooooooooooh~, I'm sorry, Bitchfingers, it just bothers me what an uncanny resemblence you have to my fooooooooooooooooooot~!"

    "Skeevy asshole!"

"Heeeeeeeeeeey~, your face is looking red, here's some foot creeeeeeaaaaaaaaaam~!"

"I will break you in half like a toothpick, gappy!" Joslyn was tired, but she couldn't just go back to sleep in the midst of their fighting. She looked over to the other bed and noticed that it was empty. The girl that used to be there just up and vanished, it seemed. Hana was standing, watching the TV. It had a report that someone had escaped prison in Mexico. She looked shocked when the picture of the convict was flashed on screen. Was it someone she knew?

    "Is something wrong?"

She sat in the funeral home in silence as she waited for the next person to arrive. It was a very slow day for her today, which was a good thing, not because she was lazy... but because it meant people weren't dying. Cassandra took the gloves off of her hands and walked back and forth around the funeral home, looking at the pictures on the wall and the decorations of the rooms.
There was a look to funeral homes that always got under her skin. Everything is so clean, symmetrical... silent even when people are there. She of course did not mind the silence as much as she did the first year or so she worked, but the cleanliness to it made it seem so wrong.
For a few minutes she continued her circling, then she sat down and looked inside her purse and pulled out the little pocket bible. She found herself reading it in sections but nonetheless reading it. Something pulled her into the book, she couldn't understand or explain it, but she was thoroughly enjoying the read. She turned to Exodus, because she had already cleaned out Genesis in one day, and read as she waited for more work.

Hana was too focused on the newsreel to pay attention to much else. Her mind seemed to be a million miles away. Mexico? That's where they would have to go next. How was she supposed to get Joslyn in and out of Mexico? I could always come back for Abaddon later--after I've found some of the others here. Josyln would need someone to stay with. I could find someone else and then leave her in their ca--No. I can't do that. I swore an oath. I--

    Is something wrong?

The sound of the small voice broke her of her reverie. Slowly, Hana's blue-eyed gaze drifted to the white-haired girl on the bed. Her expression was a grim one. She would have to take Joslyn with her. She could probably glamour her across the border, but Hana was unaware of how long she could hold the glamour for. If border traffic took too long, it could give out while they sat in the car and she would be too exhausted to do it again. I could leave her here... Her expression was rather blank as she studied Joslyn. Her mouth slowly began to take the shape of words, and her voice broke out. Joslyn, how do you feel about Mexico?

The car was packed and ready to go. With Joslyn in the passenger seat, Hana pulled out of the parking lot of the Seedy Motel and began to make her way back towards the freeway. It was mid afternoon by now. The GPS said it would be a twenty-nine hour drive to Mexico City. Would Abaddon even still be in Mexico City? If he wasn't, the compass would know. She stopped to fill up the tank and stock up on food and drinks before taking off. It would be quite a few hours before they reached the border. Until then. . .

It only took him the better part of an hour to do it. Henrik smirked. After reviewing one of his colleague's papers he had managed to point out its errors. Of course he did not write down the corrections on the colleague's work. Why would he allow someone else to take credit for his own genius? It wasn't arrogance or selfishness, it was showing some academic integrity. Peer reviews often kept Henrik busy when he wasn't in a classroom but they often disappointed him when he saw things that weren't up to his own standards.

    "What are you smiling about?"

Henrik lifted his head and put his pen down, turning towards Iris who was looking over his shoulder. He held it over to her to allow her to examine the marks Henrik had made. She pushed her index finger up on her black-framed glasses as she held the papers in her other hand. She bit her lip, a habit of hers that Henrik knew meant that she was deep in thought. A long silence passed before she said anything.

"I don't think I would have seen that."

"You give yourself far too little credit." Henrik took the papers and set them back down on the desk, standing up and stretching his arms out. The air smelled faintly of baking bread. It was a cake for their anniversary that they had both made. Well, technically it was the second cake. The lingering scent of burnt bread only showed the result of their first effort. It was a miracle that they didn't starve to death with their terrible culinary skills. One could say that Henrik stayed religious because of the existence of take-out. That was a lifesaver for the both of them.

The one thing they hadn't agreed on yet was what they would put on it. The hardest choice was always the frosting. The hardest choice one could face.

Danel stopped in the middle of a street. It was late evening here. His stupid grin was as usual plastered on his face. It had been such a long time since he was last allowed out to do something proper. The last few days had been--heaven. He laughed to himself as he casually strolled down the quiet residential street. He looked like any normal twenty-something male. His wings shimmered behind him, moving in and out of the glamour. This means of travel was rather convenient. He got around quickly and had a significant head start on Xathanael. If he could get to all of the Fallen before her, then there would be no army to fight for Paradise--only against it. Honestly, Gabriel had been a fool to even consider the thought that forming an army against the Morning Star would work. It may have back then, but no longer. The Fallen did not remember whom they were, nor did they have control of their powers.
So long as the fools that recanted did not stand beside the Hidden One, Danel cared little of them. Abaddon and Azrael were lucky. If it were not for their power--even if it is dormant--Lucifer would not want them back. They had been the greatest traitors against him of all. Just thinking of them caused him to grind his teeth. The Morning Star hadn't been the only one that was betrayed.
He needed to go back to Azrael and speak with him once more, but that could wait. Danel reached into his back pocket and pulled out a crumpled up piece of paper with a list of names on it. Araquiel--that was who he was to see now. He stood just outside the door. Watching them had been interesting. Araquiel has been struggling to suppress his powers. That which he fights to subdue shall be his downfall. He stared at the door with his creamy brown eyes. Knock or blast it in? That human mate of his is pregnant, is she not? I could do away with her now, but then he would never join us in the conquest. It would definitely be more entertaining to watch him screw it up on his own.
Danel wrapped his fingers into a closed fist, the knuckles tapping lightly on the surface of the door. His wings shimmered in the fading light once more and he crossed his arms over the front of his chest, leaning against the porch railing.

"Fine...You win. Chocolate it is." Henrik sighed as he watched Iris pull the surprisingly symmetrical lump of bread out of the oven. He had expected it to turn out lopsided like it had last year. He wasn't sure how that even happened but it did. Perhaps there was some greater force at work for causing their kitchen catastrophes.

"Good." Iris grinned at him. "Now could you fetch-"

    Knock.

He turned his head towards the door. It was barely audible but it was a definite knock. They weren't expect any visitors and Henrik had not even told his colleague to come by and pick the papers up. No one ever came to their door to try and sell them something. Henrik held up his hand to keep Iris from answering the door. Though the crime rate in their city was exceptionally low it didn't hurt to be too careful. At least, that was what he learned in his time in America.

Henrik headed over towards the door slowly, peeking out of the small glass piece to see who was on the other side. What was it called? Henrik always jokingly called it the peeky-hole but that was because he seriously never knew what to call it and didn't want anyone to know that he didn't know. At least Iris found it amusing. Anyway, the brunette on the other side of the door didn't look the least bit threatening. Though that may have been because he was distorted through the glass's view. Still, he didn't recognize this man. Even so, Henrik reluctantly decided to open the door, hoping for the best.

"Good evening, stranger." It was a more polite tone than he normally used but it couldn't hurt to be careful. "Are you lost?" Henrik hoped that this man was. He had no intentions of letting a stranger come inside the house.

"Noah for the eighteenth time, I don't want your damn money... I can't pay you back..."
"You don't have to, I owe you money too."
There was a silence between the two schoolboys dressed in uniform. Adam leaned against his locker tapping his foot and his classmate Noah searched through his wallet and handed the impatient boy £1.60. Adam stared at it for a moment and looked back up at him smiling, "Thank you."
Adam put his hands in his pocket and headed over to the cafeteria with Noah walking along next to him and he spoke up saying, "But I will still feel the need to pay you back, and I do not like owing people."
"Oh no, I am at a £1.60 loss, I am going to die."
Adam laughed and punched Noah in the arm and continued, "No but seriously, even if not in money."
"Not in money, how else would you pay me back?"
Adam was quiet for a moment and then spoke in a questioningly sarcastic way, "Sexual favors?"
    "Gross."
"Okay how about I give you two bags of crisps I have at home."
"No really, don't worry about it."
Adam walked into the cafeteria and immediately his eyes found the little Scottish 11th year that had broken up with him exactly 15 days 3 hours and 5 minutes ago. He stared long and hard at her like a sad puppy before he felt himself getting tugged into line, "Damn it Adam, you give a girl a snogging and suddenly she is a daydream even when she is gone. You need to let her go and move on. Do not do the same thing you did wi-"
"Alana got herself another boyfriend yesterday... Gavin Lynch, in our year."
"Calm yourself man, it is done. You can find yourself another girl."
"But none will be like Alana."
"You said the same thing wi-"
"I mean what I say and I say what I mean."
    "Quite tautological today, are we?"

As Danel waited for someone to answer the door, knowing fully well that they were home, he nosed his way around the porch a little bit. There was nothing to special about the place, how disappointing. He saw a flash of movement through the small round lens of the peephole and stopped what he was doing. After a beat or two, the door opened and his creamy brown eyes ran up and down the man standing across the threshold. He was both familiar and not at the same time. There were minute similarities to the Angel of Vengeance he knew thousands of years ago, however, the mortal standing before him looked so tame. It was boring already. He looked hesitant, clearly not expecting someone--let alone at this hour.

"Good evening, stranger. Are you lost?"

His usual cocky grin tugged at the corner of his lips and leaned his back against the railing. "Actually, it would appear that I am just where I was meant to be, Henrik." The emphasis on the other man's name was blatantly obvious. The name was, just like the appearance of its owner, boring. Danel would have to make things more entertaining. "I don't suppose I was interrupting something." He sniffed the air once. "It smells like you were baking." Danel chuckled softly to himself as he turned away from the other man, staring out into the street that he had arrived from. The glamour on his wings rippled in the dim light and he rested his chin on the back of his hand with his elbow on the railing. "You should probably join me out here on the porch. That is, if you do not wish for your fiance to know about what you really are."

The glamour rippled again and after a minute, his wings grew visible attached to his back. He spun on his heel, the feathers ruffling as he did so, and motioned for Henrik to join him on the porch. "I know you've been remembering. You're not the only one having the dreams. You have a family on the way. I suggest you listen to me." His expression darkened, but the smile was still there. His brown eyes looked almost black, making his smile seem more sinister than cocky.

After awhile of patrolling, and nothing happening they go on back to the station, to clock out. Tyson and James go on into the station. James was a little jumpy, they normally have something to do on patrol but every so often and those days made James a little nervous.
Tyson says his goodbye for the day to James after it was quitting time. Tyson gets in Denise and goes on back to his apartment.
OOC: Yeah I'm not sure what else for Tyson to do, so you get force fed filler. :p
