MEETING HER FRIENDS HAD BEEN FUN, AND GETTING TO CARRY HER WAS EVEN MORE FUN. LEON WATCHED AS HAY SUN GATHERED HER THINGS IN HER BEDROOM AND SMILED. HE LIKED HER BEDROOM. IT WAS VERY URIEL. THERE WAS JUST SOMETHING ABOUT THE ROOM THAT RESONATED WITH THE ANCIENT SPIRIT WITHIN THE YOUNG GIRL. AFTER AWHILE, SHE TURNED TO HIM. "Get out," SHE DEMANDED, SHOVING HIM OUT OF HER ROOM, "I need to change."

LEON USED THE TIME SHE SPENT CHANGING TO EXPLORE THE HOUSE. HE HAD SEEN IT FROM THE OUTSIDE A FEW TIMES, BUT NEVER INSIDE. WINDOWS AND SHRUBS DIDN'T DO THE PLACE JUSTICE. HE LOVED IT HERE. IT WAS QUAINT AND UNIQUE IN ITS OWN WAY. HE LIKED SEEING THIS SIDE OF HER. IT ALLOWED HIM TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NEWEST VERSION OF URIEL WITHOUT MAKING HER TOO ANGRY, WHICH WAS PRETTY EASY. EVENTUALLY HE MEANDERED HIS WAY BACK UP TO HER BEDROOM AND STOOD OUTSIDE THE DOOR WITH A DOPY GRIN ON HIS FACE.

HAY SUN EXITED HER BEDROOM AND SHE LOOKED ANNOYED TO SEE THAT HE WAS STILL THERE. IT HURT. HE POUTED FOR A MOMENT. HER COMPLETE AND UTTER DISREGARD OF HIS FEELINGS WAS SOMETHING HE SHOULD BE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT USED TO BY NOW, BUT IT STILL HURT ON OCCASION. SHE WAS CARRYING A BAG AS SHE LEAD HIM BACK DOWN THE STAIRS. LEON WATCHED AS SHE PLACED A NOTE FOR HER FATHER INFORMING HIM THAT SHE WAS LEAVING. LEON DECIDED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE MAN, BUT WITH URIEL LEAVING, THERE WAS LITTLE RISK OF HIM GETTING INTO ANY TROUBLE. IT WAS REALLY FOR THE BEST. HE WAS JUST TRYING TO LOOK OUT FOR HER.

SUDDENLY, SHE SPUN TO FACE HIM, PUNCHING HIM HARD IN THE FACE. LEON LOOKED AT HER IN STARTLEMENT. HIS PALE GOLDEN EYES WERE WIDE. THE PUNCH DIDN'T HURT HIM PER SE, MORE SO SHOCKED.

"That's for dragging me into your BS secret agency shit. PERHAPS I DIDN'T WANT TO BE APART OF THIS ONCE MORE." SHE STEPPED FORWARD AGAIN, AND THEN SWUNG HER OTHER FIST INTO HIS FACE, "And that's for being touchy, EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE ALWAYS LIKE THIS WHEN YOU ARE IN MY PRESENCE." AND THEN SHE SHOVED HIM INTO THE WALL, CAUSING A FEW THINGS TO TUMBLE OVER. LEON WAS STARING AT HER IN BEWILDERMENT. HE RUBBED HIS FACE AND PULLED HIMSELF OFF OF THE WALL. "This had better be worth the fucking trouble. ALL OF THESE PAST LIVES HAVE BEEN RATHER TROUBLESOME. DO NOT MAKE THIS ONE SO, AS WELL. OF COURSE, WHAT ELSE CAN I TRUST YOU WITH?" SHE BARKED, HER EYES FLASHING WITH A SORT OF LIGHTING. THE AIR AROUND HER RIPPLED WITH ENERGY, AND FOR A MOMENT, HAY SUN APPEARED TO BE GLOWING WITH THAT SAME INTENSE BURNING THAT HAD ENVELOPED THE ANGELIC SOUL WITHIN HER. SHE EXHALED BEFORE GLANCING BACK UP AT HIM AND THE INTENSITY WITHIN HER SEEMED TO FIZZLE OUT.

LEON'S EYES WERE SAD BUT HE STILL PUT ON A SMILE. "GO AHEAD AND HATE ME. I'M USED TO IT."

SHE LEAD HIM OUTSIDE. "I'm ready." SHE SAID QUIETLY. "Xathanale, was it? I hope I can still ride my motorcycle. Will you be able to bring it to me if I want it?"

"XATHANAEL," HE CORRECTED. "SHE DOESN'T TAKE KINDLY TO PEOPLE MISPRONOUNCING HER NAME. ALTHOUGH, SHE APPARENTLY GOES BY HANA NOW, IF YOU PREFER THAT. XATHANAEL IS THE ONE UNDERLINED ON YOUR LIST. SADIE-CLARE RENVICK." LEON LOOKED OVER TO THE BIKE BESIDE THE HOUSE AND HIS CHEEK TWITCHED. "I'LL SEND YOU YOUR MOTORCYCLE. HAVE NO FEAR. ALTHOUGH, I DON'T PARTICULARLY CARE FOR YOU DRIVING SOMETHING SO DANGEROUS. NOT THAT MY OPINION HAS EVER STOPPED YOU..." HE TRAILED OFF AND DIDN'T LOOK AT HER. THE PINK SPOT ON HIS CHEEK WHERE SHE HAD PUNCHED HIM WAS ALREADY FADED AWAY. HE FLICKED HIS WINGS TWICE AND STRETCHED HIS ARMS. "ARE YOU READY?" HE ASKED HER STIFLY, STILL WITHOUT LOOKING OVER.

LEON WRAPPED HIS ARM AROUND HER, IGNORING ANY AND ALL PROTESTS--THERE WAS REALLY NO OTHER WAY. HIS GOLD AND IVORY WINGS WRAPPED AROUND THE BOTH OF THEM AND THE WORLD SEEMED TO DISAPPEAR AROUND THEM. I'VE MISSED YOU. HE COULDN'T BRING HIMSELF TO SAY IT. SHE WOULD CALL HIM NAMES AND PROBABLY STAB HIM--NOT THAT IT WAS THE FIRST TIME. LEON HAD PLENTY OF SCARS FROM URIEL. HE WOULD ALWAYS PROTECT HER, NO MATTER HOW MUCH SHE PROTESTED. "A CHANGE IN ATTIRE MIGHT BE BEST FOR WHERE WE ARE GOING," HE SAID AS THE WORLD TWISTED AND CHURNED AROUND THEM.

WHEN IT FINALLY STOPPED, HE SPREAD HIS WINGS AND RELEASED HER. HIS HANDS HELD HER SHOULDERS AND HE STEADIED HER. HE LOOKED DOWN AT HER IN DISAPPOINTMENT. HE WOULD HAVE TO SAY GOODBYE NOW. THIS WAS AS MUCH AS HE WAS ALLOWED TO DO. EVERYONE WAS BREAKING A LOT OF RULES TO TRY AND PROTECT THE MORTALS. INTERFERENCE WAS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. "YOU SHOULD CALL CASSANDRA SOON." HE TOLD HER. "SHE IS IN A SPOT OF TROUBLE. LET XATHANAEL KNOW THAT THAT IS WHERE YOUR NEXT DESTINATION SHOULD BE. SHE'S THE RED-HEAD." HE POINTED TO A RED-HAIRED WOMAN IN A DRESS DOWN THE STREET. THEY WERE ABOUT A BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CHURCH STANDING IN THE SHADOWS OF A NEARBY BUILDING. HE DIDN'T BOTHER CONCEALING HIS WINGS. LEON WOULDN'T BE HERE LONG ENOUGH FOR ANYONE TO NOTICE HIM. "ALSO," HIS HAND SLIPPED INTO THE POCKET OF HIS JEANS, PULLING OUT A BOX THAT WOULD NOT NORMALLY FIT INSIDE. "I SAVED THIS, JUST AS YOU ASKED OF ME TO DO. I KEPT IT SAFE FOR YOU. I KNEW YOU WERE IN THERE SOMEWHERE URIEL AND I'M GLAD I GOT TO SEE YOU, EVEN IF YOU WERE THROWING ME AGAINST A WALL."

LEON MASHED HIS PALE LIPS TOGETHER AND GAVE HER ONE LAST SMILE. HIS HAND PATTED HER CHEEK LIGHTLY BEFORE WITHDRAWING IT TO HIS SIDE. "I'M SORRY FOR BEING SO TOUCHY AS YOU PUT IT. I JUST CAN'T HELP MYSELF WHEN I'M AROUND YOU. YOUR BIKE WILL BE HERE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I PROMISE. ANGEL'S HONOR." HE MADE A CROSS OVER HIS HEART BEFORE FOLDING HIS WINGS AROUND HIMSELF. "GOOD LUCK." HE SAID BEFORE DISAPPEARING.

She giggled some more and curled into Tyson's side, her brown hair brushing against her check. "Why, your complete and utter devotion. Love me Zadkiel" She slipped out of his grasp and spun around. The skirt of her dress billowed from the motion and her wings fluttered behind her back. Tyson watched her every move, he wasn't sure what she was up to.
She laughed some more before flopping down on a bench. 'I don't think I'm going to get any where with this one.' Tyson thought to himself. She mashed her lips together and slipped her arms out of the bandages. Her arms were scarred and boney. Her flesh was disfigured, and her left arm appeared to have a chunk bitten out of it. Tyson was shocked, she obliviously wasn't human. 'Life was so much simpler when I had to deal with drunks.' he thought to himself.
"Aren't I pretty?" she said as she cocked her head to the side and gazed up at him with her dark blue eyes. She rested her hands in her lap and began to hum to herself. Tyson didn't pay any attention to the song she was humming, he was just trying to think of a responds. "If that's all you want then I suggest EHarmony, I hear they have a pretty good success rate. Besides I'm guessing your kind of love is me strapped down and having vultures peak out my insides."
Tyson didn't really know what to say. But remembering the flight recording of the plane that crashed in New York, he decided to take a shot in the dark. "I'm guessing I'm asking the wrong question. What does He want with me? He's rising right?" Tyson may not know what's going on or who he is, but it was worth a shot.

Pretty Boy explained 'Xathanael' to Hay Sun who was quietly listening, and she discovered that they — she was actually the Sadie-Clare Renvick on her list of numbers. What made her so special? Hay Sun guessed she was on an important mission of some sort.

Secretly, she was pleased when Pretty Boy told her that she would have her motorcycle when she wanted. He seemed not to like that, but since when had she given a shit about his opinion? It felt like that was never. Still . . . He seemed pretty sad about it. Or something. She clicked her tongue when he asked her if she was ready, and then embraced her despite her protests. Damn this guy.

That was when she saw it; the wings. They were so large, and . . . real. But this . . . This couldn't be real. Angels? Tch, yeah right . . .

The world rapidly changed around them and she felt a little sick from the impossibly fast ride. Much to her appreciation, Pretty Boy helped her steady out as she faced disorientation. Okay, so this transportation thing was real. No technology needed. Unless it was some super advanced stuff that the world didn't know about.

She looked up at him and scowled. ❝You could at least warn me for next time,❞ He seemed to ignore her, which was even more irritating than him paying attention to her.

Eventually, Pretty Boy directed her to a redhead that was down the lane, and Hay Sun sighed.

I SAVED THIS, JUST AS YOU ASKED OF ME TO DO. I KEPT IT SAFE FOR YOU. I KNEW YOU WERE IN THERE SOMEWHERE, URIEL, AND I'M GLAD I GOT TO SEE YOU, EVEN IF YOU WERE THROWING ME AGAINST A WALL.

If this guy kept pulling the 'past lovers' shit . . .

Hay Sun raised an eyebrow. He kept calling her Uriel, which seemed less annoying now. 'Less', not 'not annoying'. It still wasn't okay to call her that, mostly because it wasn't her name, and she wasn't apart of their ANGEL-OPS fuckassery. She looked down at the box he was giving her to, and wondered why 'she' asked him to save it. Pretty Boy knew her before this, it looked like.

When he apologized for being touchy, it gave her a little satisfaction because he seriously needed to stop doing that. Then he was gone. Well then. Hay Sun wondered who he was. Who he really was. God, she hated him . . . and didn't hate him. Her head seriously needed to stop doing this.

Pretty Boy said that Cassandra Hansen was in trouble, but how did he know that? Was this Danel-dude after her, too? Well, if Hay Sun could do something to help her, then she would do whatever it took. This was nuts. Completely nuts. she thought to herself as she walked towards the poster girl for Christianity.

She probably spoke English, great. ❝Oy, Red,❞ she called out, not bothering to lessen her accent. It looked like she was talking to someone. Hay Sun wasn't having it. She did her waiting. And dreaming. And seeing shit. She would be damned if she didn't get her answers. ❝Pretty B - . . . Leon sent for your ANGEL-OPs shit. Oh, right. Cassandra Hansen, New York, United States. She's in trouble.

If there was every a way to start a conversation . . . But if Pretty Boy needed her to be a part of this BS, then she guessed she had no other choice. Especially if she wanted to see him again.

When their ride arrived, Cassandra was given the right side of the middle seats. It was a decent sized van, about 8 seats. Lillian rode up front with her father who came to pick them up and they both chatted away before everything became silent. Cassandra looked around at all the toys in the car. Lillian was one of 7 children, the oldest of all 7 unfortunately for her. She was 23, two years younger than Cassandra, but Lillian was still the one who owned the legal rights to the apartment, Cassandra was just under a Craigslist roommate agreement, but at least they were good friends.
Cassandra leaned her head against the car door for a while, watching the scenery roll by as they hit the highway and the landscape of the country portion of the state showed.
    "He rises?"
Cassandra jumped from her seat as she saw Lillian's dad eying her while he was driving and Cassandra said, "Huh?"
"He rises, I was telling Lillian how that is still all we know about the hijacker, we don't know if there is more, and we may never know. I am just surprised they aren't keeping planes grounded and shooting down fliers."
    "Dad!"
"What I am just being honest, at least most terrorist groups come out in pride and say that they did it. No one has come out yet, and that scares me. They could attack more pl-"
"Dad that is all terrorists do, strike terror into people."
"Well they did I good job didn't they... that voice sounded like something straight out of Hell."
Cassandra blocked out the rest of the conversation and pulled her phone out of her pocket and went to her website page and added a bulletin to the top.
Cassandra then put her phone away and grabbed the piece of plane and pulled it out of her pocket. It was a piece of the wing and she still had no idea why she bothered to bring it with her. Was it something she thought she could use as a conversation piece? She had no idea. She put the piece back into her pocket and dozed off outside again.

"If that's all you want then I suggest EHarmony, I hear they have a pretty good success rate. Besides I'm guessing your kind of love is me strapped down and having vultures peck out my insides." He responded. How annoying. What kind of response was that? What is an EHarmony? Although, the vultures pecking out his insides did sound delightful. "I'm guessing I'm asking the wrong question. What does He want with me? He's rising right?" he asked.

She raised a curious eyebrow and giggled. Lu wrapped the bandage around the worse off of the two arms and leaned back against the picnic table, extending her legs out in front of her. "So you heard that huh? That was some pretty great work, wouldn't you say?" She smiled smugly. "They will only increase in number. The demons have been set free. Things are about to get delightfully entertaining from here on in. I can't wait!" She clapped her hands together enthusiastically and played with one of the flowers on her dress.

"Do you miss it--being an angel? I miss having proper sized wings. Now people just call them cute. There is nothing cute about them. They are imperfect, like the rest of me!" Temeluchas raised her bandaged arm and the gauze immediately fell away as if it had never been there. "It's part of my punishment." she told him. "I opted for something more sinister than never-ending reincarnation. My wounds heal slower than a mortal's would. Most of the time it matters little, but in cases like this, it has left me ugly." She looked up at him with her blue eye and dark lashes. "Do you think I'm ugly?" Lu cocked her head to the side and leaned forward on the bench. Her eye watched him carefully. He needed to choose his words wisely if he wanted to survive. She had received no orders to keep him alive, not like the other one.

His past? What was she, some kind of fortune teller or something along those lines. Whatever she was, this whole this was starting to seem strange. "Sure." DAY 8 ⦙ 6/5 DATE Sunday ⦙ September 29, 2013
    LOCATION Church//Outside INTERACTION Shane//Hay Sun

Ambriel hadn't really said anything in response. He just sort of stared at her. It sounded crazy. It definitely sounded crazy, but she was used to it. Often times what sounds the craziest is the most true. This was one of those cases. Where are the others at? He finally replied. It was all he had to say and she was rather surprised by it. Her blue eyes shifted to across the street, back at the church. There were two men sitting on a bench in front of the church. One she could clearly recognize as Salgiel. The other--

    Oy, Red,

Hana turned around, surprised to see a younger looking girl standing beside her in jeans and a sweater. She didn't belong here and looked rather out of place dressed in something so warm for such a hot day. As she took in the face of the girl, her eyes widened. E-Excuse m-- she choked on her saliva.

Pretty B - . . . Leon sent for your ANGEL-OPs shit. Oh, right. Cassandra Hansen, New York, United States. She's in trouble.

Her expression was blank as she couldn't seem to take her eyes off of the Asian girl speaking English with a French accent. That was an interesting concept, but one she could not concern herself with at the moment. The girl was holding a bag and a small rectangular box. Her eyes narrowed on the box and she could feel the power radiating from within it. Hana's focus seemed to zero in on it. She had searched everywhere for it, knowing fully well what was inside. It was the only one she had never managed to collect. Uriel had it the whole time?? E-Excuse me, she tried again, clearing her throat. What are you doing here Hay Sun? Hana lifted her gaze to the girl. You're supposed to be in France.

She had found her last year, but never introduced herself. Hana spoke with the girl's father at the tea shop for a few days while she was on vacation--making sure her only visits to the shop were while the other girl was at school. Her mind slowly began to process what she said. Leon? That name didn't sound familiar, but it did sound similar to--she shook her head. she asked in confusion. There was no way she could have just flew here. The closest airport was Mexico City and she would have had to take a car or bus to get out this far and there was no way she would still be wearing something so hot after that much time.Did Leon bring you? If it was whom she thought, he was bound to be in a big heap of trouble, but it was rather helpful of him.

Look, she said to the both of them before glancing back across the street. Hana caught a glimpse of the man in the hat and suddenly understood why he looked so familiar. She swallowed hard before turning her attention back to the two beside her. It's hot and I'm getting sick of Mexico. Everyone wants answers and I'm willing to share what I know, but we really can't stay here any longer. If we sit still for too long, something is bound to happen. There's too many of us in one place. The three of us, she pointed between Hay Sun, Ambriel, and herself, Those two across the street, her pointer finger motioned to the bench, and one more back at the motel. That's six fallen angels and I know I sound crazy or whatever else--I'm used to it--, but it's the truth. There's a war coming. We don't have a lot of time. There's still more angels out there to be gathered together. Everyone needs training because your powers are dormant and we aren't as strong as we once were. And, the ones that didn't fall from grace cannot help us. But it would seem, that they have been giving little pushes in the right direction. I'm glad you're here Puriel. You are a strong ally to have, even if we never did get along.

Hana huffed out a hot breath of air and rested her hand on top of her red hair. Now, she started, this is way more people than I ever expected I would have to try and convince in one day, but unexpected things happen all the time. You have three options. You can head back to my motel room to wait for me and I can explain further there. Azazel--Joslyn--is waiting back there for me to return. You can go home and do nothing while the world turns into utter cause. Or, you can come with me while I somehow try to convince the Angel of Destruction--one of the Lieutenants of Lucifer's army--why he should help fight against the Morning Star and protect the sanctity of Paradise, along with all the humans on Earth. I do not know who Cassandra is, but if Leon says she is in trouble, then that will be our next destination. She didn't wait for an answer. Hana spun on her heel, digging it into the dirt, and marched across the street, standing over the bench where Salgiel and Abaddon sat.

"I only remember bits and pieces. But what I do remember is why Zadkiel.......I fell. He......I seemed pretty happy when I did. So how could I miss something that I don't remember?" Zadkiel said as he sat down next to her on the bench. She glared at him from under her thick lashes. "No I don't think your ugly. But it doesn't matter what I think of you, only what you think of yourself matters." he replied. "Now what does he really want from me?" Tyson asked with a faint smile.

She narrowed her eyes. He was sitting so close to her now she could practically taste how delicious it might be to eat him. She had grown quite accustomed to eating humans, but never angelic humans. Zadkiel would serve no real purpose for the Dark Prince. He was an archangel of light. Their forms of corruption were far too difficult to reach for the dark angels. Only an Archangel of Light could corrupt themselves. They had to do it all on their own without any external influence. Even now in this cycle he is trying to prove himself good by being a police officer. Disgusting. Lu spat on the ground and with a flash of movement, was now holding his gun. It was carelessly aimed at him, pressing the barrel into his cheek. How fun would it be--blast him, then eat him? Hm, she mused. "He would like to help you earn your powers again so that you may be able to create a new race of Nephilim. Don't worry," she waved one of her hands theatrically, "There is no choice in the matter. These watered-down versions aren't strong enough to create Nephilim. The Morning Star tried to use us, his followers, but more often then not it ends poorly." She looked up at him hungrily. "I like to eat my offspring, and unless I drug the mortal that impregnates me, they are rather turned off by my appearance."

Temeluchas's face twisted into a sneer. Foolish mortals, not understanding what true beauty was. If they had seen her before her disfigurement, their eyes would burn out of their sockets from the sheer incredibility. An angel's wrath--light or dark--is not one to be trifled with. "Plus I get too bored with them and like to kill them. They are senseless playthings that lose their entertainment value after a short period of time. Even now while they skepticize over who hijacked that plane, I grow weary. Danel and the others are not much better, but you--" she dug the gun deeper into his cheek, "an angel of light, would be kind to the mortals. You would not kill them or eat their children. The Nephilim develop quickly. They would rip through their mothers' wombs in a matter of weeks. Savage beasts, newborn Nephilim are. They are often times more deadly than we!" She giggled. Lu would enjoy raising the Nephilim, just not creating them. It was too boring. Human women are not strong enough to bear the Nephilim children. The childbirth destroys them and that is always fun to watch! "I could kill you without this gun," she pointed out flatly.

"So, the only thing The Morning Star uses you for is a baby making factory huh?" Tyson said as he stared down the barrel of his own gun. "You want me to get you pregnant so he could have what a Nephilim army?" Tyson asked. "Then what, Satan sets the world ablaze and then the rapture comes? Let me guess if I say no you'll kill me? That would be a waste of time wouldn't? I'm guessing it takes a while to find another fallen angel, and if you kill me I'll just come back. Pretty pointless ain't it?" Tyson said with a bit of smugness in his voice.
Tyson jerks the gun with all his might away from her. "Look, Temeluchas I don't care about my powers, I could care less if I got them back." Tyson said. He didn't know how he knew her name, she didn't even say her name, it just popped into his head. "But if we'll making deals. Then I want someone back to life. Hell you can kill me, torture me, or whatever you want. You just bring back the person I want then I'm all yours." Tyson said. "But she's not to harmed in this coming war!"

Red looked at her like Hay Sun was an alien or something. Annoying. What really got her was the box in her hands because Red looked like she wanted to snatch it away from Hay Sun, first thing. Haha, that wasn't happening.

Apparently, Red knew her name. ❝You're supposed to be in France.

. . . Okay. How did Red know that she lived in France? ❝Yeah, that's what I thought, too.❞ she replied cautiously. ❝Your little angel pal dragged me here.❞ But it looked like Red didn't know who she was talking about. ❝Y'know, the whole 'whoosh' thing that 'angels' are prone to doing to unsuspecting victims? Yeah, that.❞

She listened to Red. They were in Mexico? She had always wanted to go to Cancún, but it didn't look like that was happening now. Fallen angels? What the fuck was that noise? Honestly, with Pretty Boy pulling the avian trick, she was half-willing to believe anything at the moment. Apparently, the guy she was talking to was the same as Hay Sun. And the two across the street. And one back a motel.

. . . Powers? You've gotta be kiddin' me.❞ Hay Sun sighed; this was way past nuts.

I'm glad you're here, Puriel. You are a strong ally to have, even if we never did get along.

Well, ain't that the surprise of the year.❞ she replied sarcastically, ❝And my name isn't Puriel — Uriel — whatever. It's Hay Sun White. And that's it.

It looked like Red was getting frustrated, but Hay Sun wasn't exactly sure how much of a shit she gave. Three options were then laid out. What the fuck? They were all shitty sounding. The Morning Star? Lucifer. C'mon Red, get around to Cassandra, now . . . she thought to herself, tapping her foot and resting the mysterious box against her hip.

Well, she did want answers — and Pretty Boy wasn't around to whisk her back home, so she guessed there was that was out of the question. Before she could even get out her answer, Red pulled a bitch-move and strut away towards the bench where two other people sat. Hay Sun rubbed at her face. This was going to be a long ride.

You better have brought me my motorcycle, Pretty Boy. she thought to herself, following after Red and ignoring whoever she had been previously talking to. She pulled back her hair and then pried a room number from Red, leaving them moments later to join whoever the hell was in that motel room.

When she walked in, she saw a pale-skinned, frail looking girl sitting about. Her hair and eyes were a matching white color and it was a little spooky. ❝God, I hope she doesn't eat me or whatever.❞ she muttered to herself in French.

Bonjour, Blanc.❞ she greeted. Azazel, Red called her? Hay Sun recalled reading about that one. The 'scapegoat', they called him. ❝Name's Hay Sun. Nice to meet you. Or whatever.

She flopped onto the bed after setting her bag and the box down. Man. This was too much for her. It was hard to believe that just twenty minutes ago, she was standing in her room — on the other side of the world. Now, here she was, in Mexico, North America, with some albino she didn't know, and a ginger she didn't like.

. . . This was going to be a long week.

"So, the only thing The Morning Star uses you for is a baby making factory huh?" Zadkiel asked as he stared down the barrel of his own gun.

Lu scowled at him. How stupid could he be. "No." she snapped. She had waaaay more purposes than that.

"You want me to get you pregnant so he could have what a Nephilim army?"

HAH. She laughed. He was very stupid it seemed. Had she not just explained to him how it worked? "You don't get me pregnant. It wouldn't be a Nephilim if that were the case! Plus, two angels cannot have babies. We are not physically capable of it. We need the humans for something like this." She rolled her eyes in disgust. Stupid Light Angel.

"Then what, Satan sets the world ablaze and then the rapture comes? Let me guess if I say no you'll kill me? That would be a waste of time wouldn't? I'm guessing it takes a while to find another fallen angel, and if you kill me I'll just come back. Pretty pointless ain't it?" he said with a bit of smugness in his voice. Lu scoffed. Wow, he wasn't just dumb, he actually thought he was smart! Tyson jerked the gun with all his might away from her. ( It wasn't really with all his might. She let him have it back, pretending as if it were a fight. ) "Look, Temeluchas I don't care about my powers, I could care less if I got them back." he said. "But if we'll making deals. Then I want someone back to life. Hell you can kill me, torture me, or whatever you want. You just bring back the person I want then I'm all yours." Tyson said. "But she's not to harmed in this coming war!"

Temeluchas cocked a brow curiously and brushed her brown bangs out of her face. Interesting. "You want me to bring someone back to life?" Her lips curled into a sinister smirk. What a foolish Archangel. He must not remember the consequences. Oh well, that was better for her. "All right," she replied in her sweetest voice. "No harm will come to her. I just need a name."

Hay Sun asked for the room number and the key before taking off. Well that was good. She wasn't leaving. That was a relief. Hana stood in the blaring sun and peered down at the men on the bench. She untied the shawl from around her waist and set it over her shoulders again. Her lips mashed together and she stared down at him and swallowed nervously. It had been a number of years. She was there at his sentencing, although seated far in the back and out of sight.

Abaddon, she said firmly. How did you get out of prison? It had been bothering her since the moment she saw the news report in Nevada. He was in a maximum security Mexican prison. There was no way he should have been able to escape. His crimes were too great to allow him to walk the streets. Hana paid little mind to the man seated beside him. She wound her fingers together behind her back and fidgeted nervously with the adjustable strap hanging off of her bag.

The guy from earlier was sitting next to him. How annoying, this guy must be messing with me. Still... that comment is suspicious. Maybe he's one of the fallen angels. No way, some nut job like him? Get real. Sam continued sitting there, looking down as he remained deep in thought. Man... It may take me a while before I have a clean opportunity to hold up my end of the bargain. Oh well, I'll make Chicken Wings wait for as long as I want. After all, I'm the one doing the dirty work.

"Abaddon," Her voice was firm as she stood in front of him. She had her shawl around her shoulders as she looked directly at Sam. "How did you get out of prison?" Man, she was really beautiful in person. Pictures really don't do her justice. Well, what would he tell her about getting out of prison? He obviously couldn't tell her some other angel came and recruited him. That's too stupid. And he definitely couldn't tell her about the deal. So what to say?

Samuel looked up at her and smirked,
"You knw, normally, when you want to strike up a conversation with someone, you introduce yourself before asking questions, señora." He adjusted his hat as he looked up at her. That bought him a little more time to think.

You know, normally, when you want to strike up a conversation with someone, you introduce yourself before asking questions, señora. Abaddon adjusted his hat as he looked up at her.

She gave him a meek smile and brushed her bangs out of her pinking face. Hana, she said softly. You on the other hand did not argue over me calling you Abaddon. You already know. It wasn't a question. Hana sighed and sat down beside him on the bench. She stretched her legs out, exposing them to the elements. This dress was getting uncomfortable and she could use some protection from the sun. This burn was only going to get worse the longer she stayed out here. Who has been to see you? she asked seriously, not looking at him. Her blue eyes were focused on the freckles on her feet. The big flowers from her sandals were bound to leave an interesting tan line.

"Hana," She said to him softly. "You on the other hand did not argue over me calling you Abaddon. You already know." She took a seat next to him on the bench, stretching out her legs. "Who has been to see you?"[color] Hana didn't even bother to look at him as she asked that question. She just looked at her feet.

Shit, what do I say? Sam hadn't taken into account that she'd call him by his angel name. He quickly considered his options to see which answer would be best. Okay, if I tell her about Chicken Wings, she'll most likely assume that he's the one who got me out of prison and that he asked me to join them or something like that. If I don't tell her about it and play dumb, she could think I'm lying since I didn't object to her calling me by that name. Hmm, wait. I think I can wiggle my way out of this one.

Sam chuckled a little bit, "Well, aside from you calling me that weird name, it was obvious that you were talking to me. I mean, you did ask how I got out of prison. I don't see many people on this bench who just recently got out of prison other than me, do you?"

Hana looked over at him and narrowed her eyes. You keep answering with questions. I'm no fool. She leaned against the back of the bench and could feel the box stabbing into her back. Hana rose to her feet and motioned for the both of them to follow her. It wasn't safe to trust Abaddon, especially now, but they needed to retire and regroup for the day. We're leaving Mexico tomorrow morning. She turned her attention to Salgiel while walking. Are you coming with us? There is a lot to do in order to prevent this impending war. Her gaze drifted to Abaddon for a split second before shifting to the road in front of her.

You're not one to be trusted she said to the ground. Her heart thumped rapidly in her chest and her hand moved to the compass around her neck. It had calmed down. Had they now finally found everyone? But I need your help. We all need your help, being one of the most powerful out of us all. Hana stopped in front of the motel and turned back to face them. I will protect the humans, even if I have to do it myself. Her look was strong and filled with dedication. Not a doubt of uncertainty was in her voice.

"Jennifer Dyer.......she was my fiancé." Tyson said with a heavy heart. Tyson almost didn't say it, every fiber of his body was telling him not to. Her sinister smirk should have raised a red flag to, but Tyson was willing to take the risk. "If you are just screwing with me I swear I'll kill you. I won't stop until I do!" Tyson said with a hateful tone in his voice.
"Now go tell your master that I'm in. Is there anything else I need to know before I leave?" Tyson asked. His skin was crawling just talking about this deal. And now accepting it, he feels like his heads about to explode. 'Am I making the right choice? Is this what she would have wanted?' He thought to himself. He was in deep thought, it was obvious he was rethinking this over.

The man wouldn’t answer Dante, and it made him irksome. He squinted down at Samuel with a fierce stare and crossed his arms, which caused him to straighten up more. His head started to get hot with frustration because the other angel wouldn’t even take him seriously.

“Look buddy, I ain’t got a lot of time and you’re making it a whole lot –“

“Abbadon, how did you get out of prison?”

With a turn of the head, Salgiel was looking at the face of Zathanael.

“Well, it sure did take you long enough.”

He had glanced at her a couple of times while trying to converse with the angel known as Abbadon. She had been dealing with two other people, and he was guessing that they were also angels as well. Sending them off, she came towards them and sat on the bench on the other side of the prison escapee. In an attempt to help Hana out with the sun, Salgiel stood in front of her to provide her some shade. He also stood closer to her, in case the man tried to pull any moves, so he could protect her.

Hana and Samuel – er, Abaddon – seemed to be getting in an intense discussion. It still was unclear what he was thinking, but he still had that bad aura around him. All in all, Dante didn’t know if he even wanted Samuel to join their group.

Zathanael got up and started to walk. He politely moved out of the way and followed her, making sure that Samuel was just slightly ahead of him.

"We're leaving Mexico tomorrow morning. Are you coming with us? There is a lot to do in order to prevent this impending war."

It was a hard decision, now that she was intending to win over Abaddon. A heavy weight filled his chest and made his stomach churn.

"I must, to protect you and everyone else."

He gave Hana a look of 'Please don't bring this guy, he's riddled with bad juju.'

"It'll be alright." That was all he had to say to Iris when she continued to worry. Henrik was not about to go out of his way to get himself involved with the events in America unless something, or someone, came to him first. He had hoped that by keeping to himself he would be able to keep Iris from getting dragged into this mess as well. They had only one uninvited guest so far so it seemed to be working. Henrik leaned against the door frame of the bathroom as he listened to the sounds of dripping water coming from the other side. It wasn't exactly the most romantic time to shower together so they didn't though Henrik was forced to make his own shower as fast as possible so Iris could have all the hot water to herself.

"I think you just drained an ocean with how long you've been in there."

"Don't be silly. It was a lake." Steam poured out as Iris opened the door. She peaked her towel-covered head out and squinted at him to make sure he wasn't a talking piece of furniture. "Have you seen my glasses?"

"They're on your head." Henrik responded while, on instinct, Iris reached for her head knocking the towel off in the process. He laughed as he held up her glasses and waved them around just out of her reach. "You fall for that every time." He pulled the glasses back as Iris began to reach for them only causing her to growl at him. "Here." He leaned closer to place the glasses on his fiancé albeit a bit crookedly.

Iris took a moment as she pushed her index finger against the black frame of the glasses to adjust it back to normal. "Hmph. The next time you do that, you're sleeping on the couch."

Henrik shook his head as he picked up the towel Iris had dropped earlier before putting it away. "You'd move to the couch after you have a nightmare." At his comment Iris stuck her tongue out at him before heading over towards the bed. "See? You know I'm right."

"...Not if we had a dog."

He raised an eyebrow, wondering if that meant she had warmed up to the idea. Henrik had always wanted a dog around but Iris was against it. Her excuse always was that they dropped too much fur and since Henrik wasn't fond of dogs that didn't shed, they never got one. Thinking it over, it only reminded him of the time when he suggested that having a dog before a child would only help them become better parents. Of course, Iris got upset at him for comparing a human child to a dog. She was right. It wasn't a fair comparison. Babies couldn't scare off unwanted people by barking.

With these thoughts in mind, Henrik turned in for the night planning on asking nicely the next day if they could have a dog. Of course, even with all his attempts at being normal it would not be enough to put an end to his own nightmares.

"You keep answering with questions. I'm no fool." Of course you aren't. I've had to carefully consider my words from the beginning because you aren't a fool. Not that he'd ever outwardly say that. She stood up and motioned for him and the other guy to follow her. Well, this nut job really is an angel. How about that? "We're leaving Mexico tomorrow morning." She turned to talk to the other guy that followed. "Are you coming with us? There is a lot to do in order to prevent this impending war." War, huh? Well, this will definitely be fun, regardless of what happens.

"I must, to protect you and everyone else." That was rich. Nut job is going to help them.

Hana briefly looked at Sam before looking down to the ground.
"You're not one to be trusted," He knew that was directed at him. She was smart not to trust him, because he was a man of his word, and Sam will make sure he holds up his end of the bargain. "But I need your help. We all need your help, being one of the most powerful out of us all." Hmm... The most powerful out of them all, huh? This little bit of knowledge will make it a lot easier to finish his job. She stopped in front of a motel and turned back to face the two. "I will protect the humans, even if I have to do it myself." Hana was serious about this, her look was strong and dedicated. There wasn't a sliver of doubt in her voice as she spoke.

Sam started to laugh hysterically at what she had just said. Protect the humans, huh? The good for nothing low-lives that made his life a living hell for the first several years of his life? Those worthless cretins don't deserve protecting and she wants to give it to them? That's rich. After calming down from his little outburst, he stood up straight and jammed his left hand into his pocket.
"That's cute. You want to protect them, huh? Alright then, I'll tag along. And not because you want to protect them, but because you amuse me. I want to see how long that dedication of yours holds up." And then, when the entertainment value is all gone, I'll kill you.
