Adam stared at the door in thought after Joslyn replied. He hated the feeling he had now. The conversation only seemed to make him feel even more guilty. But, he chose not to be stupid and follow after her. He had no idea what he would say even if he did.

He also couldn't tell if Joslyn knew that Adam was the one that kidnapped her. Probably not. He wasn't going to bring it up.

    I could if you want.
Don't even think about it. I am not in the mood for that shit.

Adam felt his body shift without his own choice and he growled as he felt himself start to run out of the room, "You don't even have a reason to do this. Why the hell are you-"

This is not about you alright! This is about Azazel and I. Not you. I do not care about the affairs between you and Joslyn.

Semyaza forced Adam to run around the corner and had almost caught up to Joslyn when he tripped over something and flew across the hall and into the wall and hit his head. He let out a grunt as he rubbed his head and looked up to see what he tripped over and he let out a quick breath as Rubbish limped over towards him.

While Semyaza urged for him to get up off the floor, Adam ignored their orders and brought Rubbish towards him and whispered,
"Rubbish I'm sorry." the cat hissed at him and scratched his face. Adam placed his hand against the now bleeding cut on his cheek and sighed, "I deserve that..." Even if it was just for a few minutes, Adam ignored all the angel crap, all the things about Hell, and even the whole Joslyn thing. He picked up Rubbish and held the feline closer to him in an embrace and he whispered, "I haven't done that in a long time... trip over you... the last time that happened it was when everyone threw that surprise 16th birthday party... I'm sorry Rubbish... I really am."

Rubbish let out a meow and seemed to relax in Adam's arms while Adam closed his eyes and held back tears and whispered even softer,
    "I miss them all..."

Great. Get up off the damn floor and move it! You infant.

    Adam visibly shook his head.

After leaving the Hall of Mirrors, she heard footsteps coming after her. It was probably Adam following after her, but she didn't want him to see her crying the way she was. She kept walking along, hurriedly wiping the tears from her eyes as she did. The footsteps behind her continued until she heard a loud thud followed by a brief silence. The girl walked a few more steps before stopping in her tracks, worried about what may have happened.

She was about to turn around when Azazel commanded, "Don't. He's not worth it, and right now, I'm not in much of a mood to talk to Semyaza. "

"But, shouldn't you try talking to her? She might help us if you can convince-"

"I said I'm not in the mood to talk to her. " The angel interrupted.

"Please. We need any kind of help if we wanna escape from here. Don't you think you should at least try? I mean, weren't you two partners?"

"That was a long time ago. It doesn't apply to the here and now. Besides, I doubt she would do anything even if I tried. "

    "That's funny."

    "What is? "

"Just a few days ago, you were trying to convince me to try to escape, and I had adamantly refused because I thought it was pointless. Now look, the roles are reversed." Silence fell between the two for a few minutes. Azazel knew she had a point, and she knew that there was a slim chance it would work. She felt like total shit when Joslyn brought up that point. It irritated her to no end but the girl made absolute sense.

After a deep sigh from the angel, she finally answered back. "Fine. I'll talk to her. "

"Thank you." The girl thanked her before having her body taken over by the angel.

Azazel, now in control of Joslyn's body, walked over to the boy that had been hugging his pet cat close to him. "I know you want to talk to me, Semyaza, so let's talk. You have Joslyn to thank for this opportunity. If you're curious, I haven't told her about how she ended up here, though we can sort that out later."

Adam heard Joslyn return, and listened to her speak only to find out she was being possessed by Azazel. Adam stopped hugging the cat and let him limp away.

You can take over if you want to.
    Thank you.

Adam let in a deep breath as Semyaza possessed him. He stood up and turned towards Azazel and almost immediately spoke, "I am sorry... I know you do not wish to be here, especially against your own will. I personally did not wish for it to end up this way, but I let Adam do what he wanted."

Adam's eyes closed for a moment as pain showed on his face quickly, then his eyes opened again,
"The kid was just, so determined at that moment to just fully commit... it actually... upsets me a bit. I thought he decided to stick with the fallen... then Temeluchas kidnapped all of them and well-" The pain showed up on his face again and Semyaza spoke, "I am using a lot of energy to keep him from hearing this conversation... If you are upset with me, I can understand it. I am the reason you are here but... I could not say no..."

The pain showed up on his face again before his voice cracked,
"He does not understand what he has signed up for... officially coming down here."

Semyaza had taken over Adam's body and explained why he was even here to begin with, and why Semyaza did nothing to stop him from doing so. Azazel had a disappointed look on her face the entire time she explained herself, and she shook her head when she had finished. "Dumb kid. Although, you're not exactly without fault either. I had hoped that you would let him make an informed decision by telling him exactly what could happen if he came here. But, I've known you're one to respect other people's decisions." She sighed.

"You really are a piece of work, you moron," She muttered off-handedly. "Well, I better get this girl to her room, she'll be plumb ready to pass out when I return control to her. Keeping her out of the loop is straining her body too." The angel brushed her hair back with her hand and turned to walk back. However, before she got to her door, she turned around to say one last thing. "Oh, and you know I can't stay mad at you, Semy." The angel smiled lightly at the boy and the other fallen before entering her bedroom.

She fell into her bed, where the aches and pains of her joints re-asserted their presence. "Damn, this girl is a lot tougher than she looks if she can stand up with pain like this." After getting into a good-enough resting position, she released control of Joslyn's body, the girl passing out immediately for the rest of the night.

Richard had sat there rather bored for like, all day. He was waiting for Henrik to wake up so he could explain what he was going to do and gain consent from the man before actually doing it. But instead, he had stayed asleep for the entire day. Wonderful. Well, no point in waiting around for this man to regain consciousness while he could just end up dying in his sleep. Richard was about to begin a procedure of ambiguous finesse and delicacy, an operation that he had literally never performed in his life as a fallen angel. You know, all three months. So Richard rolled up his sleeves that may or may not exist...**** i don't know, I haven't decided clothing for him. He had no idea what he was going to do, and Maalik wasn't showing up at all. Guess it was just going to have to be all instinct.

He then went to stand over Henrik's body and stuck one finger into the air. Atop that finger, a small needle made from white hellfire mist formed in there. Bringing the needle down, it stabbed into Henrik's arm and entered the body in the smallest of holes that quickly burned itself close. Now, what happened next was a bit out of Richard's actual knowledge, but he felt as though he knew just what to do next. Some innate thing from Maalik probably. The white hellfire mist quickly grew and rapidly multiplied inside Henrik as it sought out the black hellfire mist. As things stood, the only reason this was going to work was because Araquiel was not a dark angel. While Dark Angels do not naturally have hellfire, they just acquired it after their fall, Richard could not easily remove it from them as they formed a sort of symbiotic relation with each other. Nephilim, quite like the blonde haired one in the abbey, were that much harder to get rid of the mist from because if they were born with it then it is almost a completely natural part of their being. However, with a regular angel, the hellfire mist was completely parasitic. It fed off the user and lowered their overall state of being to the point of death. But the body went through a sort of rejection process and wanted to be rid of the mist as soon as it could, so overall it would actually assist Richard's mist in the purge.

The mist that he had inserted would work under the same principle as his hellfire extinguish ability. The mist would simply seek out the unnatural one, and devour it. Once all the black hellfire mist was gone, the white mist would stay to help the body not go into shock about the sudden loss of something, even if it was detrimental. Then slowly the white mist would dissipate until the body was completely cured and all traces of hellfire mist were gone. This process would not be instantaneous, nor would it be comfortable at all, but it would work fast enough and save the man from getting consumed by the hellfire. Well, that took like no time. Richard watched as Brandon came back in, saying that nothing had happened today, and fell asleep. Richard then waited for everyone else to fall asleep before he did, just to keep guard.

When Azazel had left, Semyaza, still controlling Adam's body, made their way back to his room. Along the way, he picked up Rubbish and brought him back into the room for the night. When they got to the room, Semyaza released Adam and he dropped onto the bed and started to cough and tear up, "Oh god that hurt, what the hell were you doing? Why did I black out?"

Damn, how the hell are you still conscious?

"At this point... I'd rather not be. But oh man everything hurts."

Just go to bed and everything will be fine when you wake up... most likely... at least the pain and exhaustion will go awa-

"What did you say to Azazel?"

There was a period of silence as Adam layed back down on the bed and was greeted by the cat, who curled up next to him and fell asleep, purring.

It does not concern you. Do not worry about it.

"Well then why did you have me zone out of it?"

Adam waited for the response but was only met with the feeling of being unconscious.

Min had been thoroughly shocked and embarrassed to the core about what these people did to extract her from her classroom. After the insane outburst by Lǎoshī, the one that Min had bumped into two days ago approached her like the cool bishonen protagonist of a Japanese anime. "Yo," he greeted her and with everything else going on, she wasn't sure whether to take it seriously.

Min gathered her things and followed them out of the classroom without a word to anyone else. Once the door was shut, she took a step back and looked at them sternly. "Are you serious? You can't just come barging into my class and knocking doors open, or shouting like a lunatic. You'll be lucky if they don't call the police! I was already intending to leave after school today. I needed to go to classes so that they would know I would be on vacation for awhile. I spent hours last night talking to my mother and trying to convince her this was a good idea and in seconds you completely undue everything! The both of you should be ashamed of yourself." Min angrily stormed away from them and towards the lockers. She needed to grab her stuff before she could leave the building. It was a bit chilly outside and she definitely wanted her jacket.

"If you could have waited until school ended, I would have gone to find you with my suitcase in hand and said I was ready to leave. Now the school is probably going to think I've been kidnapped or something and my mom is going to have reasons to panic." she grumbled while pulling on her jacket. Min slammed the door shut, leaving a dent in the metal, and turned to face them with clear annoyance. "Let's just go."

Edit: Translator Note: Lǎoshī means 'teacher,' but "Laoshi" may sometimes be used as a polite reference to a more highly-educated person, who may not necessarily be a teacher.

Well okay, things hadn't gone as planned at all. Like, literally at all. Sal was expecting someone to just go and volunteer, like Logan eventually did for the second time now, and just sort of go in and see where her head was at or something. Then Lucius was, well, Lucius and decided to go in and be Lucius. After some sort of crazy shenanigan that ended with Lucius basically barging into two classrooms explaining that they needed Remiel's host for something or whatever, and then bam, she ended up being a part of their team. Apparently she had talked this through with her mother and was just now pissed that they had made such a scene for her to get out of school. Whatever, results were results. And if she ended up on the team, that was good. Her being pissed would probably take a bit of time to get over, but he had every bit of faith that this new recruit was going to work out. Boarding the plane once everything was done with, they took off and were on their way to where the compass was pointing to. Which was in the direction of South America, because Sal's an RP character and has a GPS in his brain. He knows these things. That and there was literally nothing else east of this country that they shouldn't have bumped into already. Perhaps it was finally time to reunite with the group. With that, Sal fell asleep.

Aside from being chewed out for bursting into her class when she was planning on going with them, not that they had anyway of knowing that, they'd managed to get Min to tag along with them. Now that that was out of the way, they re grouped with everyone else outside the school and boarded the plane. It wasn't long after that that Logan fell asleep in one of the chairs. He;d figure out where they would be in the morning.

"Ah, but my dear child doing so would not add spice to the little story that we run. A sane person will do sane things, but nobody cares for the tale of a sane person. If one was to jump off a building on a unicycle while pelvic thrusting in the air and on fire then splatter on the ground as sparkles fell onto his or her corpse, in this mere short moment the tale would triumph over a the entire life of a normal person by a landslide" Lucius said before snapping his fingers as a thought popped up "ah thats right, I need to chronicle this wondrous occasion" Lucius said as a few books and pens levitated out of his bag and floated around him.

With a flick of his hand the books opened up and as if constructing a symphony, Lucius closed his eyes and began to wave his fingers around. With that action the pens began to write in the books while Lucius began to hum a small tune. Once the tune was done Lucius snapped his fingers as the books closed and flew back into the bag. It was much more interesting of a situation and it would have been more interesting if the school would have done something, but alas, it didn't seem they gave a damn. With his companions he head off towards the plane and they were off. Eyes closed, Lucius fell asleep with a content smile.

Regulus did not feel the conversation would move beyond anything and even if they were to continue to speak then there would be no real worth to it at all. Despite all this things changed into something quite interesting, something he had been wishing to witness with his own eyes. The timid voice that had made itself know caused Regulus to look over his shoulder at the girl. Watching her quiver from meeting her friend made his smile behind the mask that covered his face.

Nothing truly happened in the hall of mirrors and once Adam chased after the fleeing girl, Regulus knew that heading after them would only ruin the moment. There were simpler methods and the mirror before him was one of them. As if watching a very intense movie, Regulus watched on, only to be disappointed in the long run. He had hoped there would be more, but there was nothing he could do. Perhaps he could pay the girl a little visit...possibly for another day. For now Regulus returned to his own room, a room that he had never been in for quite the while. Taking the moment he closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep

The third day had come and gone and Alistair knew that his curse would soon start taking affect once more. With Temelucas' help they once again returned to hell where Alistair would once again rest and return back to the church and do battle. Mali was fine, but he still worried about her and the others that resided in hell. All he hoped for was that they were alright.

Mali was done playing around. She was all healed up now thanks to her super awesome rapid healing Nephilim powers. These fools didn't tie her up and that was their mistake. If they honestly thought she would just sit still while being a good little girl, they were wrong. They should have tied her up or something if they had planned to keep her here alive. Idiots.

She stretched and pressed her index finger to the wall drawing a door, just as she did to Grandpa's rock cage. The outline glowed and she pushed her hand flat against it. Debris kicked up into the air as sheet rock separated, but she was easily able to pass through. Once it was shut again, the outline disappeared and the wall returned to normal. Looks like they won't be stopping her any time soon. She did it again. And again. Mali could feel herself growing closer to the outside and was getting impatient, right up until she passed through to another room with a small child asleep on the bed.

No way! Mali approached with caution until she was hovering over the boy. This was definitely where that energy was coming from. Her lips parted into a wide, smug grin. Those suckers. They just left him unguarded. That was another serious mistake on their part. She didn't understand how these incompetent fools managed to get this far alive. Mali scooped up the boy into her arms and held his head close to her chest. He had begun to stir, but stopped abruptly at such a comforting touch. She made the door one more time and morning light greeted her. She smiled brightly in the sunlight and walked with confidence and determination in the direction of where she usually met Lu and Azrael.

Richard had awoken to a bit of an unsettling feeling. He didn't quite know what it was, but he was sure it would be solved soon enough. As he stretched himself out, he heard a phone go off. He didn't really know who it belonged to, but he grabbed it anyway as no one else was awake yet. Answering it, he said,
    "hello?"

"Hello there and good morning Richard." That voice was familiar. He was pretty sure it belonged to Sal, who last he checked, was on a recruitment mission in Singapore. "Right right, well we've finished our recruitment and the compass is only pointing in your general direction. As such, I'm fairly sure we've finished all the recruiting we can, for now at least, and are headed back to the church as we speak."

"Alright then, be careful, the place is swarming with demons and we've already had a nephilim try to break in and do whatev-...fuck."

"Something the matter?" Richard had just realized what was off. That little brat wasn't here anymore. Hell, he didn't really care about her leaving, but there was something unsettling about the girl just wandering around doing her own business in the church. If she managed to go and find Leviathan than that would be bad news...though her hellfire presence wasn't anywhere at all, so Richard had assumed that she simply left.

"Never mind it. We'll probably all catch you up when you get here. I'll come and meet you outside as your probably going to need more to help defend the new recruits. Anyway, see you soon." Richard hung up the phone and put it back where he had gotten it from. He got himself ready to go outside and meet with the others. He got the blades out and pocketed them. As Brandon sprung up and out of bed, Richard turned to him and said, "Brandon, I'm going out to meet up with the others. Tell the others when they get up and make sure nothing comes in while I'm gone." Brandon saluted, and Richard simply left the room. Going through the Sanctuary, Richard opened up the door only to see something that he was non too fond of. There she was, the blonde haired girl sauntering off with a swagger in her step. Making a hand out of his hellfire mist, Richard sent it streaming towards her and grabbed at her hair. "Now just where do you think you're going?"

Henrik woke up groggy and sore. He sat up and blinked several times trying to shake off his daze. He pulled off the bandages on his arm to find that his wound had healed and, miraculously, the discoloration of his skin had vanished. You can thank Richard for that. On second thought, don't. Angels don't give thanks to other angels. Henrik scratched the back of his head as he got out of the bed, nodding slightly at Araquiel's voice. He would have asked Richard to get rid of the mist but his strength had been waning so rapidly that he never got the chance. Despite what Araquiel said, Henrik decided to go find RIchard to make some kind of attempt to show he was grateful. Though he would miss having an extra power it was hardly anything he couldn't live without.

Though not at his best, Henrik had more than enough strength now to get around without getting nauseous
. Mali was not sulking in her usual spot either. The girl must have gotten away while he was asleep. No. Her scent is still near. Look a little harder. It still bothered Henrik that Araquiel could pick up something like that. It only meant that the angel had spent lifetimes hunting nephilim down for the sake of his own self-righteousness.

In any case, it only took another minute of searching before he stumbled across Richard confronting Mali.
"Be gentle. Nephilim or not, she's still a child." Henrik turned towards Richard. "Thanks." That was all he had to say. Even before the whole angel thing, Henrik was far from being a very sociable person. Just thanking another person was something difficult for him to say. "I'm doing a lot better now."

Soren returned to the nephilim room after a shorter session of training than usual. He kept it light as he only needed to stay sharp, not tire himself out. He also needed some time to work out some frustration. Both Mali and Caius were gone now and he was beginning to believe the only way he would be able to keep them all together was if he followed after them and dragged them both back. He glanced down at the glass shard he had. Why did Lu bring Caius with her? Why did they use Mali to fight other angels? He knew the answers to both questions. It was because he would refuse to help Lu. He refused to be some pet and allow himself to be told what to do and when to do it.

"I need to bring them back." He spoke as soon as he entered the room.

Anna, who was already up but still laying on her bed, turned over towards her brother. She raised an eyebrow at him and sat up slowly as she put a hand over her mouth and yawned. "Lu and Alistair are there. So are demons. And other angels who might not be very friendly. I don't want to lose you too."

"I'm stronger than the demons and faster than the angels." In an instant Soren appeared by his sister's side with a faint wisp of mist flowing off his sides. "Besides, I'm not stupid. I wouldn't go there to pick a fight."

"What about Mali? Even if you get Caius, she's still inside that place with all those angels and she wouldn't want to come with you." Anna folded her arms. "There's only one of you. Besides, what if Caius-"

"Gets Mali out of there? One, I'd have a better shot at it and two, Lu is just going to manipulate him just like she did with Mali." Soren sighed and stared down at the glass shard, cursing under his breath. He should have told Caius to keep away from Lu at all costs. That she would resort to anything to get him to do what she wanted. Their plans for getting out of Hell and staying aay from its allies was now pushed back because of the younger nephilim. Cal had been willing to leave Mali behind if it meant not having to fight her but adding Caius to that list was just too much. Soren had already promised they would stick together. He took in a deep breath and headed over towards Cal's bed. "Cal. I need to go after the others."

Temeluchas and Alistair had gone back to hell in order to deal with Alistair's curse before it started to affect him. Having stayed behind, Caius was left all alone to assess the situation at hand and to deal with it himself. Personally he wished he could just rush into the church without a care in the world and make sure to free Mali. He knew Mali was the strongest of the nephilim, but even so he knew that even she wouldn't be able to deal with a hoard of fallen angels.

Caius took a step forward in order to get a better scope of the situation, but what he saw caught him off guard. "Mali?!" Caius said as he rushed forth from his resting area and towards the situation. Temeluchas and Alistair would have returned by now, but he did not wish to wait for them. He noticed Mali was holding something odd, but he didn't mind that right now as the girl would most likely need her help.

As he closed in he noticed a sudden arm made out of mist head straight towards Mali and immediately grab her by the hair. His eyes narrowed as Caius' palm opened and the nails grew razor sharp. Increasing his speed, he dashed forward at the hand that had attacked Mali and slashed his arm forward at the attack in an attempt to remove the grip on Mali's hair

Something wrapped around her hair and Mali was tugged to a stop. "Now just where do you think you're going?" She heard the annoying voice before she saw the face.

"Ooouuuch," she whined, "Didn't anyone ever tell you it's rude to pull hair?" Mali turned to face the man with a scowl on her face. He didn't even bother to grab her with his own hands; he used mist. "You're a grown man, you should know these things," she chided him. Mali held the child closer to her body and glared daggers at the guy. Her glaring was only interrupted by the sounds of footsteps. She looked past his shoulder to see Grandpa tailing after them. "Just great," she muttered.

"Be gentle. Nephilim or not she's still a child."

God! Would he just stop? Grandpa went onto thanking the rude guy that pulled her hair. Apparently he cured. Lame. "Looks like you're not gonna die now, at least not yet. Too bad. It probably would have been less painful." There was a weird blur and then the grip on her hair disappeared. Mali scrunched up her face in confusion and looked to see a familiar figure standing by her. "Caius? What are you doing here?" That was stupid. She didn't need Caius's help. Tch. It made her look helpless which she was not.

She felt a small breeze against her back. When the ever to familiar female voice sounded from behind her, she stuck out her tongue at the two men. "Nice to see you again Maalik, Henrik." A hand rested on her should and she recognized the grip instantly. Mali glanced over her shoulder to see Lu towering above her.

"What is Caius doing here?" she demanded to know.

"He's just here to help, like you." Lu told her flatly.

Mali glowered at him and looked back up at Lu. "I found the source," she announced proudly, lifting the small child higher.

"And who's Nephilim child is this?" There was an unfamiliar tone to Lu's voice -- delight, annoyance, power?

A bright light flashes and someone else was standing in front of them, someone Mali was not looking forward to seeing again. "I do believe that is none of your business Temeluchas. Mali," he said her name with a sharp edge to it, "hand over Reuben." She puffed up her cheeks in defiance. He grabbed her face between two fingers, golden eyes meeting black ones. "You were cuter before."

"Ariel, good to see you alive and kicking," Lu addressed him sarcastically.

"No thanks to you, that's for sure."

"And where's your little Hay Sun? Shouldn't you be busy at Uriel's si -- oh that's right. How unfortunate a death. That girl was doing so well too."

He started to glow and Mali took a step back.

A boy suddenly jumped into the middle of things and swatted at the mist Richard was using to keep Mali from running. This boy, Caius as he heard, was nephilim. It seemed every nephilim child starting to show up save for his own children. Henrik drew his sword as soon as Lu approached. "Using children as your tools, Lu? Just when I thought you couldn't sink any lower." Henrik eyed the angel holding Mali who seemed to have stolen a child. Yet another nephilim. Obviously Lu was planning on taking the child too just as she had done with Soren and Anna. That was not going to happen. Not this time.

"It's about time you died, Lu." Henrik tightened grip on Nakah. What? You want to fight already? Fine. Don't get me killed.

Cal sat at the edge of her bed fully dressed and quietly listening to the conversation between Soren and Anna. Her mind was blank as she rolled the box between her hands over and over again. She hadn't brought herself to open it. Cal recognized the handwriting as Caius's immediately after finding it yesterday. She felt empty inside. Mali had left. Caius had left. It was just the three of them now. What was to stop Soren from going too? He liked picking fights with everything and everyone. If he left then he could fight til he died. It seemed like that was all he really cared about anyway.

"Cal. I need to go after the others."

She lifted her head to see him standing in front of her. Cal dropped the box on the floor as she got to her feet. Her hands pressed against Soren's chest and she pushed him away. "Whatever. Just go then." she spat, "Everyone else seems to want to leave anyway." Cal brushed past him without so much as a second glance before exiting the room.

Soren had expected Cal to ask him not to go or to accept that he was doing it to bring the others back. Instead, she pushed him out of her way and headed out the door, obviously hurt with what he said. Soren glanced down at the mirror again, watching as things only got more tense between Caius, Mali, Lu, and the angels who were there. He didn't bother listening in to what was happening. They would have to wait just a little longer. He put the shard away and took off after Cal. "Don't go anywhere, Anna."

"Not like I have any place to be..." Anna sighed sadly watching as her brother and Cal left, leaving her alone.

"What do you want me to do then? Not bring them back? Just say the word and I won't leave you but Caius and Mali are in trouble." Soren stepped in front of Cal and held her arms. "I don't want you getting hurt if something happens to them. I also don't want you hating me if I didn't do something about it when I could..." He stared at her and stepped closer. "I'm not abandoning you." There wasn't any way for him to protect everyone. Now that Cal was upset several new things came to mind. What if, while he was gone, something happened to her? Or his sister? What if he couldn't do anything to save Caius or Mali? Here at least he could do something. He was unsure of what he could do. He promised to keep them together and that seemed to be a hair's breadth away from becoming impossible.

The only thing he was sure of was right in front of him. "Would you rather just leave? You. Anna. Me. I can't be everywhere at once. I don't know what's going to happen to Caius or Mali but I can stay with you and Anna. I don't want to leave you."

[/url]Ahranna made her way down the halls until she reached the door labeled Azazel. She had made this trip several times now, but this was a different case. Today was the day. She needed to get Joslyn ready for it. It would help if she had Adam to assist her, but he didn't seem so keen on the invitation -- lamecakes. Ahranna licked her lips and knocked on the door. "Joslyn, it's Ahranna. Will you please open the door?" There was a lot of work to do and not a lot of time to do it. Pretty soon, Lucifer wouldn't even need Leviathan's help.

Hesitantly, she cracked the door open and looked through. "Wha-," The girl winced in pain. "What is it?"

She put on a smile for the fragile girl and held up a bag. "Will you let me in? It's time to get ready and no offense, but you look dreadful."

"Oh. R-Right..." Sluggishly, she let the door swing open. The teen rubbed her eyes slightly as she slowly walked towards the bed.

Ahranna pulled a seat up in front of the bed and smiled as she dumped out the contents of the bag. "You don't have to worry about a thing. I'll get you all good to go so just sit right there and I'll sit here and we'll make sure you look perfect." She picked up a soft - bristled hairbrush and leaned over Joslyn as she began to run it through the long white locks. "Your hair is so long and white and pretty. You're lucky."

"Th-Thank you..." The teen answered through hiccupping breaths, tears streaming down her pale cheeks.

Ahranna set the brush down and picked up some tissues, holding them out for the other girl. "Joslyn please don't cry. It's not so bad. Besides, you'll get your eyes all red and puffy and I won't be able to get the makeup right." She took a seat on the bed next to the fallen angel. Her arm wrapped around the other girl and she stroked Joslyn's head with her free hand. "You know this is a good thing for Azazel, right? Your angel will be able to return to her full form and it's all because of you." Ahranna was doing what she could to cheer her up, but she never really had to comfort anyone before.

The hiccupping started to subside as the technicolor-haired girl comforted her. She grabbed the tissues and dabbed at her eyes with them. "I-I appreciate you trying to comfort me, b-but it's not helping things," she sniffled.

She grimaced and got to her feet. I'm sorry. I'm no good at these things, but I am good at beauty and if I can't make you feel better, I can at least make you look better." Ahranna gave her a chipper grin and picked the brush back up. Joslyn's hair had gotten pretty snarly. Ahranna couldn't help but wonder when the last time the girl got out of bed was.
