I love this roleplay so much, it is my shining reason to check in whenever I can. I love posting, and I personally feel that Adam and Cassandra are two of my best developed characters I've ever had. I really do not want the thread to be locked, and will be really disappointed if it is... but let the chips fall where they may.

 

I am honestly still wanting to be in this RP and don't want to see it locked either. I'm going to cast my vote for a "don't end this thread."

 

Sorry, even if I wasn't here for most to the day, I've still have many chanced to post before that and I just keep putting it off. I want this rp to continue and I will try to post more instead of letting myself get distracted.

 

As far as it goes, I like this roleplay, and I am sorry to have not been posting. I enjoy my character(s), and everyone else's characters, but I go through spells of interest and disinterest, it happened with Days and it happens with Cupid's Brew. I don't want to continue to force myself to make shit posts, but if it's what's stopping the roleplay from being closed, then I'll begin to do it with as much vigor as I can.

I really do like posting in this RP. Especially as Joslyn because I get to just go nuts with what the voices in her head say, putting a little bit of myself in there. It feels great. Then I see nothing is really going on because people aren't posting as often, and it makes me lose interest. But then people start posting and it makes me want to post to get in on the action. So yeah... I don't want this RP to end. I wanna see where this goes.

 

Honestly, I used to like this RP a lot more because people would post more and for some, more thought out, and also because my character Dante was more thought out and developed than Decimus before he tragically got killed off. I sort of thought, though, that his time was up anyway due to inactivity cutting interaction short and I felt that half of the time he was ignored anyway. Despite it all, I wouldn't like to see this RP die off like so many do. I've never played a mafia leader that owns a whore house so I'm willing to keep going.

Since there has been quite a bit of activity and lots of discussion is going on, I decided I'll give this an extra day. Day ends tomorrow at midnight. Enjoy.

 

All right:

I have internet again, which means I can finally get back into the swing of things and post properly and move the story along. Everyone was given quite a bit of down time in the last month and there really hasn't been that much going on. Which means things are going to start getting serious. We're already at the 1/4 mark and quite honestly, no one is where they should be. Granted a lot of that is my fault, but a lot of that is everyone else's fault as well. Before you signed up, you should have read the rules and I called for active members that would help contribute to the plot line for a reason. I have been working my hardest to get everyone involved in a way that makes them all essential to the story. Some of you have still disregarded that and your characters don't matter at all. If I got rid of them right now, it would hinder nothing.

Also, I am starting the strikes over at 0. At this point, there is only like one person that I know of for sure that hasn't already reached 3 strikes or gone over the limit. I haven't been keeping track of them since I've been without internet, but you can sure bet I will now. It wouldn't be fair of me to kick anyone out at the moment because if I kick one person out, then I have to kick everyone else out as well and that leaves me left with one person. I will be severely cracking down on strikes this time around and if you reach it you are gone.

To make up for the fact that no one is currently being removed, I am going to start killing off inactive characters starting next RP day. If you haven't been posting at all lately, or you are barely scraping by on the minimum, consider your character gone. I have been giving you opportunities to get involved and make your character important. This includes the group discussions, when the dark angels come to visit, traveling. You have been given chances. Unless you prove your character's worth during this RP day, then they will probably be dead by the end of the week. And, just because you may pick up the posting pace between now and Thursday, doesn't mean they won't die later down the road because of future inactivity.

The only characters guaranteed safety are Richard ( because I haven't had anyone meet him yet ) and cstar's characters Adam and Cassandra ( because she is the only person that has actually talked to me about being gone ).

GAME TIME:​

Thus far -

Hana, Hay Sun, and Cassandra are being held captive at Decimus's whorehouse in Rome. The world does not know about their ' abilities, ' so using powers in front of the humans is out of the question. If they get caught, it will cause an even greater panic in the world then there already is.​

To clarify because there was some confusion: Danel dumped them. Decimus's henchman guy that I don't know the name of moved them to a back room, where they were blindfolded and chained. Then Cassandra woke up and got pistol whipped in the face and knocked back out. And finally, they were moved one last time where they were stripped and strapped to the posts.​

Back at the motel -

It is decision making time. First, Tyson should not know about the abilities of the compass because Hana did not explain that part to him and Brando; however, Joslyn, Samuel, and Shane all do because they have seen it in action or heard about it. The needle points in the direction of the nearest fallen angel, even if they are a great distance away. They will not be able to lock onto another until the closest is no longer blocking the signal.​

Which means -

You have a few different options.​

The first person the compass would lead you to is Alistair, should you decide to go for him; followed by Adam.​

If you leave the country, that opens up a range of other options:​

Kai in Germany​

Henrik & Richard in Norway​

John in Russia​

Jun Tae in Korea​

Samuel could also turn Joslyn over like he was told to.​

They could try to ask Danel or Lu for help. [Ahaha]​

They could sit around and train some more.​

They could do nothing and give up ...​

That's just the beginning. So there are a numerous amount of things to do. There should be no reason for any character to not have something to do. Which is why, your character will die if you aren't being active. There is stuff going on.

Edit: You should also be aware that if the characters have not met, they shouldn't know who the other person is. That was stated in the OP, but it seems that I have to reiterate. So Decimus doesn't know what angels Hana, Hay Sun, and Cassandra are. Along with that, The others at the motel wouldn't know who the angels they are searching for are unless the compass was like tweaking at the person. And if they do manage to make their way to the warehouse, they would not know that Decimus is an angel & vice versa.

The only person at the party not FROZEN is Cassandra. Everyone else present has to wait to post until after Danel is done interacting with her.

As far as I know, my school schedule ends when school ends except during the winter season. During that time I get to be like my lazy guardian of hellfire and fence. If/when that time comes i'll do my best to keep you informed on that fluctuating schedule.

 

at current I should only be in my Theatre program at school... which you should know from previous roleplays I am in how much time it takes up. I might take up art club but that shouldn't take more than an hour after school on thursdays.

...just hope I don't get a lead in my play and I'll be fine.

 

I take online classes. I've got a lot of medical problems.

 

I got Marching Band where practice ends around 6pm, Games end around 10pm and unfortunately competitions that ends between 12am-1am. Fortunately competitions don't start until later in September and should be over with around the end of October.
