You could do this, but no man can resist a good ol' fashioned turf 'n turf. It's like surf 'n turf, except you make a whole steak and then replace the shrimp with another whole steak, then replace the asparagus with bacon, then finally replace the fork with a third steak.

this is it, this is the meal i have been searching my whole life for.....

*sends girlfriend to make me the best thing evvaaaarrrrrr*

Pulled Pork.

1.Season all sides of a half shoulder of pork with Paprika, Garlic Salt, any kind of seasoning really.

2. fry all sides for 2 mins each just to seal the edges.

3. obtain a large cooking pot for making big casseroles and ****

3 add chopped onions and whole garlic 'pods' (are they called pods?)

4 The most important part....add a can of beer to the pot, then bring to the boil.

5. Add pork to the pot and place in the oven for 2.5 hours at 170'c

6. removed from oven and remove the pork from the pot of dreams. pull apart the pork with some skills that only a mother could be proud of.

PLACE ON A PLATE !!!

ADD REMAINING BEER GRAVY !!!!


JUST EAT PORK

PORK FOR DAYS !!

you could also make something else to go with the pork......

On a serious note it was the best think ive eaten for a while.
