Personality: In a few words he’s somewhat a loner to the ones who don’t know him that well, While his few friends know him as a friendly person. Since he was mostly an outcast, he and his friends were the bullied by other. Unfortunately Keel fought back and often beat the ones who were ridiculing him.
State of Bodily health Pretty normal for the most part
Marks of Violence, if any Two scars on his left arm and on across his nose from when his step-dad had tried to have him killed
Bio/History: Compared to his life know his past was the exact opposite of what his life is now. He had a pretty average family and they got along pretty well, at least until his Dad died. After his mother got remarriage, everything went to hell. In the span of two years he first discovered that his new father didn't care about them and ended up running away twice and both times he ended up with a scar on his left arm. It wasn’t until his third time running away when he discovered why someone always attacked him and his powers. The assailant had attempted to slice at his head, but managed to get his nose instead after that, he was frozen solid and dropped something that only his step-dad would own, a picture of him with an X across his face. With his new knowledge he quickly returned home, but was caught by the police along the way and sent to the Asylum.
Powers: Control over ice that grows stronger the angrier he gets. While he can turn waster in the atmosphere into ice, he may be able to do it with blood too. In other words it’d be wise not to piss him off.
Other: While he didn’t become aware of his power until his third time running away, both of his earlier attempts ended the same way, he just didn’t know that cause. Never learn how to properly fight, he can be describing as a brawler who loves a good fight.

Posted ^,^ I should say it is not required to do a really long post. We'd love it if you do or even as a one off to introduce your character but don't feel pressured into it. Just do your best and preferably try to avoid the one liners.

Personality: a bit of a gentleman, tends to help women out, even at a risk to himself. He is wary though, and doesn't trust others easily.
State of Bodily health [for example, Ill]: in good health do to a self-made fitness program that involves a lot of push-ups, sit-ups, and running in place.
Marks of Violence, if any [For example, self-inflected or cause by somebody else] large diagonal burn marks on his back and two deep scars on his neck, apparently just missing his jugular veins. If his hair is brushed away there would also be a deep, needle-like hole on each temple.
Bio/History: Mark came to the facility at a very young age, brought by military personell, he allegedly murdered twenty-six off-duty marines in a streetfight for the reason that one of them insulted his mother (who, ironically, he accidentally killed at the same time). Mark is very eccentric, and tends to attack anyone who insults a woman, though sometimes he will lay out a long, intricate scheme so he can exersise his mind, or work around the drugs that reduce his powers.
Powers: Mark has telekenetic powers which, when at full strength, he can use to precisely move things as large as a city bus or as small as an oxygen molecule. He has come up with many fun and exciting ways to use these powers, including re-shaping his own body, though this requires much focus when done on a large scale.
Other: Mark has an IQ of 158, putting him at a near-genius level, he has a tendacy to think outside the box.

Okay, yes, I got the part about being weaker, I just kinda outlined what he would be able to do at full strength, and I have no intention of god-modding with these powers.

 

Thanks, just be careful not to powerplay later on, all the chara's should roughly be at the same strength as eachother at any point. But yeah, sounds good.
