"After?"
Without another word, Evie drew out her pistol, as Sirene steadied her bow. Both had a clear aim on the demon, but they waited for either it or for Rik to do the first move.

 

Rik leapt backward cutting up as the demon landed and severing it's tail in the process leaving his corrupt black flames at the injury on the demon and letting them incinerate his tail. "That all you got?" He mocked seeming displeased.

 

The two females shot in unison, hitting the demon in it's ribs.
Ooc: shortest post yet... They keep getting shorter...

 

OOC: It's hard to keep long posts running XD

BIC: Rik looked around the demon seeing the two females, he whistled in an impressed way, "Not bad, but can you finish the job?" he complimented before taunting them.

 

Evie winked, as she answered:
"We can try!"
"Try not. Do or do not," was Sirene's cool reply.
"Yoda!"
"Reid wannabe..."
"Hey!"
The 'bickering' continued, as Evie lodged a bullet in to the creatures head, and Sirene shot an arrow in to the area she expected it's heart to be in.

 

"Should of stayed quiet" Rik mumbled focusing his attention on the demon as it writhed in pain, "He won't know much" Rik said plunging his sword into it's wound opened up by Sirene purging it in black fire.

 

Sirene slowly flew to Rik.
"You're not bad..."
Evie was quick to follow by foot.
"You're chest isn't looking too nice... You sure you don't want it cured, it's no problem to me."

 

"I'm fine" Rik said sheathing his sword, "So who or what are you two?"

 

Evie shrugged.
" 'kay... The name's Evelynne, friends call me Evie. That's my... I guess you could say my guardian angel Sirene."
Sirene, the shyer one of the pair just smiled at him. Evie continued:
"And you are?"

 

"Right, I'm Rik" he said watching the demon's body fade.

 

"So.... " Evie tried to think of a topic, "those things common here?"

 

"Yeah they should be common worldwide" Rik said turning to them, "But that was only a low class"

 

"Definitely not common where she comes from," Sirene muttered.
"Isn't it we?"
"I guess... What do you mean by low-class?"
Ooc: Back-up working... bleh...

 

OOC: What?

BIC: "There are different levels in strength and intellegence for demons" Rik explained without telling them the full details, "You two aren't all that knowledgeable for an angel and a person who has a guardian angel"

 

"Of course they are not. A mere human is barely able to get a grasp on these kinds of things, and if the gaurdian angel is too lazy, then I doubt that the human will get to much information" Sato's voice echoed throughout the cathedral from the entrance. "Looks like you guys beat me to the punch" he said as he scratched the back of the head, smiling at them.

 

Another one? I hope they don't figure out what I am, "You know alot, who are you?" Rik asked

 

"Just a passerby, that is all" he said to him. "Why wouldn't I know of such things anyway?" he asked. "After all, it is simple logic"

 

"So knowing the existance of demons is simple logic?" Rik asked folding his arms.

 

"Why would it not be? As long as their be God, their must be Satan, and as long as their be thy servants of light, their shall be light, whom shall shine upon thy humans, and from their shadows shall rise the shadows of hatred." he said with a grin as he let his hand lift through his hair. "Like said, simple logic"

 

"Hmph, I see" Rik said not really caring anymore he knew there was only 3 books in existance that could tell people of such things.
