Well, what you're gonna do is click this link.
Download the Curves by reading his instructions.
Then when that's all finished, open a stock you'd like to use in Photoshop. Crop it how you want it, make sure YOU like it.
You're going to go to the left side of the screen, and you'll see an 'Adjustments' window on the side. If you don't, don't panic. Open the Window Panel, go down to 'Adjustments' and click it. It'll pop up where it's supposed to be, and you'll see a BUNCH of little buttons to click on.
Click on the one that looks like a grid and a curve-y like line through it. If you leave your cursor on it, it'll say 'Curves' on the top of the panel. Click that option.
It'll open up the big grid, with a line going through the center diagonally. Go to the little arrow on the top right corner, and go to the 'Load Curves Preset..." option on the drop-down menu. Remember the download curves I made you download? Go find them on your computer, and choose one of those to use.
There's a bunch to choose from, and you can change the opacity like anyother layer, and you can also combine some for even different combinations.

I use something called Curves on Photoshop. Jade has a pack out on them, and they're completely amazing. <3

Then change it to something more appealing while I wait. Re-l is amazing, but not with distortion. It will bug me until you fix it.
