Me: ERIOL'S VOICE ISN'T BRITISH!
Dad: Eli.
Me: ELI'S VOICE ISN'T BRITISH! HE SOUNDS LIKE SASUKE!!
Dad: nah, it's deeper than that.
Me: Yeah it's natural for a British 10 year old to have a voice like a 21 year old..
Dad: Now before you smash the t.v in would you like me to change the show?
Me: that depends. what show are you putting on now?

I had an interesting conversation with my dad this morning.

Me: -wakes up at 5 in the morning and gets a bowl of cereal and sees my dad on the couch- what are you doing?
Dad: I'm watching old shows you used to like.
Me: Your watching Sailor Moon? -sits on couch-
Dad: No, actually I'm watching Card Captors.
Me: -milk drips from my mouth- wha?
Dad: when you were little you loved the show, especially Eli, you had a crush on Eli.
Me: Who's Eli?
Dad: Well in the japanese one his name is Eriol.
Me: -starts choking on cornflake-
Dad: you okay?
