My main complaint with the content is that you spoke of the history of religion and war and went on a tangent about the US. You should speak more about the nature of religion, its effects on individuals rather than using it as some external force like gravity.

Other than that, you need to fix almost all of your structure. You are missing periods and have commas instead in several places, and in others you capitalized the first word after a comma unnecessarily. In the very beginning, you said "its" without an apostrophe. Even if you meant to, contractions are not recommended in formal writing.
