Yeah, it definitely did. Not only that; she gets married, and at the reception, she still flirts with the werewolf. I don't think you need a complicated story to have a good love triangle, you just have to make it believable. I mean, they fall in love because they both look pretty and wear the same facial make up? Okay, but they have good, compatible personalities, right? No. Well, that's just crap.

Yeah. Really, it's a romance series, with a bit of fantasy in it. It souly relies on the love triangle in the story, so it pisses me off. The Huger Games tries to have a love triangle, and that got me pissed and took me out of it. It's easy to tell that it was added strictly to get that fanbase into the series. If you're going to have a love triangle (and I think Twilight officially killed the love triangle for working anymore), it needs to feel real.

Mmhmm; I saw it when my sister rented it. It was still worth the laugh though. Just too much stupid stuff.

Yes, it is very strange, but led to one of the funniest moments in movie history. And granted, the vampire baby rapidly ages, but it's still kind of weird.

Yeah, that's true. Oh yeah; when I read it in the book, I thought "they can't put it in the movie, it's just too stupid". In the third book, they talk about "Imprinting" with werewolves, where they see someone for the first time, and something tells them that they will be your lover forevers and evers. So, the first time he sees the baby, the BS plot device magic activates. They went through with it though; the movie makers really went through with it. That baby's going to have his babies! *brick'd* I deserved that.
