The problem is Axel is the embodiment of fire and if they swapped elements I think they might end up killing each other. If Demyx had Axel's chakrams he could very well cut himself if not kill himself with it due to the swinging them and throwing them or catching. If Axel had Demyx's sitar, he could use it to hit people, but he couldn't play the music to summon up clones or water to his will. The weapons are their soul weapons. Yeah I know they are dead, but it just makes them for who they are. I will work with something though.

Now if they didn't use their elements when they have the others weapon then it could work.

If we agree to it, what would be the rule for it?

I'm waiting for water mage to respond to my post. Sure I could have to fight on a volcano and then Demyx might change it to something Axel can't stand. It benefits the other either way even if they are changed around.

One of your characters I think it was Brexen said you wanted elements changed for fire and water? Well that would be hard for them to change elements since I don't think they could perform well without their own. But adding elements seems more reasonable.
