L is what I would be if I was a dude...

Dude... when I first got into manga I thought Death Note was creepy, emo, and bloody... I was too scared to try it. Mind you I was only around 8 or 9 years old when I got addicted.

...well I just put up with the Naruto manga because without that franchise I never would've gotten into manga... period.

If you live in/near/ever come to Miami then tell me and I would gladly let you read my copies. The whole reason I started getting it was because I saw the words Stan Lee and manga in the same sentence and thought, "Well lemme see if it's any good..."

And Karakuridoji Ultimo, which is actually quite good IMO.

Nice. I've been getting the monthly magazine for a little over a year now and tbh things have just gone downhill since they finished YuYu Hakusho, and got rid of Yu-Gi-Oh GX and Tegami Bachi.

It's not just Shonen Jump, all manga are around 7 or 8 dollars.
    8. ShibuyaGato
      ShibuyaGato
That's understandable, but they really need to lower the price to something more affordable like... maybe $5.00?

      Heck yea!!!!!!

True true... but then again there's always manga scanlations online that you can read and download for free... and it's legal! :D

Whoa... That's some deep stuff man.

Really? I never knew that anime and manga were powerful enough to keep kids away from a horribly wrecked life... -things about all of the things that could be possibly dangerous that children could imitate from any anime or manga-

      XD

Lucky... my mom will interrupt me and my dad's bonding time and tell me to "Stop watching that Japanese garbage!!!!!"

I've never seen the live action movies... Considering how strict my mom is it's a miracle that I can watch Death Note without drawing any attention to myself (though my dad is so cool that we spend part of our Saturday watching/reading Naruto Shippuden) XD

Yeah... but let me tell you something. Some of my friends who've seen it said that they laughed at how Light died...

And I was all liek WTH!?!?!?!?!?

Maybe... But honestly they should let you watch a few minutes before you buy it for good. Or at least let you read a summary or something
