I usually get along with people I room with, at least when I went to several-week long summer camps, generally these days colleges ask students to fill out a form that says what they like and don't like, right down to when they're more active (like during the day or night). xD
Yeah...but I'm not gonna be so far away from home that I wouldn't be able to come back and visit on weekends, it's like a two hour drive, and I think if I took the train it'd be even shorter. I probably won't like not seeing her every day though. D:

Yeah, but at the same time it's gonna be pretty weird, since I'll be living by myself. I'll have roommates and stuff, but it's just a different kind of home. xD

It took me a long time, almost a year, but that was when I didn't have someone to talk to. It's natural, so don't feel like you're letting yourself down by feeling that way. :3
