Tora Dora's another high school anime where this guy (a neat-freak who everyone thinks is a deliquent) and a girl (a shortie with a massive temper problem) try to hook each other up with the other's best friend.

Surprisingly enough, it turned out to be pretty good. You should check it out when you have the time :3
