I can't really give you any concrete rules about titling, but my advice is to stick to the essence. What's the message that you want to convey? What's the central feeling that you want to express?
Titles don't have to be flashy, you may just as well choose an important line or a repeated structure as a title.
In fact, most poems practically title themselves in an obvious way. Were I to write...

Your eyes are so blue
Oh my gosh
I really love your blue eyes

Then "Blue Eyes" would be an obvious choice for a title. It's simple but it works.
If you've given some of your poems a title I could take a look at them and get back to you on it if you'd like.
