Eiji and Maki would most likely return to Japan with hina and Ankh and destroy Maki and return after the evnts of the Megamax Film.

Noel and Serah would most likely travel in the Historia Crux ahead by 3 months and appear as if time hasn't passed them at all.

Tsukasa/Decade will most likely return to Hikari Studio and continue travelling the A.R Worlds and return during a battle perhaps.

Marvelous will mostly likely have crewmembers abord the Gokai Galleon, dunno really.

AH so during the three month skip, everyone goes home then returns?

Hmmm, I guess that's true, Ichigo's staying because well, Full Hollowification needs to be done, Eiji has to face Maki anyway and Grimmjow... well, I suppose Ichigo beats him in the timeskip and then the 4th Espada comes along or maybe even Aizen, yes I do want to see Final Ichigo, dunno if he'll stick around to regain his Shinigami Powers.
