Narutaki woudl use anyone to get rid of Decade and tell em who your characters are going with.

That's Tsukasa, Tsukasa needs his villian and plus Narutaki could probabaly be the catalyast to making all the good guys attack tsukasa who is Decade.

Narutaki says Decade is a 'Destroyer of Worlds' to any hero who fights for justice, he firmly Decade will destroy everything and Tsukasa can't really claim he is one or isn't as he has no memories of his world and can't really back up any evidence, Narutaki can also say Decade heralds all the bad things in any world like for example

If Narutaki met:
Harry Potter Crew - he can say Voldermort's existence was brought about by Decade meddling with the affairs of Harry's world and say Decade was the actalyast for James and Lily's death.
Tina Branford: He can claim Decade will become another Kefka and lead her world not to ruin to rule over it as god, but complete destruction.
Power Rangers: He can sue teh rangers sense of justice to say Decade is someone whose more powerful than Rita and Zedd, even Ivan Ooze.
Vaan: He can claim the whoel war between Rabanastre and Reks death was all Decade's doing.
FFXIII Crew: Can be claimed by turning Hope to the dark side and being a Paradox that must be solved.
