This is how bad it is.

Andrea complained about him... and I sided with her in the arguement that ensued.

He got the job because our manager felt sorry for him.

And he is completly incompitent. We (the existing staff) trained him to be our supervisor. He harrasses the women sexually, shows gross disrespect for the men. And fails to help customers.

Andrea was screamed at yesterday by a stupid customer. And he just laughed and cracked jokes about it rather than difuse the situation like a good supervisor. He is incompetent.

And the Manager passed up the ENTIRE staff for the promotion to hire an outside man to be a supervisor.

Did I tell you about the amazingness of our new supervisor?
