Really, you helped make cc. Gave me ideas for the start, helped iron at the plot as we've gone along, and are writing the second arc whenever this one wraps up. I suppose I never really formaly said such, but yes, you are second in command.
As for power if I'm not around to deal with minor problems you can ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL and handle it. Then just inform me later if I needed to know. Etc etc.
