Yeah but here's the thing, Nursery Rhyme got away with it because she was of personafication of just that nursery rhymes, and she was in the Moon Cell which was Cyber Space. Rules of the normal Grail Wars don't really appily to it, so I'm pretty sure that wouldn't cut it in the RP. Sasaki's case was he was a real person who never got famous enough to become a Heroic Spirit but was simular to a fictional person; he is but a character with a fabricated past that has been made into a master swordsman inside people's memories. And don't get me wrong, I love Frakenstein's profile, she's one of my favorite servants from Apocrypha but she still very much a fictional character with no historical or myth basis.

Okay, I'll give you that one. But one of his NP is that he jacks his opponent's weapon and use it against them. Imagine how unfair that is if used against a Servant with only one weapon. If he got summon in the Fourth Grail War and fought Saber, he could steal her only way of defending herself and could defeat her! Granted, he has to give it back after a certain amount of time but still. He also has two skills that annoy me a bit, I won't go into details that much but they can outright seal NPs and Magecraft seperately. Personally I felt that those two would be better suited as NPs but that's just me. Also he can insta-kill an opponent with a boat full of Astral Pilgrims.

If the apple thing were an NP I may be okay with it, I may complain but I'd accept it. As a skill? No. Just no.

Also, I may ban Frakenstien('s Monster) and Musashibo Benkei. The first as she is technically a fictional character and unless she appears in some form of Nasucanon, she'll remain ban. And Benkei for simular but somewhat different reasons. Firstly, he's rather broken. Secondly, he isn't even the real Benkei just some guy who took up the name of the real guy after he died. Which yeah we have several people who do that ( the Robin Hoods and the Hassans), but I feel that there isn't any real point. Why have some guy who calls himself Benkei and not the real deal himself? Third, hasn't appeared in canon.
