I originally chose 1 because I liked the glow better. But now that I've seen the differences in the command spells or whatever it is, I chose the second one.

Well that's really the only difference between the two...BUT, without taking the lighting into account, I still say the first one. It just looks better to me.

Hmm... as for Harolds Noble Phantasm... I might give him two. One would be his sword, the other would be either an ability or a piece of armour - the latter of which would be based on the Arrow to the Eye.
