I'm glad that I didn't come off rude or anything, I read through that entire thing like five times before I posted it... tummer went offline after reading it, so I guess it did make him mad and he took my advice and went to cool down, which is good. I hope that he understands that I'm only trying to help him, and that I care about him and want what's best for him. I only take the time to write out/say stuff like that to people that I actually care about. If I didn't consider us friends then I would have given a short "It's okay, it'll get better, blah blah blah" response. But that's not helpful at all, you know?

Sigh, hopefully he'll see that.

So the lesson here is: Be careful when you want to talk to me about something, because chances are you will not get the "aw it's okay don't worry blah blah everything will work out you're amazing blah blah" response that you wanted. You will get the truth. And the truth can hurt, so I try to say it in the nicest way possible, but even then some people will take it the wrong way. But even if the truth pushes some of my friends away, I know that in the long run it will be good for them, and that's all I really want; I just want my friends to be happy and live life to its fullest. If that is meant to be done without me in their lives, the sure, I'll be sad, but at least I'll know that I did my best to nudge them in the right direction.
