hmmmm, yea I get that every once in a while to, somtimes mood swings can be killer.

I see, well with the girl thing I can't help much I am sorry about that. But with the family I can say a couple of things, I don't know if it will help much but this is a shot. If you get pissed at them lock yourself in your room and let out all of your anger. For me it's all of the bottled up emotions. If you wanna just tear yourself to bits, try and contact a close friend, I mean a person you know will try to help you. And that's all I can give for now... I'm sorry if it didn't help..
