And when on the outside trying to split then you want to think about being a stone, just rest in one place. And then think about the other person inside of you. You have to concentrate on that thought of them being a real person. Then you form a sort of shield using your aura around your heart to protect your own soul from popping out, otherwise we would have epic problem with it.
Sensui: try to keep calm is the main thing.
