Ah! In Norway you can practice driving as long as you take a theory course and whoever is driving with you is over 25 and has had their license for 5 consecutive years. The Norwegian rules are ******ed...

Is that 50 hours with a licensed driving teacher? If so, how much is it per hour? Because in Norway its approx $100 per hour.

Yeah... Fortunately, my parents paid for mine. Not all parents do, though. Its pretty ******ed, we need approx 20 driving hours as well as taking a 45 question theoretical test where you can't have more than 7 errors.

Yup. Also, the car license is around a minimum of $4,000. Usually somewhere in between 5,000 to 6,000

Aah! I remember my drivers exam. Idk about NY but in Norway its 45 minutes. I was freaking out bigtime. I passed though, because, lets face it; I'm amazing.
