Mass Effect is like half-RPG, half-3rd person shooter, and it's done well I think. Dragon Age is actually a bit closer in terms of combat to this game, but a lot faster paced and exciting. Of course, to get to those kinds of quality, you gotta walk before you can run, and Knights is definitely their casual stroll.

I'll see about that, but I already know I love KH-47 from what I've seen.

Eh, kinda expected that with a pre-Mass Effect & Dragon Age Bioware game (though I hear Jade Empire had really good combat)

I know I know, just pointing out how cheese it sounded in the beginning.

I find that quite lame honestly :\ I really hate point-and-click combat. I know you'll say "But the stoooooryyyyyyyyy" and all, but combat is a pretty big thing in RPG's, and if it's not handled in an entertaining way, it feels like more of a chore than anything.

Ah, I just wanted to max out Persuade so I could smooth-talk everyone in the galaxy LIKE A BAWS.
Some of the beginning dialogue is pretty funny in how they try to weave in writing while at the same time introducing mechanics of the universe. "YOU CAN READ YOUR OBJECTIVES THROUGH THESE ELECTROJOURNALS THAT I'M SUPPOSED TO TELL YOU WE HAVE BECAUSE THIS IS STAAAAAAAR WAAAAAARS".
And ugh the combat...it's not bad, but...please tell me it gets more fun at least?
