It is. XD And this season's Halloween special is great as well. Tony continues to have a blast, and this season everyone's pulling pranks on each other. It's awesome.

Oh McGee was cosplaying as his character on this online game, which the costume was all blue and fuzzy. XD Tony and Ziva had a blast picking on him about it. That was the Halloween special from season 3, I think.

Yeah, they get the spookiness... but they seem to work harder in putting extra comic relief! :D Tony picks on McGee twice as much in those episodes.
