What I tend to do is bite my lip. If I can't stand a certain pain, or if I don't know how much it'll hurt, I bite my lip so I feel more pain on my lip than I would where I'm receiving the pain. ...@-@ Not sure if that made sense but yeah. XD

One is just fine, but two I'd be shuddering or something the entire time. XDX Blood is evil. >->
