Correct. What does make it confusing however, is that break and breaker are spelled with the exact same katakana, which ends up making it pretty much hit-or-miss with fansubs/dubs, as usually only the official sources know which it's supposed to be.

Giga Drill Break is what the move was always supposed to be. The reason it sounds like breaker is because the japanese have difficulty pronouncing english; some of our sounds jjust don't exist to them.
Thus, Giga Drill Break because Giiga dorillu bureaku, which is what each of them says. Rossiu's seiyu is, however, particularly well versed in English, and is thus able to pronounce the move as was originally intended. Ironically, doing so made the move sound slightly flat coming from him.
