Yep, that's it then. I'd also suggest only having one psuedo-legendary (ie. Tyranitar, Dragonite, etc.) but that's a suggestion rather than a requirement.

Another note: as the wielder of Excalibur, Saber would be able to give Sonic the sword, which would change him into Excalibur Sonic I imagine. That would be awesome.
