New York was one of the best places to keep prisoners that was to dangerous to be left in the outside world. They used the prison as an hideout planning out an organization that would benefit all of them to make society pay for making them regected. The guards left cause the economy calapsed and the prison security weakend severly and that gave them the chance to escape. They moved upword towards an old millitary camp they found tons of weapons. Soon they took over that area with their brute tactics and their new toys they found. They are accepting anyone that was turned away from society.

they are able to use the sea ports and the underground tunnel. Double barrel pistols are pistols that shoot 2 bullets at the same time and if you want you can have an triple barrol sawdof shot gun what i call an Ithica but if you do pick that it will be the only weapon you can have

Yakuza has the banks that is why in their area there are mostly banks and you wanted your mafia to be strong and imtimidating well that is why in your area you got allot of weapon storages so that means you have better weapons like here an example instead of regular pistols your gang can use double barrol pistols and double barrol shotguns :)
