Oops! I left out a comma between Beastmaster and Samurai xD It might be hard for beastmaster though cause it won't be like a summoner who has creatures that appear and disappear but works with creatures alongside and it could be confusing. So how's a morpher?

As for the bad guys, out of the list and others, what strikes me to being "dark" are like: witch, black mage, assasin, ninja, theif, beastmaster samurai, and how about a machinist? lol thank you job classes from final fanta--shot-

Whoa, that's going to make some hot new abilities ;D Will we have to make up new names for them? x) I quite like them as the good guys though. Do the bad guys have to be a necessarily darker type? Like, full of ninjas and black magic things? It's usually like that in video games hehe

Haha, maybe they'd like to. Or we can ask people and stuff? Invite before we actually make it? Like, even 3 people per each first and then we can open to public if you want? Just so we can be sure ha ha ha.

I think premade slots will be nice, at least of their like type/job class or something. But we should still be able to give them freedom to build the actual character and stuff. Like, we give them the building block to their character~

Well, if we want the team thing it should be limited. Like maybe 6-8 for the good guys and 6-8 to the bad guys? Or is that too much? The types of characters should be like, in a list and then they just pick if they want to be good or bad. Or we can make the premade types/job classes for the good guy team and the bad guy team?

But we have to get like basic-ish classes so we can prevent god moding. They can stick to like, 2-3 abilities per type in the beginning but continue to learn after a while or something like that : P

Yup, RPG. I was thinking that there should be some sort of story and some things but all my brainstorms are so cluttered x) OMG. That is so smart though. I really like that. I love that there's a standard team thing. That was actually a plan of mine! hehe. Out of what you said this is what struck me the most: "And when they start to figure out that the world isn't reality, really, the lines can blur a bit and maybe eventually the bad guys and the good guys kind of end up being one force" I've been trying to put that idea into words and BOOM you've done it wow. You're amazing.

I also had this thought, but since this is an RP and not a story Idk how this will work lol but I guess I'll throw it out there, that the player who plays the game finally finishes the story arch and then he continues to play a bit and after a while he just gets bored and restarts the game completely. I have the words in my head for a story to the ending but maybe for the RP (or a sequel? LOL idk) they have this idea of the world not being real and stuff...

I was thinking the main reality would be like, the character. He/She has the usual video game past and all the jazz but then the character ends up like, getting lost into the game and not being able to understand stuff. Kind of like Dr. Seuss' Horton. The Who's find out that their world is just a speck of dust from a much bigger world kind of thing~

Thats weird, it was the same case for me too but now its very hot for some reason.

Well, I remember this one story thing I had in mind but I don't ever think I'll get to writing it. However, I don't know if it can transcend into an RP very well at all. I always had this weird thought about Video game RPGs like, I know they have a story in their own world but what if it was more like, Toy Story? Like what if they remember dying in this one battle only to be revived again? Or when the player shuts down the game to go sleep and the characters' world just stands at some sort of standstill?
It's very weird, I'm sorry. I don't think it would work as an RP though cause of the interaction between two realities... I'll try to recall other RP-friendly ideas xD
