Exactly, and as for the people who don't seem to care about their posts.
Well, it's a reason for mods and the RP makers to check through their RP's more carefully.
The rule for RP's is 20 words per post, but you don't always get that as things are now...
If posts counted, then the word limit per post would have to stand which would make people think about how they post a little more.
As long as RP makers and RP mods enforce the rules (which they should be doing anyway), then there wouldn't be a problem about making the RP zone have posts actually count.
I mean, the RP zone is an active (and still important) zone on the site and brings a lot of members to this site, it makes sense that people who RP exclusively and often should get a little something back.

True enough, although I do think the spam zone should never count for obvious reasons.

Well, the main point is, a lot of people care about the RP zone and put a lot of work, time and effort into it.
Sure the RP zone can get a lot of posts, but none the less a lot of people still put a lot into it, and they do often count as detailed and relevant posts.
For those reasons, it isn't much different to the creative zones such as the graphic section or the creativity corner, or any other thread for that matter, it's because of that I believe that RP posts should count. I mean, there isn't any reason they shouldn't.

I have many counters for other points that may be raised too, but yeah. XD

If we counted all my RP posts, I'd have well over 2200 odd posts overall now, I did the calculations.
I'm thinking of re-making the suggestion thread for making posts in the RP zone count.
I think I've got good arguements... I just... am unsure right now.
Cause I doubt they'd agree to it anyway.
Although, I really don't see why the posts don't count there.
