Hey jay,I'm dueling Riku and and attacked his "Shadow" card with hydrogegdon,Is his Shadows effect missed due to the fact that Hydrgedons effect activates when he destroys it?

There are plenty of ways to summon it other than Metamorphosis, and despite that it might not last on the field for too long, it still gives you an insane advantage at no cost. It's a broken card.

Not bad at all. But note that isn't really a Hero deck, there are only 4 heroes.

Yeah. So how ru?

Yeah, I think what managed to get me touchable was...

A) Meklord Emperor Wisel's Spell negation which I didn't know about since no-one plays Wisel where I live and since I did play Giant Trunade, that threw me off.
B) Meklord Emperor Trap to bring out Mekanikle
C) He still had a hand of 6 remaining so even fi I did blow his cards up, he'd have LP due to Spell Absorbtion since I too played Spell cards
D) He could of had a Battle Fader in his hand
E) Battle Waltz does have Type as I assumed that meant you could count it as a carbon copy of the monster you have to treat it as Synchro Monster.

That's what I get for not duelling as often as I once did.

I'm think I'm cutting it too close with Aporia here.

First of all, I don't make any claim to be very good at this game at all. There are many, many people who are much, much better than me. I'm mediocre at best.

Second, half of those are times when I had to quit in the middle of the duel and I just gave the other person the win because I felt like a jerk just leaving.
